The gentleman who I spoke to on the phone and the one that actually came to our house were both very polite and knowledgeable. They were able to come out the same day but were flexible to schedule for the next day as well. Weren't pushy about adding on work that didn't actually need to be done, just what was needed to rectify our issue. Pricing is fair for the services rendered. Overall, a very positive experience and I will be contacting them again in future.

Brad and his son, Josh, came out when they said they would and treated my property with great respect and care. They had to trench to replace a 60-year old sewer drain. They had to tunnel under a 7' section of patio and insisted on trying that rather than breaking up the patio. They used cardboard down the full length of the trench to ensure that the dirt did not make mud all over the yard and that all the dirt went back in the hole. When all was said and done, my kitchen sink drained and my yard has a small scar that will heal quickly. Oh, I almost forgot to mention that their price was half what a big company quoted for the same job.

I have used Brad's Plumbing on several occasions in the last few years. Brad's Plumbing has also done work for the rest of my family. I have used other plumbers in the past and know Brad's prices are fair. I have never had any problems with any work they have performed. They are upfront and have never been to busy to explain the process or reasons for the repairs made. Brad's plumbing is a family run business, with no sales gimmicks or high pressure sales guys.

Brads plumbing always does quality work at a fair price. They have installed two toilets, cleared a plugged bathroom line, installed a bathtub filter, dropped a gas line for a laundry room, and rerouted a dishwasher drain line to the garbage disposal. It has all been very solid work and it all is running well after several years, knock on wood. They are my go to for plumbing.

I was given Brad's Plumbing as a recommendation from my neighborhood Facebook group. The water would not turn off in my master bath shower. I know nothing about plumbing so was freaking out a bit about all the wasted water flowing. I called Brad's Plumbing and left a message. Within 10 minutes I received a call back from Brad and he said he had a man who could come out within an hour or two depending how long his current job would take. I was SOOOO appreciative for the same day service.BUT IT GOT BETTER! 1 hour after my initial call to Brad's Plumbing Joey arrived at my door to fix my master bath shower. Joey was polite, friendly and he gave my cat some attention which is always appreciated by my cat. Joey fixed my shower and even helped me get the ladder to my attic crawl space back in place (I was struggling).I cannot recommend this company enough. Thank You Brad for the quick response and Thank You Joey for fixing it so quickly. And Bronson thanks you for the pets :)

Brad’s has been my plumber for over 20 years! His crew just completed re-routing our water into the house because of tree roots destroyed the pipes!

WE WOULD NEVER HIRE BRADS PLUMBING AGAIN. Sent out 3 guys in two vans, one admittedly an apprentice that did not much more than stand around hold a ladder. Only one guy did any real work.They broke the access panel in the ceiling and made a makeshift replacement out of MY materials, BUT they were just going to tape it together and do nothing more, but I prevailed. For 2 SMALL leaks needing only 2 galvanized nipples, one coupling and 2 waterflex connectors, we were charged over $550.00 and not provided an itemized invoice. My husband was aghast at the bill and I called and asked for an itemized invoice detailing material and labor which I received promptly by mail. Brad showed he charged $9.00 to provide an itemized invoice. Padding the bill and charging for itemized invoices....what a shady businessman. BAD BUSINESS>

Nice plumber. Job completed. Work required: connection of drain from ice maker; leaking sink and faucet in utility room, running toilet. 4.5 hrs and $150 parts total $760.00. No Kohler parts on truck. Work completed: 2 Strainers and drains replaced, o-ring in faucet; toilet bowl had to be removed to replace leaking valve. When drain line connected to piping for ice maker, strainer drained leaked afterwards. Longer than expected and higher cost than expected. You be the judge as to how I faired.

Technician arrived maskless. I require a mask to gain entry to my home. He left to get a mask. Upon return, I asked if he had shoe protectors before going upstairs. He said no. I asked him to please remove his shoes to protect the carpet. He walked out and said I need to call another plumber. ?

I HAD JEREMY FROM KATY PLUMBING COME OVER AND LOOK AT THE PREVIOUS COMPANY HAD INSTALLED, ONE SO CALLED HARD WATER FILTER. JEREMY COULDN'T BELIEVE HOW CARELESS THEY INSTALLED THEIR SYSTEM AND NEITHER COULD I. IT WASN'T UP TO CODE, IT WAS ALL EXPOSED, THE CONNECTIONS TO AND FROM THE FILTER WERE LEAKING, IT WAS A MESS. SO JEREMY SPENT SOME TIME TELLING ME THE SYSTEMS THEY SELL, AND HOW THEY'RE INSTALLED. HE EVEN HAD PHOTOS OF THE JOBS HE'D DONE, HE EXPLAINED THAT THEY FOLLOW ELECTRICAL CODE, AS WELL AS OTHERS. HE EXPLAINED THAT THE PIPE SHOULD BE BURIED, AND AFTER JEREMY AND HIS ASSISTANT ROBERT HAD INSTALLED THE WATER FILTER AND WATER SOFTENER FILTER, IT LOOKED VERY PROMISING! JEREMY IS A JOURNEYMAN PLUMBER, I WAS A JOURNEYMAN ELECTRICIAN. WE BOTH WENT TO TRADE SCHOOL, AND IT REALLY SHOWED IN HIS WORK! I'LL NEVER USE ANY OTHER PLUMBING SERVICE, KATY PLUMBING DOES THE JOB RIGHT, ON TIME, AND THEY ARE MORE THAN WILLING TO ANSWER QUESTIONS OR DO MORE PROJECTS WHILE THEY'RE THERE! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM, THEY'RE NOT CHEAP, BUT YOU DO GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR FROM KATY PLUMBING, GREAT SERVICE, AND THAT'S TRULY HARD TO FIND NOW DAYS!

I have used Brad's Plumbing since 1993 when I bought this house. Today I called as usual and they came right out to inspect the problem I had with my water meter connection. They (Jeremy, did a great job) replaced the connection and did an excellent job at a very reasonable price. Would recommend them to anyone in west Houston/Katy area.
