They were very quick in responding and completing the job, not to mention friendly. I would use them again. The only minor concern is that they were a bit on the pricier side, but then again you get what you pay for. The quality is great.

Leonard and Mario were absolutely fantastic - they replaced my shower cartridge with no issue even though the plumbing and valves were very old and parts are usually hard to find. They were so kind, respectful, and patient with me, I truly appreciated their help in getting this issue resolved efficiently. I was initially nervous because it was frustrating to coordinate with Eda in terms of scheduling - I kept having to personally follow-up myself even though she said she would call back several times, and I was told I would receive a confirmation email and I never did. But luckily it all worked out in the end - once Leonard and Mario were here, they did a great job.

Houston Plumbing Services is top notch. We have had our fair share of issues and Houston Plumbing is by far the best company we have worked with and will continue to use going forward. They have been knowledgeable, timely, and have honest pricing. Each time they have arrived prepared and stay until the job is done. They have found and fixed multiple gas leaks and recently installed a tankless water heater for us. My only regret was not finding this company earlier when we had to replace the existing cast iron plumbing. I highly recommend this company.

Admittedly I ended up hiring a different company to do the work that I needed to have done, only because they were able to do it a day earlier and I was in a real time crunch with guests coming to my home in mere hours and a water heater that needed replacing. But I have to commend this company on how responsive and flexible they were, and how courteous everyone I spoke with was. I also have to admit that their pricing was unbeatable.

I originally called because the line connecting to my HVAC condensation drain was clogged. Houston Plumbing Services came out the same day, got it unclogged, flushed my water heater, and replaced a broken master valve. The job took longer than expected due to the necessary extra work, but the guys stayed until the work was complete. Quality work at a fair price. Thanks!

We had a leak in our icemaker. Water was leaking out of the fridge and onto the floor. It was after hours and they responded asap! Got the water turned off and drained in no time. Problem solved. Will difinitly be using again!

The service was prompt, efficient and professional. I had a copper pipe in the garage wall that froze and ruptured. They made the repair, pressure tested the line and insulated the new pipe. They cleaned up the mess and left the space open to dry fully.I am very happy with their service and would recommend them to others.

I'm so glad I called Houston Plumbing Service. After bad service with another plumbing company I noticed a leak in our backyard. I searched Google for a local company with good reviews. I used their online service request form and they called to see how they could help. We we're able to get a quote with options by sharing some photos of the leak virtually. It wasn't an emergency to me but they were able to fit us in sooner than I expected. In less than two hours they removed an old water softener and patched the pipe. They even wrapped it and installed an extra emergency shut off for me. They wore ppe and followed covid protocols which was important for me. Their customer service is better than I've ever experienced, very friendly and comforting. All my service options were reasonably priced, less than I expected. I will definitely be using their services in the future and I wish all repair companies followed their standard of service. They are really the best.

After the recent freeze in Houston, Leonard and his crew came to my house exactly as promised the day after the freeze and they helped me safely get water restored to my house and my pool. They were extremely knowledgable, fast and tidy. I am very appreciative of the work that they did and I would recommend them unequivocally. Hopefully, it will be a long time before something like this happens, but I know who I'll call!

Saw the reviews and thought I'd try them out, and I'm glad I did! Amazing work and great price! Definitely recommend for anyone that has plumbing problems as they are very knowledgeable.
During this trying time for many Houstonians I was lucky enough to get an appointment scheduled after discovering my pipes froze and burst. I wasn't sure what to expect for total damages but the lead guy Leonard was excellent! He explained everything that was going on and what they would need to do to fix everything.The team even went above and beyond what was needed after discovering the shoddy job the original builders did with not having separate shutoff for the sprinkler system that also burst. They installed a separate shutoff for sprinkler system while fixing the main water pipe that burst.They also probably saved me a lot of time telling me if I could find 2 other parts that were needed to fix other issues I was having to get them and what the part numbers were and sizes i needed. Luckily I was able to find both and will definitely contact them as soon as they come in.Finally came the price that i was really worried about. Thankfully the price they charged for everything was in my mind very reasonable considering the repairs and knowing a typical DYI person wasn't going to be able to fix these. I am sure during these challenging times they could have charged a lot more and gotten away with it but they didn't. I have saved their information and will use them for any work i have in the future including my rental property.Thanks again for helping get my water back on! You guys are great!

Leonard and crew came out to my house very quickly, with masks and PPE for Covid protection, and quickly diagnosed my issue and repaired it. Very professional with reasonable prices. We went from problem to working plumbing in like 30 minutes! Plus the office/scheduling staff are very helpful and friendly. I definitely will be using them again and recommend you do too.

