We are really happy with Village plumbing, they have made repairs and maintenance to our hvac and pipes. Skylar has been great, he has come a few times for maintenance/inspection and I really enjoy the detail and explanations on the hvac system

Alright. This is long, however, I gotta share the full story.I called this company because my water heater wasn’t working. They sent someone pretty much as fast as possible and immediately diagnosed the issue. The guy that came out, his name is Scott. He gave me a very detailed explanation as to why an 18 years old WH was no longer gonna cut it.So he gave me a quote, explained the charges (pretty much itemized it) and sent me a, IMHO, very low diagnosis fee.I did end up with 3 other quotes, two from a franchise plumbing co and the other was a friend of a family member. Two came out higher and one lower than Cooper Plumbing. I was sold with the conversation with Scott. So I spoke to my wife and we decided let’s do it.Today, I called Cooper Plumbing and spoke to Jeremiah to ask a couple more questions. He answered them very thoroughly and reassured me of our decision. I didn’t feel like he needed to “sell” me their services. He just gave me the facts and was honest about the work. We set up the appointment for today and Scott and DJ show up right on time with everything in hand ready to go.Performed the work in 2 hr and 38 mins… everything was done cleanly and efficiently. We had a great conversation, DJ deserves a raise for being hysterical and putting up with my pestering.Now I’d like to give it up to Scott. This young man handled his job like a professional. He basically gave me a college level training and explanation on all the work he did and how he did it. Absolutely amazing dude.If you can’t tell, these are the dudes you wanna come work on your plumbing. They get the work done.Thanks for coming to my TED talk.

Reverse Osmosis maintenance. Today, tech came to assess type of maintenance needed. Tech was very helpful and I will be contacting them to return to do the service when the filter cartridges arrive.

Sales person gave me a bid to replace my tankless water heater. They showed up late in the day because they had trouble locating the unit. Turns out the replacement unit required 2 vents instead of one like the unit I had. Got a call from the owner at 9:30 PM with half the job done. He made me approve another $399 work order to cover what he said was half the cost of the additional vent they had to put thru my roof. Their sales person had my bid approved by the owner and they should have considered the additional vent. I was upset that they cut another hole in my roof on top of the additional cost. Owner told me to never call them again and hung up on me. He doesn’t need to worry about that.

Camera and cable were used to find the problem in the waste line. The toilet was removed and reinstalled somewhat unnecessarily as there was an in-house wall mounted access nearby. The garden had to be disturbed to find and refit the clean out. This took time and digging! Everything was restored very satisfactorily. Very nice young men!

Second time to use this company. I use them on by 8-unit apartment complex. They are always on time. Mostly ahead of time.Very professional. Very fair on pricing. Main thing I like about service companies is that I want to feel like I can trust them. This way I don’t have to go checking around on prices with other co’s and I know they’re going to do good work and show up when they say.I definitely recommend them. :-)

Fast and efficient

Very professional service with hard working techs. They came out and traced down a couple of main supply lines from the meter box and rerouted them.
When they were done with the plumbing they filled in their holes and trenches so well you couldn’t tell it had been dug.

Texas Plumbers are a very professionally run workers. They were on time and cleaned up the mess perfectly.

I called Roto-Rooter on a Sunday and the technicians, Micheal and Samuel were out to my home within an hour. They were very professional, courteous and friendly. They diagnosed and fixed my problem in under a hour. They gave us exceptional service. I will definitely use their services again!

Brandon and his team are excellent. I needed to replace my water heater, and I didn't consider calling anyone else to do the work. Emily kept me updated throughout the process, which I really appreciated. Eric, who I met for the first time, did top-notch work and was very friendly and professional. Finally, Brandon gave me pricing that was about 30% lower than I expected. Overall, I will never go anywhere else for any plumbing or gas needs.

Superb service

Bought a new water heater when mine started leaking thinking my father in law and I could do change it out. Turns out we didn’t have the tools to cut and sweat the pipes that we weren’t aware we would have to do. Looked up several plumbers in the area and found them. Thankfully they were able to come out within just a couple of hours and get it taken care of for us. Junior did a great job, was professional and kept assuring us that he’d get us taken care of and he did. Would definitely use them again and ask for Junior.

Regardless of my situation, they werte there to help and explain and show me the problem . They were truly heaven sent help . Thank you so much God bless them all
