Working with Mike to solve our plumbing problems was awesome. He was very knowledgeable and experienced in his work. If we had any other concerns, he even made return visits.

He (Mike the owner) did not honor the price quoted and charged 3 times more. His crew (Ken) did mistakes and it did not pass the inspection and they had to redo and charged me for their errors. Unreliable provider, the contractor I had which they worked for, after that they removed them from their list because this and other incidents. Quoted $405 and charged $1250, because the redo 2 times for failing inspections for the service they did. Beware, they are plenty of excuses. Just decided to pay to get get them out of my house as soon as possible.

M&M recently re-piped our entire house. They replaced a few fixtures and we had them install 2 new comfort height toilets. They did a great job for us. Crew always arrived on time and were extremely professional and courteous. When called for a few hiccups that arose, they were at the house within a few minutes after receiving the call. M&M is honest & fair. I highly recommend them.

Spoke with Amy in the office, she was very understanding of the situation. We scheduled the job, Josh and his team were the plumbers who came out an performed the work. He was very knowledgable and professional. Highly recommend M&M Plumbing!

M&M help me out of a terrible situation. Monday we had a different plumber do some work; replace a old tub mixer valve with a new one. After 5 hours and me discovering mistakes for them to correct we thought they were finished. I paid them and they left. I went to clean up the tub and the valve would not cut off the water and worse I found a pin hole in a joint. Water is spraying everywhere. I call X-Perts plumbing back. With on answer. Now it is 2am.Tuesday morning I called M&M plumbing. The friendly voice on the phone said he could have someone out in an hour. Right on time Keith from M&M was at my door. Very pleasant and professional young man. He went right to work. He would give me the bad possibilities but hope for the best. He was able to repair the hard to get to pin hole in minutes. Then on to the tub. This took more thought, he had to figure out what the other plumber had done wrong, in the end we believed small parts were missing. Just as he was finishing that up the bathtub drain seal broke and the tub water from upstairs began pouring out of my downstairs kitchen lights. What a nightmare. If it had to happen I am so grateful it did when Keith was here and not X-Perts. Keith was able to find the parts and installed in a timely manner. You can imagine how panic I am right now. I have already paid for one plumber and now Keith has been here 3+hours working. My husband and I were so relieved when we saw the bill. Not cheap but definitely not over price. I asked for some business card so I can pass their name around. I will use them again, wish their name would have pop up on Google when I was searching, found them under 24 hour plumbing.

We had a terrible grinder pump issue where a PVC coupling came apart and the neighborhood pressurized sewage was free flowing back into our yard and our neighbor's yard. I called M & M and they fit me into their first available appointment. The crew came out, fixed my coupling, replaced a defective backflow preventer, and made sure the system was working properly. Since most plumbers don't like to work on grinder pump systems, it was very nice to have a company that knew what to do. I would also like to recognize Amy Kettle who was excellent at customer service and making sure we were satisfied with the work performed. I would highly recommend M & M for you plumbing needs.

The company has no showed me 3 times in 3 consecutive days. Recommended to me by our realtor and I have spoken with the owner (Mike), his son and Ken (service manager). Beware! They have every excuse in the book - not in database, new receptionist, bad scheduling, miscommunication.

I wanted to switch back to a gas stove, but was worrried about the capped gas line and hook up. M&M came out, checked the line and then hooked up my new stove and even re-lit my water heater pilot light when done. They didn't try to sell me on stuff I didn't need and did great work at a reasonable price. Solid friendly folks!

The Legacy Church in Alvin experienced non working leaking valves on men's and women's restrooms that caused low water pressure throughout the building. To prevent costly water usage the water line was shut off to the worship facility and M&M Plumbing was called the next day. M&M immediately responded and made temporary repairs until the correct valve internal parts could be ordered, delivered and installed. This timely response allowed the building to be reopened and there was no interruption to our worship services; thank you!!. After permanent repairs were made, the plumbing valves and fixtures are like new, all working in harmony! The Legacy Church sends their blessing!

Scheduling was rude, but the plumber that contacted me prior to scheduling contacting me was very nice. If it was not for scheduling being rude, then we may have proceeded with their services. This review is based on client interaction and not the work itself.

We have used this company several times and are very pleased with the service. They come out quickly and always call before arriving. The prices are reasonable and I feel they are honest and fair. We plan to use them in the future and will recommend them to anyone I know needing plumbing work!

I recently discovered M&M Plumbing when my toilet system in Friendswood, Texas, developed a blockage. The tech was here quick and on time, and was very knowledgable and friendly. The problem was resolved quickly, and the price was very fair. I will be recommending M&M to friends and family.

Mike at M&M Plumbing came to my place after I called him with a problem that happened while other work was being done.He answered the phone and showed up within an hour. The problem was diagnosed , fixed and reported to all that were involved promptly.Very straight shooter and very professional.I'll call M&M for any plumbing work going forward.

Horrible company !! Flooded one of my houses. Did $35,000 damage to it and would not give me his insurance. Put in used parts. Lied to me many times. Had to get the city to revoke his permits. Will probably end up in court with this guy. Stay away - big trouble !!!!

These guys sent over a crack head looking guy with tattoos al over him smelling like weed. Worked on our water heater and couldn't fix it so charged us over $300 to tell us must be the controller and that would be an additional $750 to put a $150 part in. I dont suggest anyone tyo ever use these guys. Reporting them to Bbb. Just taking advantage of the elderly is what tbey do.

Called on New Years Eve sent a man right away he was very professional and worked his tail off getting the job since there was a situation that came up showed up again on New Year’s Day very satisfied with the commitment meeting my needs again thank you by the way the young man’s name was Mark would highly recommend.
