Jose was super responsive and came very quickly to take care of my plumbing issues. He was very open about pricing and what could be the issue and what the various charges could be. I am very happy to have found him. I had to have extensive sewage pipes replaced under my house since it's almost 100 years old. I shopped around to 2 other plumbers and their pricing was considerably more. And he is a master plumber, so I was confident in his work and that it will be done to code. It all came out really well.

Needed complete new pipe installation.Didn't have a regular plumbing service provider. Looked up plumbers in my area.First on the list Pilix Plumbing (5 Star Rating). Called in and got Jose who took my information and said someone would be there the next day to give me a quote.Long story short Jose, Brian, and companydid installation plus fixed my kitchen sink and I was totally blown away by the professional caliber of service. Got complete explanation of service rendered, costs, logistics, and recommendations.Don't look any further PILIX Plumbing has your best interests covered. 5+ Star Rating.

Pilix Plumbing was able to repair a shower faucet that had been installed incorrectly by a prior company, and did so without having to break the new marble tile that had been installed! Was beyond thankful that they were able to respond as quickly as they did, and they were so gracious. Another issue needed a new valve and they went and picked it up at a warehouse across town, so that our shower could be up and running same day. What a team! Thankful we were referred to them. My go-to plumbers going forward! Thank you, Pilix Plumbing!

Let me just start by saying that Jose is extremely professional, very knowledgable (he's a master plumber and carries his certification as proof) and will not try to oversell you. I needed new toilets and routine maintenance. Jose came out to my house for a walkthrough and throughly checked everything I asked him to look at. After the walkthrough, we sat down and discussed the work. He was super transparent and up front with the exact cost. He showed up right on time and completed all the work in an efficient manner and was so tidy (he puts on these shoe covers every single time he comes inside to prevent tracking in mud). He is now my go-to plumber and I couldn't be happier with the quality of his service.

Pilix plumbing has done it again! They have surpassed my expectations in service and quality. Super fast response and solutions. I’ve used them at a previous property and at my current one and never disappoint. My water main bursted due to foundation movement and created a water mess and they immediately remedied the problem. Jose took his time to explain in detail the possibility of what the issue could be, while in process of repair showed where the actual issue was, and even provided post care instructions. I hired Pilix Plumbing to replace an old water heater, Jose did a very good job at explaining everything before, during and after the project. In multiple occasions he gave me good feedback and made suggestions as he learned about the conditions of other plumbing elements. A user friendly, good quality flushing valve was installed, I like this suggestion because it will be very easy for me to perform the annual maintenance procedure. Very professional and clean installation.

Jose and his team at Pilix plumbing were so pleasant to work with. They were very easy to schedule and understanding/responsive when I had to reschedule. They arrived on time and wore shoe covers. They installed my sink, water filter, and garbage disposal quickly. They answered all our questions and showed us how they did their work in case we needed to do work later. Pilix plumbing was amazing from start to finish. It was a worst-case scenario: we lost our water service on Thanksgiving day.Mr. Ruiz showed up, on time, the morning after Thanksgiving, to inspect the situation and provide an estimate. He gave me a thorough explanation of the problem and several potential solutions. His quote was reasonable and fair.Mr. Ruiz and his crew began work immediately, even through the rain. The rain did not allow them to finish, but they showed up early the next morning to get it done. They worked hard and promptly and safely under difficult circumstances.Mr. Ruiz stayed in regular communication with me. The work was excellent.My family will forever be grateful for their hard work to restore our water over the holiday.

At short notice they showed up and brought a team of people to replace quite a bit of old pipe in our yard. We asked them to work around our brand new driveway and the sidewalk, and they did that so well you can hardly tell they were there. They worked quickly, and were very responsive to concerns.

Highly professional, walked us through every step of the project, transparent billing, Jose provided all of the materials, and finished the project the same day. They cleaned the area nicely and gave us instructions on future projects. Excellent service, Highly recommended. Oh and great pricing, most affordable out of 5 other estimates. I've lived in my house for almost 3 years now and my kitchen sink would get clogged up from the left side (garbage disposal side). I would put in the liquid used to unclog, nothing worked. My sister recommended Pilix Plumbing and in a matter of minutes it was resolved. Thank you Jose for my new garbage disposal.

Jose is the Best Plumber! I’ve found my ‘forever’ Plumber. I had a very clogged bathroom sink that would hold standing water for over an hour. I called Pilix Plumbing and he was able to come over the same day. We had to remove all the pipes under the sink as it was clogged deep in the pipes. Jose had to use two different Machines as the clog was so bad. He also replaced my pipes under the sink and everything is in perfect working order. His prices are reasonable and he’s also very professional and kind.

Early for apt (a good thing), put footies on before entering (so as not to track stuff in), introduced themselves w/ friendly handshake (owner), looked over job & gave multiple options. Worked efficiently w/ no mess & offered $$ options. Will call again.

Very very bad experience! I really doubt if those positive reviews are real or not. Many companies buy good reviews these days. I used this company to unclog my drain. I was charged $450. They just tried to use a snake to unclog the drain. After first trying(took less than 20 minutes), they said they were could only put 20ft snake into the pipe and guessed that drain line was damaged by tree root. After a little while, they said the issue was not by the tree. They never let me know what exactly the issue is and they refused to further try or diagnose without additional charges.It won't worth $450 for just an unclog trying using a snake! They also said that they have all equipments to diagnose, but they cannot do anything without additional charges. They recommended to replace the the drain line in the 1st place before any diagnose to avoid the cost of diagnose. This is the most ridiculous recommendation I have ever heard. I hire this company to unclog and they recommend to replace the drain line before knowing anything!Update on 5/16/2021I bought a 50 ft manual drain auger ($26.48 from home depot) and tried to unclog by myself. I was able to put all 50ft into the drain. The drain pipe was unclogged successfully after a few tries. Now I understand why they refused to diagnose and suggest to replace the pipe for the 1st place. They just want to make me spend thousands of dollars to replace the drain pipe. They trys to make tons of money by resolving an issue that never exists!!
