Best Plumbing Installation in Houston TX

Jason came out to give us a professional suggestion for recommended repairs at a townhouse we have put contract on. He and associate spent a good two hours working it over. The final recommendation was installing two new units, as the repairs would be nearly the same cost. Then his associate revealed that he had installed a system on the same roof for one of the neighboring townhouses, showing us photos. We appreciated the advice.

They were very prompt, professional ,courteous and knowledgeable! Quickly fixed the problem! Will definitely use them again!

Very nice and thorough. Clean work and good explanation of the issue. Only complaint would be a need for better communication if they are running late. I shouldn’t have to be the one contacting the tech to see where he is when I am scheduled for an appointment start between 2-3 pm (left work early) to meet them at my house. Didn’t arrive until 5:45 pm. 2.5 hours late is a little upsetting.

They arrived on time and were very courteous and helpful. The technician was knowledgeable and explained the process clearly. He was able to quickly assess the issue and provided a solution in a timely manner.

Could not be happier with the service and professionalism from TJ today. I called Friday and asked for an estimate and possible repair for a pipe in our guest bathroom and was told TJ would around 2-4 p.m.. Upon arrival, TJ was in a marked vehicle, in uniform, and extremely polite and friendly. He inspected my problem, showed me up front what the cost would be and never once tried to upsell me.The work was complete in a short amount of time for a fair price. He then gave me a great quote ( because I asked for one) for a re pipe of my entire house.This was my second time using Wedgeworth, but I’m more than sure it will not be my last. I would highly recommend them for any of your plumbing/piping issues.

I went with this company because of all the great reviews but I had horrible experience with them. The 1st appointment no one showed up and when I called they said technician was running 2hrs behind. There was no courtesy call to inform of this delay after we were already waiting 2hrs. I rescheduled and the tech came out for all of 5min just to tell me would need a new toilet and could not just replace tank. I don't understand why they couldn't tell me that based on the picture they requested. I still decided to give them a chance but their quotes were ridiculous and the person I was speaking with had no clue what was going on. Every question I had was responded to with well that's not on the website. I don't know. Very disappointing

Texted and called in advance with estimated time of arrival per GPS. Diagnosed the issue and fixed a 1000 gal/hour underground leak in one day. Thoroughly tested the fix and improved the piping layout to mitigate recurrence. Put grass back where he dug up the yard. Sent all pictures to me along with the invoice.

Scheduled an appointment through their website. Received a quick email confirmation. Technicians arrived promptly (actually early, after giving me a call). They quickly diagnosed and addressed the issue.While I hope that I don’t need their services again any time soon, it was a very pleasant experience.

Plumbing Houston team were amazing!! Came over right away with short notice and were able to identify the problems with our toilets and shower. They even gave us the cheaper quick fix options first with no pressure, as well as the better more long term options. They gave us a quote and we’re back in the next couple days. They fixed three bathrooms in under 4 hours. I was amazed. Super professional and kind.

We have called Ben from Texas Premier Plumbing to perform a sewer inspection camera for a home that we about to buy.Ben within 15min after checking all the pipes ,located for a breakage in the sewer line.This service worth every penny!!If we wouldn’t check it ,we have bought the home and ending paying a lot of $$$ for this breakage.Highly recommended!!

Came home late Friday night to a leaking hot water heater (in our attic) and immediately called our home warranty company. They sent us Larry who assessed the damage and set to work. We didn't want to replace our ancient tank heater with another tank (that would just leak eventually) so Larry worked it out with our home warranty and got us an upgrade to a sleek, new tankless system! Lee joined him shortly to help with the new electrical work and building the new platform to mount our new unit.They were AMAZING! Prompt, efficient, courteous, professional and thorough....all the things you wish for in a plumber! They worked diligently at my outdoor electrical panel and in super tight quarters in my creepy attic and installed the most glorious hot water heater ever...my husband can now take 45 minute scalding hot showers AND I can take one right after! No more hot water battles and (best of all) NO MORE LEAKING TANKS IN THE ATTIC!I really couldn't have asked for better plumbers, Larry is the resident hot water expert and Lee is a whiz with the electrical side.
