AAA Plumbers

Service is absolutely horrible. They take hour upon hours to respond. Called in at 10:06am and it's now 10:46pm still have not come out and now I have sewer backing up into 4 buildings. This is ridiculous

Did not show up on time, plumbers did not understand how a loop system works. Told me would be an additional day to make repair due to there inexperienced technicians.

I wish I could give 0 stars. I live at the Belvedere Apartments and we have been without water for 12 hours. I asked the plumbers when the water was going to be back on and was told: sometime tonight. When I asked when tonight, some idiot claiming to be the boss got in my face (after he put down his burrito) and said I said sometime tonight There are 5 people literally sitting around doing nothing while an entire apartment complex is without water! This is ridiculous! Contractors will get away with whatever you allow them to get away with!

Don’t get me wrong , they get the job done but accounting is bad . They take weeks to send the invoice.

These are my go to guys for work and home! You need someone that knows their stuff call AAA Plumbing!

Definitely one of the best plumbing companies in Houston. I’ve dealt with over 10 Plumbing companies and this is by far the best. I would NOT use them for simple plumbing jobs if you have a handyman but definitely for everything else . Better to pay an extra 50 bucks and get your work done right. Extremely efficient employees that get it right the first time.

Justin was awesome today! Fix the problem and cleaned the mess. Took time to explain and reassure that they would take care of the backup issue for the entire line of townhome units! We have had 3 other plumbing companies out here, been living with this problem since Thanksgiving 2020..But thanking GOD for AAA Plumbers today!

If I could rate AAA zero stars I would. They have horrible communication, horrible customer service, and they're very expensive. I work for a large Multifamily & Investment company and a lot of my sister properties use AAA for a lot of work needed on their properties. Now we are all going to Best Plumbing. I have called many of times for over a month and never have received a call back in regards to my issues. Save yourself the high blood pressure and use anyone else but AAA.UPDATE:Two weeks ago I spoke with a supervisor Kenny in regards to invoices I had that I was continuously trying to get resolved. He said he was terribly sorry for my inconvenience and he would have them credit it to my account. Well, today I received another invoice it was the same one I was disputing originally. The accounts payable chick (lenann?) was rude. I then spoke with Chuck who was also snippy. They do not take notes on their end to let the others in the office know that they made changes/adding credits to accounts. Still not a good review. Still haven't changed my mind about these people. Overall unprofessional.Another Update: Based on their response below you can obviously tell their not professional whatsoever. They don't care.

This company has done work for our association before and based on those jobs I had been recommending them. BUT....when I needed them for a personal home repair, I was told I couldn't even be scheduled until after I set up an account with a credit card number. After setting up an account with a credit card number, I was told no one could come out until maybe Monday because of all the rain our area had been receiving. I did tell them it was an active leak about 2 gallons in 4-5 minutes. After I hung up, I called Premier Plumbing and the City - both of which sent out people to assess without asking for credit card info. It was not on the City side so Premier went into action the very next morning and they just left after resolving the issue to completion.

The techs that came out were professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. They were helpful in fixing the issues and provide details and explanations. It was a late Saturday night that we called and they came quickly and within the given time frame. I would highly recommended!

I have called 3 different times and every time is its a run around. The first two times I called to get someone to come out they told me they would call me back and never did. Good thing I called around. The funny thing is my company is right across the street from them. Today I call because we need a leak fixed and yet again got the run around. They told me since I don't have an account with them they can't send anyone out, until I set an account up with them. I was never told the first two times that I needed an account to get serviced. So, I was put on hold then I reached an assistant and she asked me who I was waiting for, I then told her accounting (Which they were not in the office at the time I called). I expressed how unsatisfied on there service and I was ready to look else where. she told me to hold on and she will get to the bottom of it and get back with me. So yet again i was put on hold for a good minute until she got back on the line. she proceeded to tell me that she spoke to the dispatcher and the accounting lady was back in her office, her name was Kelsey I believe. so i sat on the phone waiting to be transferred to this lady and the call ended. This was a headache just to get service, found someone else and they our on the way and it took less then 5 minutes to get everything set up. i will never call them again. spend your money elsewhere.

I have used AAA both in my home and through work several times. They are always professional and do an excellent job.They have always been able to handle every job no matter the scope in timely fashion and at a fair price.You need a plumber, this is the company to call!

AAA Plumbers did an amazing job!!!!! The City of Houston came days before my owner's visit and dug a HUGE hole. I called AAA and they went to work! They had a crew there the next morning, Joseph & Weldon were wonderful. They kept me updated throughout the day and waited patiently for me when I was with clients. The day of my visit we expected to have a mess to clean up but your team had it looking GREAT! Thank you!

Professional and patient. They came quickly even though they were busy, and explained the answers to all of my questions. We had a sewage back up and they were able to diagnose and fix the issue right away. Highly recommend.

Their response to emergency calls are fantastic; and the technicians are very courteous and explain the work needed in detail.Usually getting an explanation of what is needed from contractors can be difficult to understand what they may be referring to.Thank you AAA Plumbers for simple explanations and details, which saves time and ease frustration.

Main sewer line out of the house got plugged on Christmas Day with 4 people visiting. AAA Plumbers came out first thing the next morning (8:30), cleaned out the sewer line, and replaced the wax ring on our downstairs toilet that had blown, all for a surprisingly reasonable price. I've used them 4 or 5 times now and been satisfied. Once there was a minor problem with their work, but they came back asap and fixed it under warranty.

Plummer came out to fix faucet..now when y turn shower ? ff the shower still runs. It doesn't turn off like it should once water off. Not a good job at all

Very professional company, not the cheapest prices.... But very good work done, and worth every penny. Talk to supervisor Charles White, he will always make sure his guys finish on time, and with there mess cleaned, and all safety precautions taken for any dangerous jobs. They dont only worry about their safety, but will seal off any dangerous holes needed to let open over night with caution take, and metal covers to prevent anyone especially kids or animals.

Wouldn't you know it. Water dripping from the ceiling on a Saturday evening. AAA had a plumber at my door in record time. i am very happy with the service I received from them and will certainly use them in the future.

Seemed pretty busy! And the voice automated system said “only offering services to current customers.” My call was put on hold a couple times, but resulted in being informed that a city main was broken in the area.

These guys do a great job on lift stations! Pump repair and panel rebuilds are done fast and professionally. I highly recommend these guys!

AAA saved the day when we had raw sewage backing up on Thanksgiving Day. On call technician called back within minutes, arrived within the hour and took care of the issue.

Called them to try and get my sink fixed and they were not willing to help me. They said they aren't taking on anymore customers. Will not go back to them again.

This company goes above and beyond for their customers! 100% recommend!
