Best Pipe Leak Repair in Houston TX

This was our first time using the plumbing services from Village Plumbing. We had issues with bathroom faucets and toilet water filling. They were able to schedule a same-day appointment. There was great communication from the repairman about the underlying issues and potential solutions. Once I chose what I wanted, he was able to pick up new parts and install same-day. Very pleased with the final results - works and looks great.

Jeremiah was awesome to work with. We had a gas leak and he was so prompt and helpful in getting the leak fixed and the gas turned back on.

From the start this company was TOP NOTCH! The plumber, Mr. Blankenship, was extremely helpful in pointing out all my options and explained the cost and scope of each one. No pressure, just great professionalism on their part. The man that came to our home actually cleaned up after himself after having to cut into the sheet rock. I really appreciate the prompt service they provided after our pipes burst during winter storm Uri. Other plumbers were said the wait was up to 2 weeks to have them come out. Halo plumbing came out the same day, fixed my pipes and did a thorough search to look for an other leaks.

If I could rate this company less than a one star, I would. A major disappointment! Always arrived more than an hour or two late for scheduled appointments. Will state the problem and tell you how they will solve the problem; However will present an online bill that charges something totally different (be aware of the bait and switch trick). And finally, they charged my credit card TWICE without my consent for different amounts of money. I am in the process of filing charges with the attorney general's office. Next time do business with the plumbers that have been in Houston for more than 10 years. These are the honest guys.

Water Heater Replacement

Roto Rooter has done a great job so far, I kept having an AC drain pipe clog and overflow the last few years. I worked with Mark Angerstein and Chase Hawk. They performed a thorough inspection and did efficient water mitigation while I was out of the country. Mark thoroughly explained the process, is always responsive via text or cell, and is very flexible and easy to work with. Chase gave me several options to fix the AC drain pipe, was very honest and did not do anything unnecessary when I explained what my HVAC people had already done. They both are very responsive and highly professional. I highly recommend them both.

He was great! He was early in the window of time, very professional and sweet. Cleared our drain and offered other services and opinions. We will certainly call again if we have plumbing needs!
