Upgraded a few water heaters and fixed a clog in the kitchen sink.

They use a subcontractor for sewer line replacement and they are not up to the Nick’s standards, in my opinion. Replacing about 30’ of sewer line, which took two guys two hours, cost more than replacing the pipes under our house last February, which took about 6 or7 guys most of the day.

Evan and his crew replaced the water line from the street into the house and from the water main through the ceiling to the water heater. Evan answered all of my questions and went out of his way to help me understand the scope of the work and figured out a way to minimize cost and repairs. He was exceptionally decent, hard working and his crew did an excellent job - I wish I would've called him years ago! When my mother needed a plumber we contacted Evan again and she was completely pleased with both his work and courteous service. It's not often to see such admirable work ethic these days. I am 100% delighted with the work done.

Our technician, Jonathan assisted us with our plumping issue on 3/22/2021. He had all the tools on deck to address any issue, gave us a quote and fixed our issue in one visit. I recently had a tankless water installed and had a couple minor issues that were quickly resolved when I called All in the Family Plumbing. Donna was very nice and was quick to help me get a time scheduled. Her son came out and was quick to identify and resolve the issue. Both visits were minor things that did not require any parts or labor. I was expecting to be charged at least a trip charge, but they would not accept anything for payment, except a bottle of cold water. It's very hard to find exceptional service like this these days...and at a TRULY affordable price. From my frantic call to Emily with a broken sewer line to the finished job reviewed today, Lucky's Plumbing fulfilled their promise to provide great work with personalized service. Eric was able to come out within hours to identify the problem, assist me with getting the appropriate 811 clearance and the entire crew did a remarkable job replacing the line. It took a few days and the job site was consistently neat, clean with safety tape by the open areas. I highly recommend Lucky's Plumbing and will be contacting them for all my future plumbing needs (although I am hoping that will not be for awhile!) The reviews are accurate. I have never been more pleased with a service. We had our whole house re-plumbed by Hugo Plumbing. They are professional, responsive and reasonably priced. In addition to re-plumbing, we also had them move our gas line. They were also able to come out same day for a separate issue we had with our toilet. I highly recommend this business.

Excellent Service! I was faced with a sewar/plumbing repair where I had a serious clog that turned out to be a break in the sewar line. I knew that if I called the big plumbing companies who advertise non stop on TV-- I was going to be faced with a big invoice (someone has to pay for the TV ads).
