Overall, I had a very pleasant experience with Nicks Plumbing and would recommend them. They were very responsive when I first called for a quote. I was looking to replace my old mix of copper/galvanized/PEX for unified PEX setup in my pier and beam house. The technician was on time and walked me through my repairs and how they would approach it (where they would cut out to reach the plumbing). Ron was very helpful and transparent. They are on the higher side for pricing but their quality of work is worth it. The technicians that came out for the job were great and completed the job in a timely manner. Very happy with the quality of work that was done.The reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5 is because the way they ended up getting access was different from what was explained beforehand. I didn't mind that they had to remove more drywall/panelling to get access but they didn't cut in a way that was easy to fix. They did attempt to fix one of the areas which I very much appreciated but the work had to be redone. If I had larger plumbing job, I would compare and consider a ready to paint service a plus.

I probably could have done it myself but I'm certain it would have taken at least 3 trips to the hardware store for parts. The work was squeaky clean, took about 30 minutes start to finish. Plumber arrived on time.

I am happy to say that bluefrog Plumbing kept me updated on the details of my appointment. I received text messages/calls to let me know when the plumber would be at my house so I didn't sit around and waste time waiting for someone to arrive. When he did arrive, it was a matter of minutes for him to determine the source of the problem. The leak was found and repaired in less than an hour.

Roto-rooter's plumbing profession Brad Hall (his work code is # 0656) is super awesome! He went into my home after other plumbers failed to locate the main drain clean-out. He was prepared with professional knowledge and equipment. After completing a thorough communication and cost estimate, he cleaned out the clog within 10 minutes and used the camera probe to investigate the structure of my main drain line. I could not be more happy with the result and efficiency - I am sure Brad represents the high quality of ROTO-ROOTER company's service. Highly recommend!
