I thought I just had a clog issue but it was much deeper than that. Of course I wasn't happy when I heard what needed to be done and how much it would cost, but Patrick and Chris were so helpful and patient with me. The 5 yr warranty and financing, plus their professionalism set them apart from the company I had give me a second opinion. They will be my plumbing company for all of those big ticket items moving forward.

If I could rate this company less than a one star, I would. A major disappointment! Always arrived more than an hour or two late for scheduled appointments. Will state the problem and tell you how they will solve the problem; However will present an online bill that charges something totally different (be aware of the bait and switch trick). And finally, they charged my credit card TWICE without my consent for different amounts of money. I am in the process of filing charges with the attorney general's office. Next time do business with the plumbers that have been in Houston for more than 10 years. These are the honest guys.

This was my first time using this company and I will definitely use them again in the future if a plumbing issue arises. They were reasonable on prices and timely. They came out the next day after my call and made the repairs needed.

Great work but WAY over priced. They REALLY need to let you know the price up front. I will be looking for someone who can do the job at a more reasonable price next time. They changed to bathroom facets (and I had already bought the hardware) and I was charged over $1400,00 - yes they were available on the same day I called. Yes, they came quickly. Yes, they did a good job. Yes, they charged WAY TOO much.Update - 3 days later, after MUCH communication with the company they brought the price in line with what I had been TOLD. Kudos to them that they stepped up. Change from one star to three stars.

I recently had a tankless water installed and had a couple minor issues that were quickly resolved when I called All in the Family Plumbing. Donna was very nice and was quick to help me get a time scheduled. Her son came out and was quick to identify and resolve the issue. Both visits were minor things that did not require any parts or labor. I was expecting to be charged at least a trip charge, but they would not accept anything for payment, except a bottle of cold water. It's very hard to find exceptional service like this these days...and at a TRULY affordable price. I'm confident if something does go seriously wrong with my plumbing these guys will take care of me without breaking the bank. Thank you for the exceptional service! I strongly recommend calling these guys for all your plumbing issues!

Eric was professional and thorough with his work. He fixed a leak in my dishwasher and installed a new faucet and corrected the water pressure in the connections of my washing machine and fixed a toilet as well!! I definitely recommend this company and Eric! Thank you!
