Best Pipe Repair in Houston TX

Due to houston storms, one of my units were damaged. I called this morning and had a technician at my house in 2.5 hours. The problem was diagnosed quickly, the technician had the parts, and the repair was completed in an hour. My kids will sleep in a cool house thanks to Village Plumbing. My tech Noe Pedraza was kind, professional, and quick in his work. Highly recommend.

I called GEI Plumbing Services for an estimate on repairing the drains from the city coming into my home. Based on the camera inspection, there were a lot of tree roots and a few cracks. We also had the old clay pipes. Technician was very professional and was able to accommodate my schedule for the initial appointment and the project commencement. The work was done as promised. Yes, it was messy but the end result was excellent. The crew cleaned up well! Definitely a company worth referring to friends and family.

I was very impressed with knowledge Mr Alfredo had concerning my clogged drain. He was also on time and knew exactly what my problem was and how to fix it and quickly. Highly disappointing service. I was quoted one amount over the phone and the plumber told me it was going to be double when he arrived. He left while the toilet was leaking and blamed me for the materials used. I ended up having to pay another plumber to fix the mess they left.Perhaps all of their plumbers aren't this bad, but one sure is.

Frustrated with busted pipes and no water from the freeze, on multiple plumber wait lists for two weeks I called Texas Plumbing Friday the 26th of February at 12:30 and they were here at 1:00pm and worked tirelessly until 8:30 fixing all 8 pipe leaks. Came back this morning to pressure test for leaks and wrap things up. James with Texas Plumbing - THANKS! They were: courteous, thorough, professional with customer in mind, great clean up and good follow up.

Roto-Rooter came out to our house today, and the service was EXCELLENT. Freddy (employee # 3702) was extremely personable and helpful. He spared no time to help us understand our plumbing issues. While the results of his research were not good for us and our home, he solved the problem for the time being and set us at ease for the work to come. I'm very grateful to him for his explanation of our issues, and we will definitely call Roto-Rooter if we have future issues.