After reading their reviews, we gave Houston Plumbing services a call.They were excellent, swift and worked like they were fixing something at their own home. They cleaned after themselves something that my friend really appreciated considering she has kids at home. The problem was resolved, the work was done really well and my friend loved them. Thank Goodness for Leonard Papa and his professional expertise. He went straight to work on our kitchen connection blockage and repaired our dishwasher that had been inoperable for three months after Houston’s Big Freeze. He explained patiently what caused the problem and how to further protect our drinking water. Fair, honest, competent licensed plumbers are rare. He is a gem we highly recommend!
I had a broken pipe and my previous plumber kept delaying my service date. Houston Plumbing Services was able to help me the next day. The technicians were punctual, thorough and did a great job. My neighbor called the day they were coming to my job and they went to help her immediately after finishing my work. I can't say enough about how good they were. I will definitely use them again.

Incredibly professional, honest, and fairly priced. Leonard Papa and his co-worker installed our new garbage disposal in 30 minutes and were able to diagnose the cause of our low water pressure and lack of hot water upstairs. Since we were new home owners, he even helped us find our water shutoff valve. Great company and great work, I will definitely use them from here on out!Edit 11/16: They came immediately when we had water leaking through our kitchen ceiling the first time we used the shower in our new home. They explored all the options possible before having to cut the ceiling, and in the end were able to diagnose the issue so we could properly file a claim.They are great for both scheduled maintenance and emergencies ?

I have been through many so called plumbers but it was worth it to end up finding these guys. Leonard and his guy hooked up my new kitchen sink with disposal. Hooked up my bathroom sink. Fixed the leak on the main shut off valve for the house, re did all the connections (leak from the first plumber I used years ago). All of this cost less than what the guy who left the leak charged me. These guys enjoy their work and take pride in the work they do. Very knowledgeable and attention to detail is unmatched. I’m scheduled to have them come back to do my 13 year old water heater. These are my guys from now on.

My name is Melissa and I live in Southwest Houston. My Neighborhood was hit really hard by this last Freeze storm that hit Houston about 3 months ago. We were without water or power for 5 days in sub freezing weather. And when the water and power did come back on it was a disaster in my home. Water was every where. Cellings were collapsing all around us. So scary ?. Reached out to a few programs seeking help because frozen pipes was not covered under my home owners insurance. I was so in need of a miracle. A program called conectivetexas.gov sent me a Blessing.They sent out Houston Plumbing Services who volunteered their time with lots of love and care and great professionalism to help me get my water back on.They came out and treated me like I was a customer spending a million bucks, when in reality they did it all for free just because of the kindness in their hearts. They put down paper as to not mess up anything. They even kept it clean as they worked and each night before they would head out. They even put back as much of the drywall as they could that they had to cut away. They worked very hard and were very professional. Even in my hot house with no Air conditioning running due to the gapping holes in my ceilings looking right into the attic. And let me tell you it got extremely hot in here. But with great pride and joy they were happy to get it done to help out a fellow Houston whom really was relying on them. It is with great pleasure that I can truly say that they went above and beyond to help me. and got it done. They replaced all the pipes in my whole home. and did it with a smile ?. God sent me Great Blessing through Houston Plumbing Services. I'm so grateful. Thank you for everything that you do for us. A really committed company with awsum worker's. Leonard and friends completely re-modeled bathroom, installing new tub, tile surround and floor, commode, and vanity. Re-plumbed up to ceiling. Tile person was exceptional. Leonard and Mario quite responsive to requests and attentive to detail. Both very personable and helpful. Now waiting for quote on re-plumb of rest of house. Priced very competitively.
I recently moved into a 65 year old home that had the original galvanized pipes. Houston Plumbing Services did a re-pipe of the house, replacing every inch of piping throughout the house and I'm beyond happy with their work. Not only did they do great work, but they did so with a lot of attention to minimizing any damage to the house, such as cutting into walls to access fixtures. The biggest example is getting to the kitchen without tearing up any counter or backsplash.To explain, I had another company (the one that advertises constantly on TV with the CEO...you know who I mean) quote for the job and they instantly talked about ripping apart my granite countertop and tile backsplash because they didn't see any other way to get to the faucet and dishwasher. But in the same breath told me they offered services to rebuild my kitchen. When Leonard from Houston Plumbing looked, he just said it would be easy enough to come down the end of the wall and run the PEX over to the faucet. No demolition, nothing to repair other than two little holes in the drywall where he pulled the PEX through. That was thousands of dollars of repairs avoided.Speaking of dollars, HPS was completely fair in their pricing, unlike that other company that obviously was preying on people who either just don't know better or aren't bothering to do due diligence and get multiple quotes. They were more than double the price, plus wanted to tear out my kitchen so that they could gouge me for rebuilding it afterwards. I had called a third large plumbing company (the one whose name is an ancient calculator) but they literally just didn't show up for the appointment they set up.So in the end, Houston Plumbing Services did great work at a fair price. What else can you ask for? I've recommend them to several people already, and I highly recommend them to whoever is reading this review.

