When the initial pipe repair that Cooper had done revealed an additional leak, they came right back even though it meant being on the job until 11:15 pm. Despite the late hour, and the fact that they squeezed us in to begin with, they didn’t charge OT for problems resulting from 2021 winter storm Uri. Their technician, a family member recruited from out of state to help handle the local crisis, was professional and personable. The owner runs a tight ship and uses efficient systems. This is a service provider to know.

This company was great. I made a call on a Sunday for an appointment the following day, and they were very punctual. The plumber (Eduardo) showed up, diagnosed the problem, instantly purchased the part necessary, came back and then fixed my toilet. Would definitely recommend.

We had water leaked from behind drywall on Friday, and chose this company since they were the first of those we called that can send someone right away. Guy (the plumber's name) showed up, diagnosed the issue as pipe clogging and said the job needs two people so he would come back on Sunday. He then collected money in advance (we think to prevent us from hiring someone else). On Sunday he showed up more than an hour late with only himself. Did part of the job, showed us the issue that can't be fixed without more work, and wanted us to commit to larger work that he couldn't give any estimate for. After we pressed more for estimate and mentioned we're having second thought since his behavior so far hadn't impressed us (said needs two people then showed up late alone, collected money up front before work started), he became agitated and raised voice with my wife in our own home. We told him to leave. He packed his things and left without professionally finished the work - No final testing of the unclogging as earlier agreed, and left the 2 caps of our drainage pipe unscrewed.

They are professional and did a great job. Technician was friendly also Will be using their services again.

Lucky’s looked at an area on the wall behind the toilet that was damp after a house cleaning service did a deep clean through the house a few days ago. The dampness dried up the next day and stayed dry thereafter. However, I called Lucky’s to make sure there were no underlying problems. Eric confirmed there was no leaking from the toilet. He also found a 1/8 inch drop using a level on the floor from the wall to 2 ft away. Since there was no stain around the toilet base caulking, Eric said the water from mopping ran down the grout channel under the wall and absorbed into the sheet rock where I saw the dampness. He also said there was no trip charge!I appreciated Eric’s honesty, knowledge and professionalism and am happy to recommend him and Lucky’s Plumbing

These guys are wonderful. Trustworthy, timely, very fair. We needed a Christmas Eve miracle and these guys delivered. We were so impressed with the emergency work they did at our parents house, we had them come for a job at ours. Again, excellent service, work and rates. Thanks to everyone at Hugo Plumbing. Ben with Texas Premier Plumbing was punctual and quick to respond to my call. He saw that I was handy so he worked with me to diagnose the problem. With his help I realized it was a simple fix (a drain clog) and so decided to fix it myself. Ben didn't have a problem with that, charging me just for the service call. Very satisfied, and I'll call these guys again if I need a plumber.
