Most recently, two of their plumbers brought our gas infrastructure in line with city requirements. Despite a busy schedule, they responded quickly. The job took only half a day, was surprisingly economical, and accomplished exactly what was needed. The men were professional, competent, friendly and informative. GEI Plumbing Services tech came to fix my broken faucet and leak. He explained everything he had to do. I like that the company kept in touch with me as far as him being able to come earlier and letting me know he was on his way. He did a great job in a timely manner, was professional, and cleaned up behind himself. I would totally recommend using him or Schuler plumbers.

The technician arrived ahead of schedule (that was a VERY GOOD thing). He was personable and professional, explaining each aspect of the service to be provided and ensuring that each aspect of the service was what was needed. He was not satisfied with the results of his first attempt and used a larger machine to do the job to his satisfaction. He kept me advised of the progress of his work and involved me on aspects that he felt needed my participation. The Supervisor who came later to check the tech's results was personable and professional and asked me if I wanted to watch the video of the drain that needed cleaning. He explained what we were seeing as the video was being made.Very happy with the people and the job they did.

Great service !great communication !we had a broken pipe underground, at 8 pm we called several plumbing companies and no one was willing to come that late .We called Texas Premier Plumbing and they guide us how to shut off the main water line. 25 minutes later they showed up with emergency crew . They dug the yard and got us the water back - same .night! I will definitely hire them again
