Had Jerry (the Drain Detective) come out. He was very upstanding, great at diagnosing the issue we were having with our dishwasher and didn't try to upsell anything. Truly. a pleasure to work with him and will be requesting him for all of our plumbing issues.

was kind of expensive for a small job and in never received the quotes for the other work what needed to be done. get a feeling that there was not much interest in doing the other jobs

I was happy with Josh but that's where it ended.I spent over $1000 to repair broken pipe but when I asked if the repairman would replace the valve to the home main shut off which was part of the line repaired, he refused saying that wasn't part of the contract. So I spent about $500 an hour and they are so profit oriented that they wouldn't replace a cheap valve to satisfy a customer. They have seen the last of my business.Now as a layman I am on my own to replace something that would have been easy and cheap for them.

Christian Jordan was great! He explained everything he would do and the charges before hand so there were no surprises. He was friendly and made me feel at ease with the whole process. I had to get a pipe in my yard replaced due to tree branches piercing the pipe, and he and Damien were able to square away the dig crew to replace the pipe for the very same day! They also found the sewer outlet from my house to the street which even the City couldn't find. They are on time and keep in touch. I do recommend this company.

We were quoted a price of 1400 to fix the flange connected from pvc to cast iron. My father originally replaced the sink, bathtub, and toilet 2 years ago. We explained to the service tech the issue, but he used the camera and said it was all good so we had to call them back out. Same guy comes out the next day with another excuse and tells us to wait for an additional 3 days without the ability to use the bathroom. We he comes out we were charged 300 to simply lift the toilet, then he sees that it is the exact thing we informed him of and tells us it will be 4300 dollars now. We changed our minds after a couple of hours and the following day were charged 2100 dollars for absolutely nothing. My mother offered to give them 500 for just the time out of their schedule it took up, but not an additional 1600 for not doing the work. I highly advise before you call this company, to check ALL other available resources for your repair.
