Last week I had a water leak outside my house and was coming from under the house. I called Pickett and the sent Will out and he was very through and let me know my options to fix the problem. Such a big decision I was still unsure, within the hour his manager Jordan was on site to help me with the best financing options. I schedule the repair right then and Pickett had my leak fixed and water back on by that evening. The entire staff of Pickett was amazing and so helpful and reasurred my uncertainty. If you are looking for a reputable plumber give them a call, you wont be disappointed!Thank you to all staff at Pickett, much appreciated!

Fast and friendly service. Same day service. Blake called ahead of time to confirm appointment and gather more information. I explained that I tried to fix a leaky outside hose spigot. In doing so I made the leak worse by removing the old soldering seal.Blake arrived on time, reviewed the problem, gave me a quote and offered two spigot solutions. I thought it was nice to be given the options. Once decided he quickly and professionally replaced the spigot and tested for leaks. I am happy with the outcome and fair price for a job well done.

I pay a monthly premium for VIP service. Today, Saturday, I attempted to use this service and was told that the soonest they could accommodate me was Monday. This is not VIP service, and I am upset.

Wil was awesome! He gave us every option including the price and was finished before the 30 minutes he had estimated.

Beware!, We’re where using Pickett plumbing for a few years before since we have a kitchen pipe that clogs like once a year because of a bad design of the drainage, anyways, on the last call for service, a couple of days ago, we got a very unpleasant experience; turns out that the company has been sold to a new owners and with that, a new practices of doing business, usually with the previous owner (or at least that is what the technician told me, that this is a new owner), they explained it to me that there was a minimum service fee of $69. (+/-), and that it will be waved if I accept to do the service, and usually I ended up paying around $250. Every time I call them, I knew how much it will cost me, but now, UUFF!!, First, they didn’t want it to confirm the price for the service that I wanted to be done, and there’s a reason why, because they want to get to your home and charge you the “diagnosis call”(which I knew what the problem was), and that cost me this time $89.00, ($20.dlls more than before), and didn’t even told you when you make the appointment. Secondly; remember they use to charge me $250; well now they want $700.00+89.00!!!, and try to sell you a useless VIP Membership for $150. So basically, all thy went to my house was to take my money for nothing. Beware!

Will came out to unclog a sewer pipe at a renovation project we just finished. This is the second time I've worked with Will and he has proved himself to be a very knowledgeable and professional technician. In fact, every staff member that I have dealt with at Pickett has been extremely friendly and helpful. You could consider the prices to be a little on the high end, but you certainly get what you pay for at Pickett. I'd recommend Pickett Home Services for any of your plumbing needs.

Very happy with Pickett Plumbing, they were quick to come out to our house to fix our issue. They are probably not the cheapest but it was work done with quality.They also fixed an issue they created very quickly to my entire satisfaction so after-sale customer service is also very good.

Within 2 hours of my call, my techicician (Will Smith) diagnosed my problem., provided me with options and then left to get my parts and gave me a time that he would be back. Once back he completed the installation, removed the old water heater and totally cleaned the whole work area. He checked all faucets and made sure I had hot water before he left. Will is extremely thorough and professional.

Professional and efficient but very expensive installation charge for replacing the gas valve assembly in water heater.

On August 3, 2022 we requested a service call for a leaking toilet (tank). Christian arrived and the entire job was completed in 30 minutes. No fuss, no muss! Thank you Pickett Plumbing!

Got an estimate for adding a washer/dryer lines (hot/cold/drain). The people were nice enough.Originally I wanted this in a spot in my closet. I got a not nice plumber to come by from a different company, who told me that the drain was not big enough, and that it would cost me $11,000 at minimum. So, I changed to directly behind a bathroom with the pipes right there and a larger than necessary drain, and called Pickett plumbing.Without telling them I changed spots, they gave me a charge me $10,600 if I paid them $100 to be part of their members plan. Then told me my water heater was too old and needed to be replaced as well (it’s fine). Tell me that wasn’t some kind of rip-off. I called a different plumber who charged me Less than half that and laughed at the ridiculous charge. I even got the drywall holes fixed for that. He checked the water heater said there was no problem with it, so why would I pay for a new one? So at least they’re nice, just dishonest.

