Our AC stopped working on a Sunday. Thankful Jose the tech on call was able to make it out and diagnose our issue, offering hope that he would be able to fix it the next day… a warm, humid 24 hours later and HE DID! By midnight we had cooled down enough to sleep comfortably again! Thanks Jose for help, compassion towards our elderly pup and just being a cool (pun intended) ? dude! Thanks Village Plumbing & Air!

When the tech was in route, I received a text message letting me know. The technician, GUY, addressed any worries I had as a new homeowner and gave me sound advice on my water heater. I am submitting this positive evaluation of GEI since they provided same-day assistance within the allotted time and applied credit to any services needed to resolve the issue.

Called Wedgeworth Plumbing to unclog a sewer line that was causing the toilet to back up and shower to drain slowly. Spoke to both Erica and Denise over the phone who were both very friendly and professional. I was told that a plumber would arrive between 2:00 and 4:00, and I would receive a call approximately 20 minutes prior to arrival. Everything went exactly as explained. I received a call at 2:00 and Rex and Brian arrived at 2:20. Rex and Bryan were very personable and friendly. They listened to my explanation of the problem, explained what they needed to do, and how much the cost would be. I felt they were knowledgeable, fair, and honest in the job and pricing. I would definitely use Wedgeworth Plumbing again as well as recommend them to family and friends.

Ben, the plumber contacted me and let me know the time he will arrive. He arrived on time. He was very professional and explained everything he was doing so I could understand. .He fixed the garbage disposal, clearing the clog in good time. He is excellent. He had his mask on the whole time. I highly recommend Ben and Texas Premier Plumbing.

Ulices came to install our rainforest shower head. He was really knowledgeable and explained everything thoroughly. Our shower looks amazing now with the shower head installed.

Overall, the service was great. Daisy was very personable, knowledgeable and thorough about fixing the problems.However, I made an appointment for which I had to leave work early and it was cancelled. They rescheduled for the next day att the same time. They said that they would call if someone could come earlier. I'm glad that I didn't run my errands. They ended up coming way (nearly 5 hours) earlier than the appointment.The prices seem to be a little inflated. They gave me a flat quote without itemization. They only sent it on the receipt. They could have charged me for anything considering there isn't a price list. They gave me a quote for additional work that also seemed to be a bit much. I declined and found an alternative solution at Home Depot for $20 instead of $2300.

The plumber was nice and very professional. It is easy to feel uncomfortable when a stranger enters you home. My family was VERY comfortable with our plumber. A big part of that was all the communication I received from the company and the technician before he arrived. Including a picture of our plumber. I would definitely use this company again.
