Best Line Repair in Houston TX

This place is absolutely horrible, it took me longer to put in my CC info than they spent to diagnose the problem. Was given a $638. quote, if I become a member it would be $538. it saves me 10%. Was charged $60. For them to tell me my problem was inside, which I told them over the phone. They canceled and rescheduled my appointment multiple times. First they could come, they were on their way, then my appointment was rescheduled for the next day with no phone call or explanation. I called all to get the run around and say, they scheduled the wrong truck, the truck that can perform what I needed was booked for the day. Then they called to so they could come, out of desperation it's too late to call anyone else I said okay. The guy comes and say ohh your clog is inside, let me give you quote. When the lady told me it was more then likely my secondary line, and should be no issue. The tech went further to tell me my husband looks pretty handy, he should rent the machine at home depot, it's about $60. If they didn't want to perfume the task, they should have just not come. They came out just to say it's $60. If you don't want to use us. WOW, is all I have to say. I would have rather given them my $60, to say that over the phone and not waste my time! RIDICULOUS! The $75 main line sewer special is a JOKE, be careful with this company. Sneaky, and technical wording is the key with them.. WAY OVER-PRICED!

I had managed to disable the kitchen sink by disabling the strainer after trying to fix a clogged pipe. I called Nick's and they were out in an hour and a half. There was no upsell and I felt the price was fair. They quickly and expertly replaced the strainer and I was back in business!Good job!

Called the office first thing in the morning and they were able to send someone over within an hour. GEI Plumbing Services tech was very professional and explained thoroughly the scope of the work to be done. He repaired the leak and did a nice job cleaning up. I would recommend Schuler Services and plan to use them for any problems in the future.

I thought I just had a clog issue but it was much deeper than that. Of course I wasn't happy when I heard what needed to be done and how much it would cost, but Patrick and Chris were so helpful and patient with me. The 5 yr warranty and financing, plus their professionalism set them apart from the company I had give me a second opinion. They will be my plumbing company for all of those big ticket items moving forward.

Super customer service and very friendly! I was recommended by a few people and am very pleased with the work done. They scheduled a time to come out but was running behind on another job so they called me and updated me as needed to let me know. I'll be using them again for future work. ?Update: I've used Wedgeworth multiple times since my original review within the last couple months and they always do a really great job! Their prices are competitive and never pressure you to do more work, unlike other companies that I've received quotes from. I've already recommended them to family and friends. I will be using them exclusively from now on.

Submitted an online request last night for a simple shut off valve replacement for 4 toilets, they came today. Fernando was very knowledgeable and quite professional. Did it all in a few hours and his communication was great. Saved me the time and hassle of getting on my knees and doing it. I had purchased compression replacements when they needed threaded. He gave me a little discount which was nice and had it all running rather fast. I grabbed his card for my next plumbing issue. 5/5 will call again. Fast, professional and most importantly, my master bath toilet has water... yay!!!

They had a plumber over in 20 minutes and it was fixed right away. We never have to call them back because they fix it right the first time. Their prices are reasonable. They are a great company with great staff.

Awful. The vm said out of town for a wedding until the 10th. Send a text. Sent a text no reply. Now the 17th no reply. Called got same voicemail. Never used them but not for lack of trying

I am very happy with the work that Texas Premier Plumbing did for my property. The house had a severe underground leak from the water main line, with 126K gallons of water leaked within a short period of time. Texas Premier Plumbing came out the next day to assess the situation and provided a reasonable quote for the job to replace the leaking galvanized pipes with whole new pvc schedule 80 pipes. They started the work right away the next day and finished within two days, with all lawn areas impacted restored to original state. During the job, they found out that the original estimated ~60ft of pipes that needed to be replaced turned out to be 95ft (some of the piping was routed differently), they covered the additional cost without asking for a price increase from me. They also covered some unexpected connection issues with the hot water line to the water heater. In the end, they honored the price they offered upfront without additional price hikes, and did a good job placing a new water main line for my house. I would definitely use their service again when I have plumbing needs for my properties in the area. Thanks a lot, Ben! You guys did an awesome job and earned my business and respect!

Junior kept me apprised of his arrival time. He fixed my stopped up disposal in short order. He wore booties to protect my floors from the rain water. He was professional, nice and efficient. You will be very lucky if you call Redfin and get Junior.