I've been using Pickett for 10 years, and they e always been professional and done quality work. They're the first plumbing service (now home services company) I recommend to friends. I've never been less than completely satisfied with their work, and today was no exception!

Mr McWhorter and his partner arrived on time and listened to my concern about hose bibbs and my configuration of hose end manifolds and timers. He explained the anti-siphon mechanism. He gave me reasonably priced options for repairs, and promptly started working on replacing the hose bibbs at my request. He showed me that the problem was resolved, reinstalled the manifolds and tested the installation. No more leaks. They even weather wrapped the exposed pipes!I cannot completely describe how happy I am with their professionalism and courtesy. This was the best experience I’ve ever had. Thank you!

Had a drain from my washing machine that had been backed up for some time, and Pickett was finally able to come out to fix it. I know they were very busy because of all the freeze activities earlier in the year. Always get very professional service from this company, and have used them for years for any plumbing needs. Brandon did a very good job, and was informative about what was going on with the drain issue.

Pickett Plumbing was very professional. They replaced the water heater in the attic. They were on time and did an excellent job. They sent me a text with photo and name of technicians so I would feel comfortable when they arrived. Nice job!

I was impressed with the service. The plumber listed to my issue and stress tested the system. He told me what options I have and the cost involved. I would definitely use their service again. I was recommended to use this company by a close relative so I was comfortable using them.

I had a hot water leak in my foundation. The two techs, Brandon and Jordan were very professional and friendly. They were very thorough in their explanation of what was wrong and what they could do to fix it. The process was quick as well. While installing the water line the light cover over my sink fell and broke and they were quick on getting it fixed.The only issue is that I never received a receipt for my work.

We have been Pickett customers for many years and have always been very pleased with their service (including a re-pipe of our house). We appreciate Pickett's thoughtful, courteous, efficient service; the company clearly prioritizes good communication on all fronts. Today we had the pleasure of meeting Blake, who repaired a leak in the ice-maker water line; he is outstanding - knowledgeable, conscientious and very nice! Jordan and Kristian did an excellent job in taking care of the drainage system. They analyzed carefully and explained the situation. And they took care of the relief valve on the water heater. They are very competent. And they are very pleasant in communicating and giving understanding. They give attention to the costs. Great job.

We used Pickett Plumbing for a few years but our last experience with them totally changed our opinion of them. We encountered terrible customer service and they were outrageously expensive! To install a simple kitchen sink faucet and a wet bar faucet they wanted $1000 ($495 each), and that’s on top of that a $69.95 charge just to come out! We decided to use another plumbing company instead and paid less than $250 for both faucets, with no extra charge for showing up! They did a fantastic job too!Should you decide to call Pickett, just be sure to ask lots of questions about their charges for coming out as well as their prices for services BEFORE you actually book an appointment! Also be sure to tell them that you want an EXPERIENCED plumber who is knowledgeable in fixing residential plumbing (as opposed to commercial plumbing) and is also familiar with Pickett’s prices for the services he’s expected to complete. Good luck! $$$$$

Once again Pickett Plumbing has done an excellent job for me. Blake was the service technician on this call to fix a ruptured pipe. As with my previous use of this company, the personnel are very professional and took care of the job in a reasonable amount of time and at the price quoted. Highly recommend this company and Blake.

We just moved into our first home and had some plumbing issues that were pretty concerning to us including a leaking shower. We were terrified that our plumbing issues would completely drain our savings, but it was an extremely amazing price. Blake was very honest and trustworthy and even showed us how to do some easy things ourselves to help save us a little money. He reused parts we had to fix some things, putting thought into what he was doing and thinking outside of the box. He gave us some options throughout the whole process and was very upfront and descriptive about everything he was doing. He had to be here for a while so thankfully he’s even fun to talk to! Definitely recommend!

