They were extremely professional and were upfront and honest with everything (i.e. cost, what they will be doing, and timing). They even arrived ahead of schedule! We called them and they arrived the next day and the leak was fixed that day. They even cleaned up afterwards. If I could give more stars, I would.

Zach came on time and did what I asked very quickly. I had the shut off valve and supply line replaced on two toilets. He explained ahead what he was going to put in and how much it would cost ahead of time. No surprises. Everything working fine now. Thanks.

I'm so glad I found bluefrog Plumbing! They were honest and fair priced, and their onsite team was amazing! As soon as I met Brett, I knew we had made the right choice. He was very courteous and professional. They installed two large water heaters in my attic, removed the old ones, and they left everything clean as a pin. I won't hesitate to call on them again!!

The plumber who came to fix our toilet was wonderful. He wore a mask the entire time without being asked. He was completely unobtrusive. He completed the job quickly and cleanly. The bathroom had just been cleaned that morning and it looked untouched. The caulking job at the base of the toilet is very clean and neat (the last people did it were pretty sloppy).

I would actually give them NO stars if possible. VERY poor customer service. They claimed to have fixed my water heater but as luck would have it they didn’t have enough common sense to check to see if I had hot water before they left. At least I had some hot water before they “fixed” my water heater and left me with “NO” hot water!!! Of course, I was at work when they were here and the person at my house was sick and didn’t think to ask if they checked to make sure I had hot water. This was on Monday evening. Tuesday I get up to shower let the water run for 20 minutes NEVER got hot! I know nothing about water heaters so I thought I’d try again when I got home Tuesday evening again I let it run 20 minutes still NO hot water. So I call, the lady I spoke with was really nice and put my call in as an emergency then someone called me back and wouldn’t you know they didn’t have a water heater specialist so the guy said they would put me first for Wednesday morning. I said that doesn’t work for me as I’ll be at work, I have dogs and nobody that can be here to put them away. So we scheduled for Wednesday evening between 6 & 8, NO later than 8, they call me at 7:07 letting me know I was next but couldn’t give me a definitive time. Again, I said this is BS. This is their mistake NOTHING I DID and I should have been before whoever, given it’s their mistake. I understand we all make mistakes but you should accommodate your customers when it’s YOUR MISTAKE!!!

Awful. The vm said out of town for a wedding until the 10th. Send a text. Sent a text no reply. Now the 17th no reply. Called got same voicemail. Never used them but not for lack of trying

I appreciate the information they provide, some jobs can wait and some must be done right away which they explain in detail. I highly recomend them!
