Christian Jordan #179 He was very thorough in fixing the clog by putting the snake in several times and testing to make sure it was unclogged. He had great personality and he gave us ideas as to what to do in the future. He was the best in spending time with us in making sure we knew what he was doing every step. He spent over 2 hours working on the clog in heat index of 111 degrees! We have had to use services like his over the years and we can say he provided the best service in listening and taking care of us that we have seen in a long time. He was fantastic and highly recommend him.

RedFin Plumbing is the copper standard (if you get it you get it)! I came home (again) to a sink full of standing water at the most inopportune time. I called to see if someone could assist me over the phone since I knew it wasn’t urgent, but they sent someone out right away, ON THE WEEKEND! The service technician arrived with proper personal protective gear and maintained social distancing while educating me on preventive maintenance. (Now I know what a P-trap is and how to keep it from clogging.) While there are many plumbing companies in this sea, I’ll be calling RedFin the next time I’m up a creek.

Service is absolutely horrible. They take hour upon hours to respond. Called in at 10:06am and it's now 10:46pm still have not come out and now I have sewer backing up into 4 buildings. This is ridiculous

I had a water heater installed upstairs. The completed work was executed in a professional AND timely manner.Pricing was great, paperwork was provided w/ convenience.I highly recommend Pilix Plumbing for any appliance and or plumbing issues.

Arrived on time, quick, knowledgeable, though pricy service. They charge a modest $45 fee due to fuel cost increase. They sent Yanis (a Master plumber) to evaluate and replace a broken leaking plastic ball valve and replace and relocate an improperly located pressure reduction valve in one visit. Yanis showed considerable knowledge and spent time explaining the repair and best practices. Whole job cost $1080 and took about 2 hours. Did a great job cleaning up too. Of the 2 hrs, waited 30 minutes for someone to drop off parts.Edit: Price was actually on the high side after researching parts installed. Parts was about $200 so paid about $350-400/hr for labor but Yanis was knowledgeable.

I called and reported an issue in the afternoon and they had a plumber out by dinner time. Derek was awesome and informative. I explained my issue and we were discussing it when I mentioned my home warranty. Since my home warranty should cover this issue he did not actually provide any services, but a company that gives free quotes, and explains each repair cost and why it is priced that way is good in my book!
