Excellent work done by Gilbert Ray on our tankless water heaters. Gilbert was very smart and able to diagnose and fix the issue with both of our tankless heaters. Like thousands of others in the Houston area, we were affected by the freeze. Unfortunately, our leak was slow and took weeks to finally notice. I've been on waiting lists for help for several days now. My neighbor had Halo at their house and I was desperate for help so I called. The owner, Loren answered and put me in touch with Karen (amazing and very sweet!), who squeezed us in as soon as they were finished next door. The techs were friendly, professional and found the problem quickly. They provided a very reasonable price for the repair and took care of it on the spot. I couldn't be happier (and relieved!) and will be using them for all our future plumbing needs!! Thanks Halo!!

Had a great experience with Blue Frog from scheduling the appointments to fixing the water heater. The technician was prompt, courteous, and professional. They made every effort for me to understand each issue I had in getting the water heater fixed. Blue Frog had good communication, very helpful in placing the items for me, and did an excellent job. Will be using them for any issue with plumbing. :)

I just have to say, my team that came out, Christian, Kraig and Eric, were heaven sent.Waking up to sewage backing up in your bathroom is a horrible feeling not to mentioned the smell. Well this team came out and not only opened the line, but assisted me on filing an insurance claim for the damage done. I wasn’t even aware this was covered. Eric helped me make the call right then and there, furnished all the information needed and pictures to the insurance to get things rolling. To top it off, they then sent a crew to do the clean up. We would give 10 stars if possible. Mark & Jake re-piped our home and installed a tankless water heater a few years back. They respond to our calls and have come during crises like the Storm Uri. They are honest, fair, and generous. If you are in need of a plumber, call All in the Family Plumbing.

I can’t say enough about Lucky’s Plumbing! They’ve installed several fixtures for me, replaced valves, pipes, etc. They’re 100% reliable and answer the phone every time I call.I actually even had an emergency situation one evening where the valve to the water main to my entire house broke in the off position, and Lucky’s Plumbing was there within the hour to repair it.
