I google searched for a plumber when our hot water heater failed. I reached Nicks Plumbing by phone the old fashioned way. They had a 15 year qualified plumber at my business within 40 minutes of my call. Je diagnosed the problem then gave me the option to repair or replace. I chose to replace . As plumber #1 prepared for the new water heater another plumber from his company brought the new one. I have twin commercial heaters side by side. He brought me the same brand and size. I was in a bind with no hot water in a house with a big family and teenagers. Another plumber told me 2 to 5 days. I found Gei plumbing on Google and called. They had a technician out within an hour and installed a new water heater that afternoon. Technician was a really nice guy that knew his trade very well. Overall, they made a very stressful situation go away quickly.

I had a leaking toilet and Demondrick went the extra mile (literally) to take care of my needs. The universal gasket in the repair kit didn’t fit my toilet. Demondrick diligently searched out the needed and hard to find part driving to no less than 4 different supply houses. He made the effort to keep me updated on the situation since it was taking longer than expected. He was very professional, kind and respectful. Thanks, Demondrick!
