I needed to get a drain unclogged, and I needed to have my Tankless Water Heater serviced, as my previous plumbing service had gone out of business during the ongoing COVOD Pandemic. Nick's Plumbing was highly recommended, and I contacted them via their web chat, explaining my situations. They were able to send a plumber on a day that fit my schedule. Zach was professional, detailed, and through. He inspected and serviced the clogged drainage, and drained our Tankless Water Heater. The sink is now draining, and the rate of hot water flowing has increased, resulting in a stronger current. The cost was reasonable. I highly recommend Nick's Plumbing, and will be a regular customer.

I don’t remember the technician that service my clogged sink but he was very professional! I was hesitant to use Mr. Rooter given that they were a smaller company but I’m so glad that I did.