Greg with Pickett Plumbing was great. He arrived quickly and was so polite and professional. Even after having his equipment break he never stopped smiling. Due to my issue, he had to call in other team members to assist and they were also polite, professional. I would definitely use Pickett Plumbing again.

Called Picket Plumbing for a gas leak but experienced horrible service. Technician provided estimate but the estimate was for other areas and did not even provide estimate for actual issue that we called for. Technician stated they could not fix the initial problem until the other areas could be fixed. Estimated cost $3000+ Called centerpoint to confirm if what the this company claimed was true and it was false information. Technician had stated he could fix issue same day but after he left when we called back (not event 20 minutes later) they stated they were closed for the day (2pm) and they could not solve problem until Monday (initially called them Wednesday). Ended up calling another company and they fixed for $250 same day! This company was charging us $3000+ and that wasn't even to fix originally issue. Not to mention that the ladies who were answering the phone were rude from the get go. Do NOT use this company. Very poor service and cost was ridiculous.

Despite being super busy and it being after normal business hours, Pickett Plumbing sent out Blake out to find and fix the leak in our front yard. He was quick, knowledgeable, kind, and professional. We appreciate their extra effort and they have our business from now on.

Toilet was wobbling and leaking at the base. I set up an appointment online and was called to confirm service and date requested. They came out on-time and presented all options before starting. Derrek did an excellent job, worked quickly and left the area clean. Will definitely use them in the future.

Blake was very respectful and courteous. Made sure that I was aware of each step that had to be taken to fix my issue. Kept the floor protected and all trash picked up. Very considerate person. Answered all of my questions and made sure that I felt comfortable with the repair that he did.

Nick did a great job communicating to me what he was doing and he made sure to get my permission before starting on the fix. He was friendly, professional, and trustworthy and my problem is now fixed. The price seemed a little high but I realize that he is part of a bigger company with higher overhead. I appreciate his work and would recommend him to anyone!

Bud M provided my plumbing service. He was friendly, fast, cordial, and professional. Besides fixing the issue with a stopped-up garbage disposal, he gave me some tips on how to prevent recurrence. He’s a real nice guy and knows his stuff. The price was very reasonable.

My wife recently contracted Pickett to install a utility sink into our garage while I was out of town. The plumbing was pre-plumbed and prepared by our builder and only required minor fittings and pee trap to connect to our facet, sink, and drain. After 2 hours and roughly $10 in Home Depot parts we received a $747.00 invoice.I feel like Pickett took advantage of my wife so I called to complain. Their manager explained to me that they don't have hourly rates but bid the jobs to maintain a 67% gross margin. He reviewed our case and stated we were charged at 75%. I asked for a refund as this shows that my wife was taken advantage of. He declined to refund us. I told him I would give a negative review. He told me threats don't work.Maybe negative reviews will. Think twice before you use Pickett Plumbing. You'll get over charged, talked down to by a manager, and end up cleaning up after the plumber when he's done. I guess the bright side is that it worked.

Dear Pickett Plumbing, I would like to let you all know that Mark Anthony is the type of person that any Company would be very proud to have working for them. He is knowledgeable, courteous, and does not mind answering questions. He has done work great work for us in the past and we were privileged to have him back again, but this time to install a sink faucet. I know that we are going to need your services again as we update our kitchen. Therefore, I have requested that you send Mark Anthony back! Thank you for employees like him!

My experience today was two fold with the service I got. The employees were all very nice and helpful. Immediate service which was appreciated. However, I felt their prices were very outrageous for the service I had. A small T- valve(which I had) placed on a water line under the kitchen sink to the Hot Water Dispenser and a valve cartridge replaced in a Kohler shower faucet again of which I had and my bill was $400.00. I am sad to say that although the customer service was great the price gouging will keep me from calling Pickett again.

