From the first call to the times of inspection, the village plumbing and air team was attentive to my questions and answered them honestly. The maintenance was all I needed, but they gave me system enhancement options to make my HVAC and my plumbing last longer and perform better. Village plumbing and air has shown themselves to me to be a premier company and I highly recommend them.

Came out same day and fixed our water heater. Fair prices and everything was explained before any work was done and charged. Our technician Eduardo was very friendly and professional.

They have great reviews with Google, but a D+ with the BBB. I called and was told there would be a $39 trip charge that would be deducted if I accepted the estimate and they did the work. There was no estimate given, they just did the work. I assumed that was because it wouldn't be much over the $39. It only took about half an hour (no supplies used) and then I was sent a bill for $200. I called and asked why I had not been given an estimate. The owner, Guy, called back and told me they don't do estimates if it's less than $200. I tried to talk but he kept cutting me off, telling me to stop complaining and just pay the bill. I finally had to hang up on him. I did pay the bill, but will NEVER use this company again!

Sebastian was my plumber. Excellent service. Called RR at noon, they confirmed appt. For 6-8 But tried to reschedule for earlier. I couldn't make it(just started a new job) then they called back with a dispatch for correct time. And confirmed where he was dispatched from which also helped me judge my time so I knew I could be there. He arrived exactly as expected. Quote was A little pricey but guaranteed for 6 months. Mark gave me accurate info on the problem and how to prevent it in the future and helped me get it taken care of for less than 1/10 the cost I was initially quoted. God bless you all!