Leonard and his crew recently completed a bathroom remodel in a short time frame. Wow!! It looks fantastic! Leonard was always on time and he communicated the details and steps thoroughly. Of course his plumbing work was excellent (we had used him previously for water heater replacement, faucet replacements), but we were pleasantly surprised by his terrific trades people. Leonard sent timely well skilled tradesmen (tile, drywall, electrician, wallpaper) who always cleaned up after themselves and were professional. The work moved quickly and smoothly thanks to Leonard's oversight. We look forward to our next bath redo with Houston Plumbing Services.

Eda in the office sent Leonard Papa and Mario to our home to deal with some leaks in our water lines that froze during the recent spell of subfreezing temperatures. Every single one of the dozen plumbing companies we contacted were so busy that they wouldn't provide so much as an estimate on when we could expect some help with our problems. One other company offered an appointment only to rescind it offering only a vague estimate when they could help. Only Eda and Houston Plumbing Services rode to our rescue the very next day and located and repaired about 10 leaks getting our water back after 10 days. Leonard and Mario were patient and entirely professional and explained everything they were doing as they were doing it. As a result, we now have water. Houston Plumbing Services came out after Winter Storm Uri and fixed no less than 6 busted pipes to make sure I had a working bathroom and kitchen again. The plumbers took time to explain what was happening and my options and the office stayed in touch about the time for my appointment. Having someone to keep you updated about when they could come out was a huge relief, considering how hard it was to get in touch with anyone this week. And the guys did great work, made sure everything was running and scheduled a follow up appointment. I can't recommend them highly enough.

The main water line connecting my house to the city broke and was leaking tons of water. After contacting the city and learning that it was my responsibility to fix, I called Houston plumbing services and they came out that afternoon to assess the damage and provide an estimate for the job.Leonard arrived and stopped the leak temporarily, letting me know the cost. Since it was the afternoon by that time and the pipe needing replacing, the real work needed to start the next day. When morning came, Leonard and his assistant came bright and early and did an amazing job for a fair price, finishing in the early afternoon. They left my plumbing better than it was even before the leak. Would highly recommend and would use again.

The lady that returned my phone calls answer so many of my questions and took care of my changes to the order. The plumbers showed up early on a Sunday and drapped the carpet and stairs to install a new hot water heater. The expierence was so smooth and seemless. A handyman friend recently asked how old was my water heater. When I replied it was 21-22 years old, he advised that it was WAY past time to replace it. If left as is, there was a chance of leaks and subsequent water damage to the house. Fortunately, I was able to connect with a live person from Houston Plumbing Services who responded to my tale of sad neglect and within the week they delivered a new water heater and replaced the old one. Many thanks and kudos to the folks at Houston Plumbing for their timely and professional service! I promise not to wait another 20 years to replace this water heater.

I highly recommend Houston Plumbing Services. Leonard fixed my water heater, dishwasher, sink and washer connections that the previous plumber had messed up. He was on time, very polite, cleaned up after himself and most of all, performed quality work. His rates are affordable and he stands by his work. A few months later I called him in a panic because my roofers had not connected the roof vent pipe to the water heater and couldn't come out for almost a week, even though carbon monoxide was leaking into my attic. Leonard came out within 24 hours and fixed it, leaving me with peace of mind.
Houston Plumbing Service replaced the PVC line in my garage with PEX. I am pleased with the work they did.

My water heater quit working when storm Uri hit. It was too late when I started calling plumbers, because they were all swamped. I could not talk to any real person. And it was lucky if I could leave a voice mail because most of their mail boxes were full.Then I came across Houston Plumbing Services on the internet and gave them a call. When I got to their voice mail, I did not even bother to leave a message because of all the frustration I had to that point. This was when the miracle happened. After I hung up, Eda texted me right away! She was really responsive, understanding, flexible, and had a lot of patience with all of my questions.HPS also did not take advantage of the situation and they gave me a quote which I thought was reasonable based on my research.The installation went well like a breeze. Technicians were on time and finished their job fast. They cleaned up afterwards.Thank you!

My husband and I woke up to a plumbing emergency in our master bathroom one morning. Both of us being disabled and on fixed incomes we needed a honest, quality plumbing company to assess the situation and fix our problem at a fair price. We contacted Houston Plumbing Services and their technician Leonard PAPA came out within a few hours. He accessed the problem and gave us a competitive quote. We accepted the bid an he had the need parts in his truck. He fixed the problem within 30 minutes of accepting the offer. We are extremely impressed with HPS and the quality and professionalism of Mr. Leonard PAPA. We would highly recommend HPS and Leonard PAPA to anyone needing cost effective, quality plumbing services.

After working with us to design the project and agreeing on the quote, he and his team got started immediately. Although the project took a few days longer than planned, we were totally satisfied. Timely, friendly, professional.
I had a broken cast iron waste line under my home. Houston Plumbing Services came out and rerouted over a hundred feet of new PVC pipe underground across my front lawn into the 4” main sewer line. They had to remove part of my driveway to do it. They did the whole project in one day including putting the concrete driveway back. I am an architect and I must say they did a very professional job. They cleaned up so well you can hardly tell that my front yard was such a mess at the beginning of the excavation. I would recommend this company to anyone. They are top notch.