We were more than impressed with Pickett Plumbing. From the communication at our first meeting with Brent, the efficient, courteous work of the crew, through the final inspection at the end, we've never had a better experience with any service provider. We highly recommend Pickett Plumbing to anyone who needs plumbing work of any kind. They are our plumber for life!

Avoid calling them out for service. They come out and only try to sell you their VIP package and quote you on all kinds of other services. Even though I sent them pictures of the problem over 3 weeks ago, they didn’t bring the parts to fix the problem. Also, they didn’t call the day before the appointment like they said. Did not text ahead of time like they said just showed up. Much more to say about how much they upset us but suffice it to say, do not use them.

Brandon was very professional and kind! Pleasant to work with. Gave me estimates of all the different options. Pickett is coming out on September 2 to do all the work on my toilet.

We have used Pickett Plumbing for years and they have been wonderful to work with. Most recently, Blake installed a tankless water heater and fixed a leak in our upstairs bathroom. So nice to have a plumber that you can trust and rely on.

Very very expensive. Did not bring all parts. Had to supply one myself. Showed up very fast as a plus. But got really more than charged double looking at the national average. Research before using them.After providing feedback to the owner and further discussion we have come to an agreeable solution to the issue. I was pleasantly surprised to be able to work with them and settle the disagreement. With that I can now rate this business a reasonably good value for the money with this experience.

Karen, the manager was completely dismissive and unprofessional.I had an appointment scheduled today, and when I called the main line to check the status of the appointment/ETA, was told that I no longer had the appointment. I then asked to be transferred to a manager (Karen) and she informed me that a technician attempted to reach out at 7 something this morning, but could not reach me. I did not have any missed calls, nor was there a voice message left of the attempt. Not a text message either asking if I would like to still keep my appointment. I am left waiting the entire rest of the day to go through the same experience? I prefer not to.Additionally, Karen references canceled appointments in 2018 and 2019. I asked what that has to do what TODAY’S experience.This was rude, and unprofessional. I will NOT be calling Pickett plumbing in the future.

PP responded to my call immediately and put me in the queue for one of the technicians to get back, which he did within 20 mins. we agreed on a plan and Blake turned up the next morning at appointed time, we discussed the problem, reviewed the situation and agreed on a plan forward. He produced a cost sheet with the alternatives for my agreement before proceeding. The job was slightly more complicated due to location of the blockage, but once the problem was isolated, the repair was carried out and the work was tidied up, no mess and a pleasant informative process. The cost was higher than I would have anticipated, but no more than the agreed amount at the beginning..

Our shower had been leaking and another plumber said it could not be fixed and needed replacement, but....

I just completed a transaction with Pickett Plumbing where they had to come onsite to remediate a plumbing problem. From the time I called until the problem was solved this team was top notch. Bud was the plumber who actually performed the repairs. He was very thorough and diagnosed my problem quickly. The repairs were explained very well and the completed quickly. Bud left the area very clean and took plenty of time to make sure I knew how to keep it from happening again. I will call Pickett Plumbing every time I need help in the future.

I have used them for several repairs (fireplace gas supply, hot water heater replacement, repiping, pipe repairs). They always arrive when they say they will, come prepared to complete the job and provide friendly service. While I don't enjoy actually paying the bill, their prices are affordable, and it is definitely worth it for good quality service and techs that respect your time.

Not sure if there's such thing as a Minor plumbing problem. If so, my most recent wasn't one of those. It started as a blocked lavatory drain line, and became an emergency when it shut down my home AC system in 100 degree Houston weather. As a member of Pickett's VIP program, I was relieved that they responded quickly, and I was impressed with how thorough Blake and Phillip were in identifying, tackling and resolving the problem. On the customer service side, I appreciated Selenia's help in arranging the after hours call. Pickett Plumbing has been my go-to source for plumbing-related matters for several years now, ranging from major to minor issues. They've never let me down, and I've never had reason to look elsewhere.

