Best Water Heater Install And Repair in Houston TX

I would leave ZERO stars if i could. My mother and I scheduled this appointment we had today for our TWO toilets that dont work TWO WEEKS ago. We NEEDED this done before the holidays for our family that was coming in town. THE DAY OF THE APPOINTMENT, we had confirmed WITH VILLAGE PLUMBING that they would arrive anytime after 1 pm... at 3:45 they text my mother saying that they are so sorry for the inconvenience but that they need to reschedule. Unacceptable...especially after my mother had to PRE-PAY A $75 SERVICE FEE!!!! WE GOT NO SERVICE. My mother called and very respectfully told them that we needed someone here today given our circumstances. The lady said to give her a few minutes and she would call us back. SHE NEVER DID!!!!!!!!! I looked up ARS pluming and got someone here within one hour, and they fixed both of our toilets AND replaced our garbage disposal for cheaper than Village. All within like two hours. Cherry on top... the place we did end up using didnt even charge us the service fee. DO NOT waste youre time, nor your money here.

I would highly recommend this company. Not only are they professionals but they are honest professionals. They informed me that my pipes were already unstopped when they could have done work that I would have never known about but choose to be honest. To me that means that I will always call them if I need these services again.

Excellent customer experience from start to finish. My initial call was after hours yet I received an immediate phone call to schedule my service. I received both a phone call and text prior to the plumber’s arrival. The text had full name, bio and picture of the plumber. David was able to explain my problem and potential options to resolve my issues. He was informative and polite the entire time in my home. He cleaned up prior to leaving. He did an excellent job and highly recommended him for anyone’s service needs.

I am very happy with the work that Texas Premier Plumbing did for my property. The house had a severe underground leak from the water main line, with 126K gallons of water leaked within a short period of time. Texas Premier Plumbing came out the next day to assess the situation and provided a reasonable quote for the job to replace the leaking galvanized pipes with whole new pvc schedule 80 pipes. They started the work right away the next day and finished within two days, with all lawn areas impacted restored to original state. During the job, they found out that the original estimated ~60ft of pipes that needed to be replaced turned out to be 95ft (some of the piping was routed differently), they covered the additional cost without asking for a price increase from me. They also covered some unexpected connection issues with the hot water line to the water heater. In the end, they honored the price they offered upfront without additional price hikes, and did a good job placing a new water main line for my house. I would definitely use their service again when I have plumbing needs for my properties in the area. Thanks a lot, Ben! You guys did an awesome job and earned my business and respect!

All Around Plumbing came out on a Saturday and worked hard to get the drain lines unclogged so we can use the washing machine again. He worked hard and after finished he showed me the issues with the camera and he made sure to clean up. I was very impressed and will continue to use All Around Plumbing
