Responsive, and kept me up to date on arrival time. Email in advance with picture of plumber was helpful. They were courteous, clean, and spent time explaining what was done in layman's terms. Although the price of these repairs is always more than I would want, they made me comfortable with the quality of the work and guaranteed it which made me feel like I got good value for the cost.

I chose Cooper Plumbing because they were located nearby, had numerous great reviews, and their website indicated that they were very familiar with tankless water heaters. A real person answered the phone (shock) and was able to schedule my appointment for the same day. Luckily, Travis was my assigned plumber. He was knowledgeable and patient as I explained my problem and was able to explain in layman’s terms the possible solutions. He started with the least expensive and it solved my problem. I can’t comment on how their prices rate with other companies but can only imagine less reputable companies/plumbers would have taken advantage of a senior female to do more than necessary to increase the expense. It’s refreshing to find a company like Cooper Plumbing and I will definitely be calling them for any future needs. If all their plumbers are as personable, qualified, and competent as Travis, I will feel confident in using them again.

The were quick to come out. I called and they had to fit me on but made I’d in within 2 hours from the time I called. The problem turned out to be with the sink not the toilet. They were quick to diagnose and even quicker to fix it. Reasonable priced and great service. The guys explained the problem and steps I could take to avoid it in the future.

Our tub faucet was dripping constantly, we called them and the plumber they sent immediately found the issue.

Though I did not use the company, we went w our family plumber, they were very attentive. The serviceman, Duane, was very knowledgeable and explained things to me in a way I understood. I will keep them in my contacts to call for my next plumbing nedds.

I called on a Saturday morning and they promised someone within the next couple of hours but said they would try to have someone sooner than that. Damondrick showed up earlier than that and went to work. The problem was tough to solve since the main clean out valve could not be found, by the owner and also the manager of the units. Damondrick persevered and finally used the kitchen sink to clean out the system so everything would drain including my neighbors unit upstairs.Damondrick was courteous and helpful the entire time. He cleaned up everything including the mess in the shower where the system had backed up. I now have them in my contacts and so does my landlord. We will use them again for sure.

Had a great experience with Blue Frog from scheduling the appointments to fixing the water heater. The technician was prompt, courteous, and professional. They made every effort for me to understand each issue I had in getting the water heater fixed. Blue Frog had good communication, very helpful in placing the items for me, and did an excellent job. Will be using them for any issue with plumbing. :)

Unfortunately I had a terrible experience with Texas Plumbing. I contacted them because I was needing a licensed plumber to do a gas inspection before centerpoint could turn on the gas to the house. At first contact Nathan was great, very responsive and quickly got me on the schedule for the next morning at 9am.I scheduled someone to be at the house from then on. They did not show up until 1PM. They never called me letting me know they would be delayed. I had to call several times to get an update on what the plan was. Nathan apologized and said he'd work with us on the pricing, which never happened.While they were there we asked if they could look at why 2 of my plumbing fixtures were not working. The gentleman let me know the diverters were bad and would need replacement. I approved them to continue with the fix, and after the work was done, turns out that wasn't the issue but rather a simple fix that required no parts or much effort. I discussed this issue with Nathan to express my frustration of how I could have potentially saved $300 (the cost to replace the diverters, which only $80 of it was for parts), and he said he'd talk to his technician and would get back to me on the situation. He never did, but were quick to send me an invoice.The story goes on and on, but the point is the communication was awful. I work for a reputable residential/commercial builder and have been exposed to terrible subcontractors, but you just never get used to how unprofessional some of them are. I wish I would have just pulled off my plumber from one of my jobs and had him do me this solid rather than seeking for someone else.

I recommend anyone with garbage disposal issues to call Roto-Rooter in the Houston area. From the second I contacted the company, I was greeted by the sweetest operator (Tanya) and she was incredibly helpful in setting me up with same-day service and a free in-home quote. Less than an hour after I called, Mike Harris (ID: 2627) was on his way over. Literally in about 45 minutes Mike was able to pin-point the problem, explain to my mother and I what the issue was, and then replace our entire system. Not to mention he went out of his way to also take a look at our bathroom sink. Overall it was a great experience and I will definitely be using Rotor-Rooter for any future plumbing issues.

Plumbing Houston team were amazing!! Came over right away with short notice and were able to identify the problems with our toilets and shower. They even gave us the cheaper quick fix options first with no pressure, as well as the better more long term options. They gave us a quote and we’re back in the next couple days. They fixed three bathrooms in under 4 hours. I was amazed. Super professional and kind.

Called on a Saturday evening and had someone out the next day! No charge for estimate or for coming out on a Sunday. Perez was very professional, and walked us through not only our leak problems ( toilet, shower), but showed us that our 16 yr old water heater was in need of replacement in the near future. No pressure at all to buy one, and he said he could have one installed that same day. Perez brought my husband into the attic to look at the water heater, and took pictures for me (to hot for me to go up), we went ahead with the install of that too. Would highly recommend, and will call them for future plumbing needs. Ask for Perez to come out and diagnose your plumbing needs!