Blake was on time, friendly, and very knowledgeable. He found my leak quickly, and didn't try to find ways to charge more than necessary the way some plumbers do. Definitely recommend.

I was able to get an appointment on the same day that I called. The technicians got straight to work, explained all the service options, and were efficient getting the job done. They were friendly and offered some advice on how to prevent this problem from happening in the future.

These guys first gave my wife a price of $1,300 to install a garbage disposal and new faucet because he said he would have to cut the back of the cabinet an redo all of the plumbing, etc, etc. When I heard this I came home from work and when he found out I was coming home he dropped the price to $900 but this was still a rip off for two hours of work and they didn't supply any materials - only labor. Stay away from this company!! They are dishonest!

Bud, our service professional, diagnosed a drain issue that has plagued us since 2014. By correctly determining the problem and solution, he saved us thousands of dollars over bids from other Houston big name plumbers.Really, Pickett Plumbing is the only plumbing company you’ll ever need. Thanks to Bud and his excellent apprentice Ray for making our home work again!

We have used Pickett for years, going back to 2003 when they resurfaced our pipes with the Ace DuraFlo process. I called them earlier this month due to a leak in our attic. Their plumber charged me $70 to tell me our water heater was leaking and needed to be replaced. He gave me a quote of $2,232, which I thought was high. We found another plumber who replaced it for $1,125. A couple of hours after they had replaced it, I realized we still had a leak. I called Pickett since they had originally diagnosed the leak was from the water heater, which was obviously not the case. They sent a different plumber at my request. He was here within a couple of hours and found that the hot water pipe under the water heater was the source of the leak. He gave me a quote of $731 to replace a 6' section of pipe. I checked with the other plumber and he told me that was a high price. He came and replaced the pipe for $426. Not only are Pickett's prices extremely high, but the first plumber they sent misdiagnosed the source of the leak. He should have been suspicious of our pipes since they had resurfaced our pipes 13 years ago. The Ace DuraFlo process is a total ripoff. We paid $9,570 in 2003 to have our pipes resurfaced. The other plumber showed me the section of pipe he replaced and it was almost totally clogged with rust, as only only side of the pipe had the Ace DuraFlo epoxy coating. (see uploaded photo) The photos Pickett has on their website shows a perfectly even coating of epoxy. They have to know this is not the case, but they still show the photo and offer this expensive service.I did send Mr. Pickett a letter concerning all of this, but I have not had any response.I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND PICKETT PLUMBING.

If I had gone with Picket I would have spent around $6,000 on completely unnecessary repairs. They were not even close on the diagnosis or estimate. Pickett sent a plumber to my hose to diagnose two items: a leaking shower and an inoperable tankless hot water heater. After visiting the attic to look at the hot water heater I was informed that the problem was most likely a bad core. Replacement cost: $5000. He then looked at the leaking shower head. It was dripping from the shower head and i told him i thought it was the valve. He told me I was wrong and suggested I get a shower pan leak test ($300) and then tear out the valve. I paid my money for the estimate - not free with Pickett - and told them I would get a second opinion.The actual problems were diagnosed by Simon Trevino of Monsies home repair:Hot water heater - turns out the system uses a couple of batteries to run the display and temp control. The batteries were bad. He replaced them and that fixed the problem.Shower - the valve was in fact the problem (as I suspected) and the part could be replaced without going in to the wall. Total cost of all repairs by someone that knew what they were doing: $150.I have Michael Berry to thank for the Pickett recommendation but will no longer respect his opinion of his advertisers. This is twice he has steered me wrong.

They arrived on time to find a water leak on the outside of the house on the connection to the meter. The ground was very wet, muddy making it very difficult to locate with the clay sticking to the tools. They ended up finding it after calling their Master Plumber. The repair was done very professionally. I am very happy with their services and would hire them again.

