My 5 year-old portable AC unit crapped out on me. I work from home, and found the stifling heat unbearable. I'd wanted Central Air for quite a while. So, I phoned GEI Plumbing Services to book an appointment, last Friday. One technician came by, on Sunday afternoon. And I was elated when he told me that the AC install could actually be done on the Holiday (Simcoe Day) Monday?! The crew was helpful, polite, and very efficient. I'm extremely satisfied with the job done. And even happier to have a nice cool temperatures, that allow me to work comfortably in my home office again!

We had a major water leak at our meter vault that needed urgent repair - our building was without water. After calling several companies, we found Halo Plumbing which reassured us that they could find the leak and fix it. They responded quickly and sent about 5 guys to tackle the issue. They not only found and fixed the major leak, but encountered a smaller leak as well, which they also repaired. We are so impressed with their service that we will continue to hire them for future plumbing needs. I cannot recommend Halo Plumbing enough.

Roto-Rooter truly disappointed me. In addition to coming to my home 3 hours late to my home, the technician came in unapologetically, looked under my sink and quoted me a price to replace the hot water hose. It was crazy high and he acted like it was a take it or leave it situation. I decided to leave it. What was actually wrong? The hose just needed to be tightened. What was hurtful was he KNEW that what it was. He looked at it, he is the professional..right? I referred my this company to my parents and this is how you treat a repeat customer? How can you take that much money from someone when all it needed was to be tightened? Honesty goes a long way Roto-Rooter and although you took care of my parents, based on my experience, I can not refer your company to anyone nor will I or my parents do business with you ever again. Please train all of your employees on ethical business practices so that the one apple does not spoil the bunch. A picture of the hose before and after I tightened it will be uploaded.

Stellar service from the first phone call.Just finished renovations on my new house and was starting to piece things together when a contractor called us to let us know that Centerpoint came to do something and said the gas line from the meter into the house was in terrible shape and needed to be replaced immediately - something our inspector didn't catch.We were already planning on getting a plumber to handle connecting the gas stove top, all the sink/dishwasher/disposal connections, and placing a new toilet in, but this expedited the process.I called (semi-frantically) on a Saturday as things like gas lines are in need of quick taking care of. Half the businesses I called didn't answer or wanted quite a bit just to come out. When I called All in the Family, I left a voicemail but immediately Donna called me back to let me know someone could come out on Monday to fix the line and give a quote for the rest of the work. They were willing to work with my work schedule so I could miss as little as possible as I work 25 miles away from my house.Mark came out promptly on Monday and explained what he needed to do to fix the gas line as well as what we COULD have to do if things didn't go smoothly and we had to escalate the situation. Luckily, things went well and no sheetrock had to be cut. He also showed me how the gas line going in (besides being corroded as all get out) wasn't fully screwed into the house - eek! He allowed me to ask all the questions I wanted as this was my house, something I really appreciated. He also advised that the inspection company had no excuse for not catching something of this caliber and to ask for compensation (hint: they did pay for the work and owned up).He then looked at everything else and advised us on some of our choices (don't listen to all the sales people at Lowe's, people - listen to your plumber). Called them back the next week to finish up work (once we returned some of our upsold products from Lowe's) and Mark and Jake did a great job finishing up everything else. They tested everything and ensured it was all to satisfaction.Upfront and honest with their pricing, on time, personable and just all around helpful.SO thankful that I connected with them. You never HOPE to call out a plumber, but if I have to - I know who I'll be calling back!

We found a leak in our bathroom and looked online to find a local plumber who could come out. I called Friday morning, they came out Friday afternoon, and started on Saturday! They were so thorough. We knew when we bought our house that it had the original plumbing from the 70s that would need updating at some point. Lucky's gave us quotes for the immediate fix that needed to be done as well as what a total repipe would be. I appreciated that they walked us through options. We went with the repipe, because we knew that would put us in a better position in the long run. I can't say enough amazing things about the quality of the work they did! With COVID, we were home the whole time they were working (probably not the most convenient for them). They were so clean, efficient, and communicative as they worked. The plumbing team was amazing; Eric, Daniel, and Broderick consistently made sure we knew what they were working on and as they found other issues, inevitable in a house this old, they walked us through options and made sure we were comfortable with everything they did. One of the things that we loved about their quote was that it included the work and repairing the sheetrock and leaving it in a paint ready condition. Manuel and his team left our house in beautiful shape! Now that we got the house painted, you can't even tell there was ever an issue. I am so grateful for the work Lucky's did. We will be customers for life.

Hugo plumbing came out on a home warranty call. The technicians were great! I highly recommend their services. The guys came out for a clogged kitchen drain and they found and fixed a leaking toilet in the same visit.

I used this company to fix a leak at my business, since 06/22/2022 until today 10/03/2022 it’s not been fixed , they charge me to fix the leak, I called the front desk lady they promised to call back they never did call or follow up about my complaints

Lindell is always punctual and professional. He removed and installed a toilet for us today and was very efficient and timely.
