The tech came in with a smile on his face and repaired my problem quickly. He explained in detail as he worked. His attitude was great and his work ethic was super. I will call ‘Nick’s’ when I have problems in the future. He made them go away quickly and easily. Also the cost was reasonable.

Called the office first thing in the morning and they were able to send someone over within an hour. GEI Plumbing Services tech was very professional and explained thoroughly the scope of the work to be done. He repaired the leak and did a nice job cleaning up. They were fast, reliable, did a great job. Knowledgeable and careful of keeping the lawn in tact for when they were finished. Took pictures of all the work and sent them to my email so I know exactly what was done. I highly recommend them for anyone who needs a great, affordable plumber.

I called about a busted pipe in the wall behind our kitchen sink around 10pm and was scheduled for a plumber to come out the next day. When he came out, he was able to identify and fix the issue in less than two hours. He avoided cutting the wall as much as possible and worked efficiently to get the job done. We found a leak in our bathroom and looked online to find a local plumber who could come out. I called Friday morning, they came out Friday afternoon, and started on Saturday! They were so thorough. We knew when we bought our house that it had the original plumbing from the 70s that would need updating at some point. Lucky's gave us quotes for the immediate fix that needed to be done as well as what a total repipe would be. I appreciated that they walked us through options. We went with the repipe, because we knew that would put us in a better position in the long run. I can't say enough amazing things about the quality of the work they did! With COVID, we were home the whole time they were working (probably not the most convenient for them). They were so clean, efficient, and communicative as they worked. The plumbing team was amazing; Eric, Daniel, and Broderick consistently made sure we knew what they were working on and as they found other issues, inevitable in a house this old, they walked us through options and made sure we were comfortable with everything they did. One of the things that we loved about their quote was that it included the work and repairing the sheetrock and leaving it in a paint ready condition. Manuel and his team left our house in beautiful shape! Now that we got the house painted, you can't even tell there was ever an issue. I am so grateful for the work Lucky's did. We will be customers for life.

My only reason for not giving five stars is the price, which seemed pretty high. But every other aspect of my interaction with Redfin was exemplary.

They were able to put me in contact with the plumbing technician on site, I was provided updates on status including pictures via email.