Philip of Pickett Plumbing came out to repair a plumbing problem in our Master Bathroom. He had another fellow with him and together they fixed the problem in about 20 minutes. Philip was efficient, knowledgeable and prompt. Pickett Plumbing is the best.

I was charged $461.35 to repair a 2’ copper pipe that had a leak. My husband and I had already discovered the leak, cut a hole in the floor, and removed the insulation for the serviceman. I will give one star because he did repair the leak (with plastic because copper cost more). I am embarrassed I allowed this company to take advantage of me like this. I will never use Pickett plumbing again.

Brent showed up on time, assessed the situation and showed me the photos to confirm what he was saying. The price for coming out was as stated and he did a great job. He covered his shoes with footies so as not to get dirt on the floor, was polite, knowledgeable and Professional.

Pickett Plumbing was very responsive. Bud came out quickly, was very professional and helped with a clogged drain. It turned out there was a second drain clog so Bud came out again the next day to repair that one. Very happy with the service.

Charged $69.95 to come to my house to tell me they couldn't fix my issue. Which was only to move a water heater from one location to another in my house. I did call another company with free estimates & they were able to move the water heater. Not bad service, tech was nice but check around before calling them.

We had a problem with the flow of water in our bathtub. Bud M diagnosed the problem, went to his supply house and back to fix the problem. We were also in need of a kitchen sink and faucet change out. I have NEVER had a serviceman explain the pros and cons of items that we were needing. Bud M. took the time to help with this process and a bid to do the installation. If and when we need ANY plumbing issues resolved our first call will be to Bud M.Keep up the great work!!!!

Very efficient hand did the job timely manner. I would recommend Gary in an instant for any other related plumbing job. You need to clone 3 more like him. He also explained about after hours emergencies requirements. Something the otyoher repair man that called back didn't even bother to mention or explain. More interested payment. The man could of said he would come and look to see what the problem was and explain why payment was to be made than, and would be reimbursed. If I ever need repair man from your company I would not want this person to come. Great customer service and work. Seem a bit high in price but it’s been awhile since I’ve had a toilet replaced. In the end I’m hoping you get what you pay for and they did a good job which is the most important thing to me.

Noticed that my pilot was out on old water heater. Got new thermocouple from hardware store. Pilot then lit, but still wouldn't ignite burner. Called many plumbers and did lots of price shopping. Called Pickett and their price, for full water heater installed, was half the price of their competitors. We also had rusted pipe elbows, and pipe nipples that needed replacing. Mark was professional, wise, and is a Jedi-plumber. He drained the old water heater, fixed the piping behind it, put in a new gas line, and installed the new, Bradford & White, water heater. Out last Bradford & White lasted fifteen years. Thank You, Mark, and Pickett Plumbing!

These guys were awesome. Very professional and courteous and were able to fix the problem after another plumber was unable. Phillip and Brandon were great and even assisted with something outside of what would be considered plumbing to help a lady with her husband out of town. Ok when I write it out like that it sounds sexual but I swear it isn't LOL. There was a dead squirrel on my porch and Brandon was kind enough to remove it for me! #realheroes

I recieved the worst service ever!!! They are one of the most expensive plumbers I have ever had the disservice to encounter. Their charges are almost double others and they neglect to tell you they wont fix anything for less than $165. I think the $69.99 service fee is in place to trap people into paying their high prices. The service manager, Kevin is rude to boot!!! I wouldn't use this company if it was the last one on earth!

I needed a temp/pressure valve changing on the hot water tank but they would not quote it over the phone so I had the plumber come over.He looks at the job and says he'll give me a quote. I asked him if he could do the the valve on the other tank as well and he agreed, wrote up the quote and let me have it. And boy did he let me have it to the tune of $807.36! Are you kidding me? I decided not to pay and gave him the $70 call out fee. I did the job myself and had them both done in under an hour for $30,the cost of the valves. At $800 / hour I am in the wrong business along with a lot of doctors, lawyers, airline pilots and anyone else who spent four years getting a degree.

