Scott came to my house with appropriateness and professionalism. After a few minutes talking with him, I felt I could trust him in my house alone with the key and leave for work. He figured my AC matter within 30 minutes and gave me options to help. I am also impressed how the company sends a picture and bio of the technician they are sending to you. Had my appointment scheduled from 10 am - 12 pm. They didn't arrive until 1230 pm. Though Josue and his partner was really friendly and super knowledgeable, once they found the leak and determined what had caused it really assured me that they knew what they were doing. Also they were able to see that the my water heater needed was really damaged and needed replacing too. Overall whenever I do need help with any plumbing issues again I will definitely be calling Nick's plumbing and requesting these two again!

Texas Quality Plumbing has done an extremely good job both times we called them out to our location. First time was the men's bathroom and second time the ladies bathroom. Super nice guys and we love their work. They also always give you a goody bag for choosing them! 10/10.

Last Friday, I heard the pop and sudden sound of water rushing. The freeze finally got one of my pipes. I called 5 different plumbers and couldn't get anyone to come on that day. The best possible was the following Tuesday with ARS. They set a window from 9 am to 1 pm. Tuesday, no call, no show. I called back and was told by a very snarly CSR that the national call center has no idea what's going on and no one could come out until Thursday with no call window! I called Redfin and was treated with empathy and kindness. I was given a time window for Wednesday (today) and they delivered. Uli was my technician and he was excellent! He saw the problem and said it was an easy fix that wouldn't take long. I was very happy with his professionalism and attitude as I know every plumber is crushed with the volume of burst pipes in Houston. From now on, Redfin is in my favorites in my contacts. They will be the first to call should I have any other plumbing needs. Uli is to be commended for his work today!

Lindell did a great job repairing my water heater. He explained what he had to replace and the process to replace the parts. Lindell is a nice and very professional repairman.
