Contacted Tuesday night, set up appointment for Thursday morning between 8 & 10. Showed up just at 8, repair was done in 45 minutes. Good value. I called late yesterday and GEI Plumbing Services of Houston had someone here early afternoon next day. Our washing machine was leaking and a few things need to be tightened up. But if they hadn’t been able to come on such a timely basis we could’ve had a big leak and problems in our basement. The plumber who arrived was awesome! The pilot light on our water heater stopped working and the unit was leaking gas. After some research I contacted HaLo and got an immediate and informed response.Unfortunately, due to Covid, the replacement part for our water heater was not available. I confirmed this by calling other businesses as well as the manufacturer. After waiting for parts to 'maybe' come in for two weeks with no hot water we pulled the trigger on just getting a new unit.Loren was very helpful and the price was great for the unit we bought and having it installed. I precisely recall that we made the decision to replace the water heater around 2pm and it was installed before 5pm the same day.The technicians were helpful, nice, and very professional. I can't recommend this service enough and have already recommended them to two neighbors who needed plumbing services.

We had yet another leak in the ceiling and determined that all of our galvanized pipes needed to be replaced. We had used TQP for minor work before, had liked them, so decided to give them a call. Their quote was very fair - almost half the price of a bigger company. They first came to prep the house and then worked on my pipes for 6 days straight (2 story, 3 bath, etc.). I cannot say enough good things about them and the quality of their work. Our lead plumber was Pepe Coronel and he was assisted by Frankie. They were both extremely respectful and did not stop working the entire time. I received a bio email every morning, along with a courtesy phone call to let me know they were coming, but the best part was Pepe walking through everything with me before he'd leave - he would show me what they had done that day and explained how everything worked. They would also clean up at the end of the day and let me know what the plan was for the following day. They made a bad situation bearable and I am happy to have had them do the work. They will be my first choice when I need any plumbing-related services.

I called them around eight a.m. about repairing or replacing my kitchen faucet (I thought they would have to replace it). I made an appointment for ten o’clock. James called at 8:48 and said he could come right away, but I wasn’t quite ready for him so asked him to wait thirty minutes. He came, was able to fix the faucet (it turned out to be a minor problem), and also tightened up the sprayer hose and checked a leak in my bathtub faucet. And it didn’t cost much at all. I love Texas Plumbing! I just wish I’d discovered them years ago.

Sewer backup. I’m a fairly diy guy, didn’t have a rooted or time to pick one up from Lowe’s/HD. Looking at the leaks, damage, getting equipment, fighting with thr equipment and making sure I clear clog without camera just became too daunting and got this service. I’m actually surprised by the structure and execution. Got someone next day at 8am when I called at midnight. Ans got me a guy to look at water damage and got me a guy to inspect sewer pipe for damage before guy left. It’s all 100% taken care of now and I don’t have to do anything. Jhonny was tight and efficient. Very appreciated.

Excellent - will be using them again. Just moved into area, called them this morning as I saw they had outstanding reviews. Emily on call was super helpful - and since our issue was urgent - was able to get us in. Called me several times (very on it). Then the tech Eric was on time, helpful and explained the issue. I will be using them again and again. Great company. BTW: also appreciated them using an N-95 mask and booties (without me asking), given what’s going on these days. Thanks Lucky’s.

18 years ago Thomas Ibanez was recommended to me as I was building my log cabin. He installed brand new sewer and water lines including hot water heater, sinks, bathtubs, showers, and sprinkler system. I never had any plumbing problems. We were so pleased with his quality of work and work ethic I called him again when I was building my new summer home. And again I was super pleased with his knowledge and workmanship. The crew was on site promptly and completed the work quickly and efficiently. The contract was to clear blocked french drains and clean the area. It was all done professionally. Pricing was slightly higher than others but it was worth it.

Lindell is simply the best of the best. He quickly came to help me with a hopelessly clogged drain in my new home, and also helped with a retrofit of my existing sink faucet and water maker. These days, a good plumber who is very responsive and also well priced is like finding a needle in a haystack. I will continue to use him for any and all plumbing needs in the future.
