The first tech didn't know what she was doing, when they dispatched Pete Martinez he knew exactly what the problem was, he fixed the problem, and the the temperature got up to 80 degrees and after Mr Martinez fixed the problem it is coming back down and it's now 75 degrees and going down to set temperature of 73. Mr Martinez should be recommended to fix any problems he is a more seasoned technicianthen the prior tech Shade Moore.

John came out on time and answered all my questions. His knowledge base seems to expand well beyond the scope of general plumbing. He was very personable, and professional.

My problem was solved in a neat and timely manner by a very well qualified and friendly technician. I hope to see him again when I next need plumbing help.The two guys that fixed my pipes and unclogged the drain were very competent and pleasant to work with. Thanks for fixing my problems.

I DO NOT recommend GEI! Previously called GEI in 2021 and they had been honest about an issue they couldn’t fix and did not charge. After this experience, I called them last week to fix a leaking bathroom sink. They charged me $130 and changed a valve when the issue was a leaking hose, then told me that the entire faucet needed to be replaced. I was left with a sink which was still leaking after hours spent at the house, and the plumber didn’t bother to clean-up, leaving parts on the floor and by the sink. There was no promise to return to fix the issue. I had to complain to the owner, who sent 2 plumbers back on the weekend, only to tell me again that the hose was leaking… and again NOT fix the issue. I ordered a new hose on Amazon for $13.00 and my dad installed it in 10 minutes. I am shocked that GEI charged me so much to waste my time, “fix” the wrong issue, even misdiagnose it a 2nd time stating the whole faucet needed to be replaced. I feel completely taken advantage of and will never use GEI again.

I had two other companies come to our home and we were told we had to replace the valve for the faucet, which would involve removing tile. Rex came and was confident and replaced our cartridge and fixed the shower for half the cost of replacing a valve. I highly recommend this company.

Halo Plumbing was wonderful to work with! They came to bid the project the same day I called. Their bid was competitive and thorough. They also explained every line item to me to make sure I understood and was comfortable with the work. They found a solution to replace my drainage line in the garage without cracking the foundation or digging under the house. They completed the work quickly and were always on time and did an excellent job to clean up when the project was finished. Loren, the owner, was very available and answered all my questions quickly and thoroughly. I cannot speak more highly of this company.

They repaired a leak I had in my bathroom. Alfredo, my tech, was friendly and fixed the leak quickly. I will use them again in the future.

In general, Texas Quality Plumbing did a good job of replacing a shower cartridge. It would be even better if they can communicate better about their timing of arrival. Especially if the technicians have to have a lunch first, they need to have a backup plan to honor promise to the customer on the time interval of plumbing repair.

The tech from Roto Rooter came to my house in the pouring rain and worked so hard outside until the problem was resolved. He was very professional and patient. He explained everything he was doing and he also told me what the problem was and how to avoid that same problem in the future. I was very impressed how fast they responded to my issue on a Sunday afternoon.

He arrived fast after calling and fixed the leak right away. I highly recommend this company! He was very fast, efficient, and very professional!

Eric came over to help with a third floor bathroom sink that was clogged. It took him maybe two minutes to diagnose that it was an algae clog due to some sort of ac connection. He then took it apart to show me the algae and I was blown away at how spot on he was. The whole experience was actually pretty amazing as his knowledge base is extreme given that his dad is a master plumber and he himself had been working for almost 15 years at it. He wasn’t short on info and it turned into a seminar real quick as he was happy to share tons of guidance and anwsered all my questions.Thanks a ton Eric I’ll recommend yall to anyone. Cheers!

Priced me a flat rate for a simple drain cleaning when I called to schedule the work due to a slow drain--not even clogged. I received a call the day the service was to be performed and was advised the plumber was on his way and would be at my home in about an hour. Two hours later, still no plumber. The plumber finally arrived about an hour and a half after dispatch said he would be at my home. Then, he promptly tried to upcharge me for approximately 3 times what I was quoted days before---not because there were additional problems with my drain---that's just what they charge and I received bad information when I scheduled the job with their office. Plumber called his supervisor Jonathan, but Jonathan didn't care what they told me on Saturday when I scheduled the job, that I took off work, or that I sat around waiting on his plumber for over an hour. The best rate Jonathan could offer me was $128.00 for a simple drain cleaning. No thanks! What a total waste of my time. Needless to say I will never call Mr. Rooter again.

Very professional and highly skilled, very well spoken in explaining things in easy terms. Fixed my ceiling leak fast even with the small confined work space, also answered all my questions in each area of projects I have planned (3), I will certainly put Lindall as a first to call on each of these. It's hard to find someone to trust to do a good job, he was great and has earned my trust.
