My sewage line backed up in mid April during this insane pandemic, flooding my bathroom. The first plumbing company I called couldn’t come out that Sunday night - saying earliest they could do was Monday afternoon - which obviously was super unhelpful. I ended up calling Cooper Plumbing and Jeremiah immediately tried to help address the issue. He ended up coming out that night, recognizing it was an emergency, and went out of his way to find the equipment he needed to resolve the root of the issue. The price he quoted was also super reasonable and later he also came out to replace part of my sewage pipes. Because there was a lot of water damage he even recommended another company to come do the clean up and restoration and they also did a great job at a reasonable price.I was consistently impressed with his professionalism, but also his genuine desire to help resolve the issue. He wore a mask so did all of this safely given the COVID-19 situation, and I just was so grateful to the service he provided during this stressful time. This whole experience made me appreciate smaller businesses so much more because it was clear he takes pride in his work. Would definitely reach out again if I needed anything else plumbing related.

The plumber, Ron, came same day as requested and changed out the water heater. He called before coming to give me an estimate and there were only a couple of things added to install the heater. I liked that Nick's Plumbing sent an email and text with a photo of Ron. My only problem was that I had already gotten up the water from the leaked water heater and when they left there was more water for me to clean up in the garage. I think they should have vacuum the water before leaving, especially since it was their fault that the water heater leaked while they were removing it.

Toilet replaced and gas line cut off. Guys arrived ahead of scheduled time and were able to finish up quickly. I'm having them back next week to do a pipe clean out.Highly recommend.

4 visits, holes in 2 walls, and $895 to cap a leaking recirculating line (that we ultimately had to find for them). Late twice and no-showed once. I shudder to think what it would have cost to complete the bubble testing they wanted to do…on a line that would be re-routed anyways…. ?.

For the third time in a row, Roto-Rooter here in Houston,Tx have come through and provided pristine service. This time Mike Harris #2627 serviced our home. He came on time, provided an affordable price for our equipment, and the install was professional and without problem! The most amazing part of their visit was the customer service. He explained the issue I was having with my old system and provided several options. I opted for a new system. He installed a water heater and provided me with a wealth of knowledge that I would have not known otherwise of how to maintain the system. His step by step instructions are simple and his attitude and professionalism deserves praise. Thank you Mike and Roto-Rooter for being my go to company for all my plumbing needs!

I would highly recommend Redfin Plumbing. Uli was Amazing! I was having water pressure issues and he changed the cartridge in my shower. He was very knowledgeable and professional. Uli answered all my questions, and he did not try to sell me anything I didn't need. As a single woman, that doesn't know anything about plumbing, that was greatly appreciated. Lindell is simply the best of the best. He quickly came to help me with a hopelessly clogged drain in my new home, and also helped with a retrofit of my existing sink faucet and water maker.
