Had an issue with only cold water coming out of the shower. They came out and addressed the issue, warm and cool water come from the shower. Satisfied with the service provided.The issue I have now is the shower handle that was removed to get access to the temperature adjustor is now very loose. Is this a defective shower handle or the plumber did not tightened the handle properly?

Great experience with rotorooter. I had an emergency plumbing issue at 1 am. Dispatch was able to send someone to my house within the Hour. Our Plumber Joseph was very knowledgeable and helpful. He was able to fix the issue right away. I do recommend this company and will be using them in the future.

This is a family operated business run by Mark and Donna with their son Jake. Recently, I had them take care of a problem that had been plaguing my 89 yr old parents for almost 2 years.
