This is the second time I have used Cooper Plumbing and both times have been great. The first time was to clear a main drain and the second time was to repair a shower. I could not be more pleased with the quality and price for the services I received. Both times the plumbers were great to work with and very careful while in my home. I they were very diligent and also got the repairs done quickly. Everyone I have worked with from the company has been very nice. Their prices are very fair and far below what you would pay to some of the big plumbing companies. Nice people, good prices and dependable service. This is the plumbing company you have been looking for. AAA+++

A technician came to the site on time.I expected the technician analyzed the problem and advised what to take next step of my tankless water heater.He did not do anything and asked me if I had to get diagnostic service, which would costs would be around $338.I asked if he can provide me washers to be used for connection of the water heater.If he cannot provide it, it should have answered “sorry I wish I could provide the washers, but you have to buy valve assemblies” that would be fine.However, he responded and complained I asked him to provide free. I never asked him to provide washers with free. I just asked if he can provide washers.His reaction was really unprofessional and I did not want to get business with this manner.

Plumber: Jacob came yesterday to repair the temperature gauge on 2 shower faucets and re-assemble a bathtub drain. We had other plumbers in to fix both problems and they had left with cheque in hand and incomplete jobs. Jacob came in and was knowledgeable about the exact problem we had and was able to fix everything for us. Thanks Jacob!

Duane (a Bona Fide Plumber) was extremely polite and professional. Upon arriving he reassured he would do everything he could, to unclog our main sewer line. He offered to run a camera so I would have an absolute understanding of the condition of our sewer. Turns out it’s pretty good for a home built in the 1940’s.Prior to calling Blue Frog Plumbing, I had someone from Craigslist out. This so called plumber said he could not clear the line and would have to “jet” our line and it would be a minimum of $1,200.I am very grateful for Duane and the honesty of Blue Frog Plumbing.(07 June, 22)This is the second time I used Blue Frog Plumbing. Patrick provided FIVE STAR SERVICE! I called late yesterday and as it wasn’t an emergency; Patrick came to our home and inspect a leak from our water supply by the meter. Patrick made the repair quickly and charged only a Service Call fee. When I asked about additional work I would like to do in the future, he not only provide me one, but two estimates for different approaches to complete the work.I will continue to use Blue Frog Plumbing for all needed repairs and maintenance.

I was happy with Josh but that's where it ended.I spent over $1000 to repair broken pipe but when I asked if the repairman would replace the valve to the home main shut off which was part of the line repaired, he refused saying that wasn't part of the contract. So I spent about $500 an hour and they are so profit oriented that they wouldn't replace a cheap valve to satisfy a customer. They have seen the last of my business.Now as a layman I am on my own to replace something that would have been easy and cheap for them.

It’s wonderful to know there’s a plumbing company that can assist you with an overwhelming issue, such as a clogged drain pipe. Not only were they professional, respectful, and timely, they truly cared about my situation and wanted me to have my house back in working order with the least amount of stress. They communicated effectively throughout the process and kept me informed. I highly recommend Damien and his crew for clogged drains, raising a cleanout, and excavation. I’ll certainly call them for any other future plumbing issues although I am hoping I won’t have to! A million thanks to you guys!

Plumbing Houston team were amazing!! Came over right away with short notice and were able to identify the problems with our toilets and shower. They even gave us the cheaper quick fix options first with no pressure, as well as the better more long term options. They gave us a quote and we’re back in the next couple days. They fixed three bathrooms in under 4 hours. I was amazed. Super professional and kind.

Thomas “Junior” was awesome showed me what was going on and identified the issues and was just super helpful of keeping me in the loop of what is going on. Customer service was awesome from start to finish.

Last Friday, I heard the pop and sudden sound of water rushing. The freeze finally got one of my pipes. I called 5 different plumbers and couldn't get anyone to come on that day. The best possible was the following Tuesday with ARS. They set a window from 9 am to 1 pm. Tuesday, no call, no show. I called back and was told by a very snarly CSR that the national call center has no idea what's going on and no one could come out until Thursday with no call window! I called Redfin and was treated with empathy and kindness. I was given a time window for Wednesday (today) and they delivered. Uli was my technician and he was excellent! He saw the problem and said it was an easy fix that wouldn't take long. I was very happy with his professionalism and attitude as I know every plumber is crushed with the volume of burst pipes in Houston. From now on, Redfin is in my favorites in my contacts. They will be the first to call should I have any other plumbing needs. Uli is to be commended for his work today!

Very professional and highly skilled, very well spoken in explaining things in easy terms. Fixed my ceiling leak fast even with the small confined work space, also answered all my questions in each area of projects I have planned (3), I will certainly put Lindall as a first to call on each of these. It's hard to find someone to trust to do a good job, he was great and has earned my trust.

Excellent service! I highly recommend Acacias Plumbing. Called them and they offered to be there the following morning (my issue was not an emergency). My schedule did not work for that so they came out the next day. The plumber who arrived was very knowledgeable and was happy to explain everything to me. He did not push any unnecessary fixes or upcharge me. He took his time to make sure my leak was fixed before packing up and leaving. I am so happy I have found a plumber that I trust!

Money grab.Our home was hit by the tornado that came through our community they were more concerned about charging a diagnostic charge than giving a quote so we could submit it to the insurance company. Making matters worse, I requested an appointment on their website, three days later called them and they made it a point pay us first then we will talk quote.Sad way to do business.

My name is Melissa and I live in Southwest Houston. My Neighborhood was hit really hard by this last Freeze storm that hit Houston about 3 months ago. We were without water or power for 5 days in sub freezing weather. And when the water and power did come back on it was a disaster in my home. Water was every where. Cellings were collapsing all around us. So scary ?. Reached out to a few programs seeking help because frozen pipes was not covered under my home owners insurance. I was so in need of a miracle. A program called conectivetexas.gov sent me a Blessing.They sent out Houston Plumbing Services who volunteered their time with lots of love and care and great professionalism to help me get my water back on.They came out and treated me like I was a customer spending a million bucks, when in reality they did it all for free just because of the kindness in their hearts. They put down paper as to not mess up anything. They even kept it clean as they worked and each night before they would head out. They even put back as much of the drywall as they could that they had to cut away. They worked very hard and were very professional. Even in my hot house with no Air conditioning running due to the gapping holes in my ceilings looking right into the attic. And let me tell you it got extremely hot in here. But with great pride and joy they were happy to get it done to help out a fellow Houston whom really was relying on them. It is with great pleasure that I can truly say that they went above and beyond to help me. and got it done. They replaced all the pipes in my whole home. and did it with a smile ?. God sent me Great Blessing through Houston Plumbing Services. I'm so grateful. Thank you for everything that you do for us. A really committed company with awsum worker's. I don't even know how I would ever be able to pay this forward. Thank you for this awsum gift of compassion. Guys showed up on time, were polite, knew what they were doing, communicated well, and helped us out.TDT did several things for us:-ran a new gas line when concerting from an electric cooktop to gas range-moved a fridge water line-added a water line for pot filler-rerouted a water line that was in a bulkhead that was removed-unclogged master tub / shower (never fun to have the tub not drain during a kitchen remodel!)Great work and highly recommend - will use again
