Jason was excellent he did a fantastic job. He was very pleasant. I got a call a half hr before he arrived and was in good time. He fixed our toilet which has been making a hissing sound for the last few weeks and sorted out our taps that were loose. Village Plumbing are very lucky to have Jason as an employee. If I ever have a problem again I will ask for him personally to come out. Thanks again Jason You are the best. Very happy customer.

I would not hire you if my life depend on the work you done for me in my house. I had 3 different was rings for the toilet but after the installation I only had one. I called the office the next day and was told that they didn't use the one that comes with the toilet. I just spoke with the so-owner and he very rude in the defense of the details trying to tell me what I told the installer he WAS NOT here when it was installed. He said something about Lowe's being the problem. The installers probably used my wax ring o another installation they had to do. I give a 1 STAR rating because that was as low as I could give this Company.

We were driving on 45 going SB going to drop our children off at school and one of their trucks pushed us into the emergency lane he was driving at least 80 MPH. The truck # is 107 I did call the number on the truck and a lady told me that she would let the owners know. So beware because if these drivers are what represent this company that is not good!

CJ came out, identified the problem, and fixed it really quick. He even showed me and explained what he was doing. I would highly recommend them!

I had an undermount bathroom sink replaced. From start to finish the schedulers were receptive. I had two technicians and Cedric was very impressive. The technicians were knowledgeable, timely and worked effectively. They also wore masks and boot covers, which can sometimes be awkward to request. I will definitely use this provider again!

Great experience with rotorooter. I had an emergency plumbing issue at 1 am. Dispatch was able to send someone to my house within the Hour. Our Plumber Joseph was very knowledgeable and helpful. I have dealt with a LOT of companies in this hometown of mine but, I have never experienced ANYTHING like Mr. Rooter!