Hey Mr. Pickett, if your company didn't want to do the work at my house, why not just tell me? Instead your techs charged me $69.95 to give me a quote that was more than 2X the next reputable plumbing company I had quote me. So the way I see it, you stole $70 out of my pocket .So unless you have more money than sense, stay way from Pickett.$8300 to get a Navien tankless heater installed? Are you out of your mind? If I wanted to get the Flotek descaler installed, that would be an additional $2000 = $10,300. Maybe the guy that came out thought I wanted an A/C system installed. What a joke!I have another company doing the exact work you quoted for less than half the price.This tells me your company din't want the work unless I was willing to pay your inflated price.It was the same job as you quoted and I saved thousands by not using Pickett. Guess you gotta pay for that expensive advertising somehow.

Jeremy P is the guy you should ask for. He is very knowledgeable and did his work quick and very polite. If you want to find a plumbing solution you will not regret to call Pickett.

This was the biggest con job I have ever experienced. This guy showed up in this huge truck with Pickett Plumbing all over it. He walks in and I tell him that I am getting some pretty loud noises that first happened when I flushed one toilet, then the other. Finally, my washer had overflowed. Why I called. But it had stopped the day before and I had read online that it could be a valve or one other issue. So we flush, turn on the washing machine, flush the other toilet, and it doesn't happen. He claims that he could hear knock. Baloney! You'd have to put a stethoscope to the wall to claim there was any sound! Then, when we get to the 2nd toilet, he rides it and starts jostling the tank. He says that I have a loose flapper. Anyone's flapper would've been loose after he jerked it around like that! So he says $300+ for the toilet flapper! I told him I could buy a new toilet for that rip-off price! Then he says I need a $500+ extension tank for the loud noises. I said I've lived her 23 years and never needed one. He said water pressure has changed across the years. Then, I was trying to find something reasonable for him to fix since I paid $70 sucker bucks for this con artist to come into my home, and say what would it cost to connect my refrigerator's water line? $300+ sucker bucks again. He said as long as I am here, want to see what a tankless water heater costs? $6,500 sucker bucks! I told him that you must be nuts and walked him to the door. He tried to give me advice and say if someone installs the water heater for less, don't let them con me by not replacing the gas line. I called my x, who had 2 water heaters to my 1, and he said his unit cost him $4K and the lines were improved! These people are con artists, who try to claim that they are picky plumbers. The only thing that they are trying to pick is your wallet! BUYER BEWARE. I ate the $70 and washed my hands when the idiot left.

I have a yearly inspection and he went over everything. From the kitchen bathrooms laundry Room outside false it's and the swimming pool and the gas line it was great I am so glad that Pickett plumbing is my plumbing people thank you Blake is always nice courteous And make sure if you understand what hes talking about thank you

They didn’t fixed the problem that I had with my plumbing issue yet they still charged me $476 for it and now I have to go find someone else that know how to fix it. I hope you’re happy with the money that you ripped off from hard working people. To everyone else, stay away from this company if you want to save times and money.

Called Pickett to come and replace leaking gaskets on three of my toilet flush tanks. I needed this urgently because the house was being shown. The cost quoted to replace each leaking tank gasket was $317. I needed gaskets replaced on three toilets, the total being asked was around $830, apparently discounted price. With sticker shock, we called around and were able to get the work done by other licensed plumber for less than 1/3rd the price. Leak gone, all is well, saved from being ripped off and being taken advantage of. Wasted $69.99 for trip charges. Please watch out.

We got an electric water heater which has no hot water. I called them, they came right away. Young tech checked around and said it is electrical problem and he could not pix it. Then ask me for $223. I feel like being robbed. I mean I don't mind to pay if we can get some warm water after the service. Now I need to call someone else. This is not fair at all. Stay away!! my Houstonians
