Best Shower Repair in Houston TX

We bought an entirely new hvac unit and AC from them after purchasing our house 2 years ago. They require regular maintenance through them or you forfeit your warranty, fine... however, they will schedule you a window of a HOURS they may show up, and then they don't show up, you waste an entire day sitting at home waiting for them. This has happened more than once. Since having it installed we are now having issues with our thermostat telling us to wait and not kicking on our a/c. We set up an appointment between specific hours and the tech showed up 30 minutes after the window. Without calling, even though we specifically stated we wouldn't be available after a specific time. I had to leave and so did he. He wasted time driving to my house and I wasted time waiting for him all day in a hot house. I called them and reminded them which number to call before coming tomorrow to fix this issue on the investment purchased less than 2 years ago. We shall see if they rectify this situation, considering they were here less than a month ago to do maintenance on it. If I would have known these guys were this unprofessional and I'd have to take this many days off work for my air conditioner.... I would have went elsewhere.

I had lost count of how many unreliable and/or unresponsive contractors I've attempted to deal with in the past year. I had about given up when my HOA placed me in touch with T&Z--what a difference. Have not used them yet but have in the past , they don’t charge for them to show up and give you advice, which is Mr Valentine’s idea the owner , smart man for repeat customers
