Best Plumbing Leak Repair in Houston TX

UPDATE:In the two days since my unit was installed I has become clear the work performed was defective. The installation crew installed one unit such that the condensate drain line DRAINS BACK INTO THE UNIT. The units have been unable to cool the house and have run essentially non-stop to keep the house at 77. The old units they replaced had no problem keeping the house at 72.I have also discovered that they invoiced me for work they did not perform. The quote I received explicitly included the installation of a filter on each system. Neither system has a filter installed.A technician did arrive this afternoon to assess how they can make the system run as intended. They recommended that I turn my upstairs system off as it is a hazard due to the defective drain system installed by Village. I have now lost the use of my children's bedrooms at night while this company tries to do the bare minimum it was paid to do in the first place.I had high hopes for this company after a good first impression but their work was not performed with care.They left a person sized hole in the ceiling of my 2 year old daughters bedroom and then asked me to sign a form agreeing that the work was complete and correct. After they quickly left I discovered they decided not to clean up after the damage to my house leaving insulation and at least one nail on the floor near a crib behind.After I notified them of the mess Customer service apologized and offered to send them back to clean up. I didn’t want their crews back in my house so I did it myself.As I was checking my toddlers room for nails left behind I decided I should probably check their actual work as well. Only then did I discover that they failed to seal the seams in the attic unit leaving cold air to vent into my attic. I now wonder what other shoddy work they may have either covered up or I am not knowledgeable enough to identify.When they gave me pricing their representative admitted that they were not the cheapest. It is true that they were not the cheapest as they were not the lowest price I was quoted but I went with them based on a belief they would do a good job.

My sewage line backed up in mid April during this insane pandemic, flooding my bathroom. The first plumbing company I called couldn’t come out that Sunday night - saying earliest they could do was Monday afternoon - which obviously was super unhelpful. I ended up calling Cooper Plumbing and Jeremiah immediately tried to help address the issue. He ended up coming out that night, recognizing it was an emergency, and went out of his way to find the equipment he needed to resolve the root of the issue. The price he quoted was also super reasonable and later he also came out to replace part of my sewage pipes. Because there was a lot of water damage he even recommended another company to come do the clean up and restoration and they also did a great job at a reasonable price.I was consistently impressed with his professionalism, but also his genuine desire to help resolve the issue. He wore a mask so did all of this safely given the COVID-19 situation, and I just was so grateful to the service he provided during this stressful time. This whole experience made me appreciate smaller businesses so much more because it was clear he takes pride in his work. Would definitely reach out again if I needed anything else plumbing related.

Had a leaking fitting on the cold water supply line to my shower. First company I called came out yesterday and tried very hard to upsell a whole house Pex installation. Said it made sense with my house being 65 years old. I declined and certainly wasn't prepared to pay that much money right now. Called Nick's and they came out this morning (11-5-20). Technician Gilbert was prompt, examined the whole pipe that was leaking and came up with a simple Pex replacement. Not once did he try to pitch the whole house, indeed, he only responded when I asked about it. He gave me a ballpark estimate but said despite the age of my house and some calcification within pipes, the current installation was sound and was done right. Saw no evidence of pitting. That said, his repair was outstanding and looked very tidy and professional. Will call them again when This Old House has another plumbing issue.

I just needed a technician to come out asap due to a leak coming from my ceiling and yet no rain in awhile. I called at 4:15pm and he arrived before 6pm. He checked my attic and located the problem right away. I promptly shut off my A/C which is leaking and will be in search of an A/C HVAC company. I would definitely recommend these guus!!

I called Blue Frog West Houston and they were here in about three hours. They installed a kitchen sink drain and facet. We have not had water downstairs since Harvey and in about half an hour, we are in good shape. It was not inexpensive, however, it was half of what I was quoted by another plumber the same day.I guess it is value: quality work done professionally, and on my schedule. Worth every penny.

Blue Frog Plumbing helped us with a clogged drain and a burst pipe. Plumbing is not cheap, but you get what you pay for with Blue Frog. They are very good at what they do!

These reviews are fake. They’re literally trashy and nothing like described in the reviews. Run while you can. There are so many other places that will do a good job. I’ve learned my lesson. YOU'VE BEEN WARNED.

I would actually give them NO stars if possible. VERY poor customer service. They claimed to have fixed my water heater but as luck would have it they didn’t have enough common sense to check to see if I had hot water before they left. At least I had some hot water before they “fixed” my water heater and left me with “NO” hot water!!! Of course, I was at work when they were here and the person at my house was sick and didn’t think to ask if they checked to make sure I had hot water. This was on Monday evening. Tuesday I get up to shower let the water run for 20 minutes NEVER got hot! I know nothing about water heaters so I thought I’d try again when I got home Tuesday evening again I let it run 20 minutes still NO hot water. So I call, the lady I spoke with was really nice and put my call in as an emergency then someone called me back and wouldn’t you know they didn’t have a water heater specialist so the guy said they would put me first for Wednesday morning. I said that doesn’t work for me as I’ll be at work, I have dogs and nobody that can be here to put them away. So we scheduled for Wednesday evening between 6 & 8, NO later than 8, they call me at 7:07 letting me know I was next but couldn’t give me a definitive time. Again, I said this is BS. This is their mistake NOTHING I DID and I should have been before whoever, given it’s their mistake. I understand we all make mistakes but you should accommodate your customers when it’s YOUR MISTAKE!!!

Eric came over to help with a third floor bathroom sink that was clogged. It took him maybe two minutes to diagnose that it was an algae clog due to some sort of ac connection. He then took it apart to show me the algae and I was blown away at how spot on he was. The whole experience was actually pretty amazing as his knowledge base is extreme given that his dad is a master plumber and he himself had been working for almost 15 years at it. He wasn’t short on info and it turned into a seminar real quick as he was happy to share tons of guidance and anwsered all my questions.Thanks a ton Eric I’ll recommend yall to anyone. Cheers!

I have went through 3 different people to get the job done. After reviewing all of these reviews I thought they were bogus but I tried Hugo anyways.
