Christmas Eve we discovered our water pipe had frozen and then ruptured. They came out made the repair without charging a holiday surcharge. They were polite and quick. 10/10 would recommend.

If you need a plumber, call Best Rates. These guys are truly 5 Star. When I had an outdoor insulated faucet burst at 3pm on Christmas Eve, I had to shut off the water to the whole house. When I needed a plumber, I called more than 10 who could not or did not respond. When I reached Ruben, he said would and sent a team out on Christmas Day and fixed the leak. It wasn’t an easy repair that required boring through a brick wall but they did it quickly and professionally. After confirming there were no leaks, Chris and the team cleaned up and were done in under 2 hours. I’ll keep these guys on speed dial for all my plumbing needs, emergency or not!!

My husband and I just bought a old house, its pretty but one bathroom shower was not getting hot water and the middle diverter was not working as it should. I contacted a lot of plumbers in the area and some of them asked for photos but didn’t respond anymore or some of them to check was already ridiculous price, not best rates plumbing though. I called their office once and Ruben ask for photos, he was very patient with me and even told me to do some steps first just in case it can be fixed without them coming to our house. When we both determined it cant be fixed, he sent out his guys to check for free, gave me a good estimate and i told him ill contact again once im ready. He was not pushy, and was there whenever i texted him until we scheduled the repair. The same 2 guys came to fix the shower, they are quick, respectful, cleaned the area after the repair, they asked permission where to throw the old diverter and extra shower head (they just didn’t assume what to do with the old parts - it’s nice and respectful). Its hard to find reliable and good price plumbers nowadays, I’m glad i found this company. I asked them another estimate in helping us convert our half bathroom to full bathroom plumbing, hopefully price is still good, if it is, we will be hiring them again in the future. Thank you Ruben and the team for repairing our shower very quickly and for having such a excellent customer service.

I don’t really do reviews, but this company highly deserves it. We had to replace a tankless water heater that’s not functioning correctly do to years of it being unserviced and a clogged pipe. Ruben installed the tank, and also installed other things to prevent it from easily wearing out for years to come. To sum up the experience, this company went beyond to help us get it replaced. They are very helpful and responsive to all your questions. The cost is reasonable especially for the change of tank and also their service. Reached out to this number to hopefully get a better offer on repairing a plumbing issue with our washer machine; after serval pricey estimates from more well know companies, for simply looking at the issue, and by pricey I mean 1k+, we spoke to Ruben. He was very kind, and attentive, provided me a very fair estimate to come review our issue. He worked diligently, and after roughly four hours, he repaired a broken pipe, and our plumbing was back in working order. Ruben was exceptionally knowledgeable about his work, and it definitely shows! Our final price for the repair was still considerably less than the more well known plumbing repair companies, running less than 600! Due to the Winter Storm it was impossible to find a plumber to fix broken pipes, let alone broken copper pipes. Our house was supposed to sell on Friday Feb 19,2021 but due to the leaks we had to postpone it until Monday. Luckily, I was able to get in contact with Ruben and I sent him my address and videos of the problem and he said that would do it since he had the parts. I’m so grateful for him and his team that came and took care of the the 4 pipes that had leaks. They ended up using a new type of pipe that doesn’t burst. I would highly recommend booking with him and I will for sure have his number saved for any future plumbing needs. Great customer services and super customer oriented.

Ruben found a problem in our attic with two licks and very professionally went beyond his way to fix them and insulate them at a great price. He paid special attention to find the second lick of which I wasn't aware of, and came promptly and fast. These guys were all that is shown above!!The repair required them to work in the attic for over an hour on an afternoon when the temp was 99 degrees. They were as professional and kind at the end of the job as they were at the beginning.I cannot praise them enough and can recommend them with the highest confidence.

Best Rates Plumbing was on time, they told me exactly what they needed to do and the total cost, got the necessary parts and completed the install with no issues. Even unclogged a floor drain that I had no idea was clogged. Draining the old water heater made the clog quite apparent. Nice clean installation, hot water again!

**UPDATE 02/19/21 I wrote what I did below a few weeks ago, this is only to ratify the 5 stars, they know that the region was hit by the winter storm and as a precaution measure the authorities say to cover pipes to prevent them from bursting, it went out to the cold to cover mine and my surprise Ruben had done it as part of his service time ago !! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐the best team. their rates are really reasonable and they were really careful trying to repair without damaging the infrastructure of my house.

Another more well known place wanted to do a much bigger and more expensive repair but we got a second opinion from Best Rates and they suggested a limited repair that totally fixed the problem for about 25% of the cost.
