That’s way more expensive than an appendectomy.We settled for less. Much less.

For a literal 2 min fix, we were charged $380. Very disappointing!!!Appreciate them for fixing the flush, and I understand there’s a cost to send men out, but one should not charge 3.5 times the price for a service that you know will take 2 minutes to fix.One time price gouging, cost you a life long client. Will not use them again.

Second time to use this company. I use them on by 8-unit apartment complex. They are always on time. Mostly ahead of time.Very professional. Very fair on pricing. Main thing I like about service companies is that I want to feel like I can trust them. I have had continuous plumbing problems, specifically sink backing up, which fills up my dishwater, quite a mess. I live in an older home in Lazybrook, so this is to be expected. I emailed Halo Sunday evening, and Halo promptly called me Monday morning at 8:15 am. I mention this because many times I have called plumbers (or other trademen) who never return my call or make an appointment and NEVER even show up. Loren Brusatori, owner of Halo was at home at 9:30 am. I found him to be both professional and knowledgeable. He was very efficient, polite and thorough. He did not try to pressure sell me on other things which I asked him about, I really appreciate this because many times I find tradesmen will do their best to pad their bill. I will MOST DEFINITELY be calling Halo back out to do other more extensive plumbing work, in the next couple of weeks.

Blue Frog Plumbing helped us with a clogged drain and a burst pipe. Plumbing is not cheap, but you get what you pay for with Blue Frog. They are very good at what they do!

Texas Quality Plumbing was an absolute joy to work with from the initial phone call to the completion of the repair. The office staff was extremely friendly and attentive and answered all of my questions. They actually called me back when they said they would! The technicians that came to my home were equally as kind and extremely knowledgeable. Unfortunately, the repair that I needed was outside and it was raining. The technicians worked diligently over a period of days to get the repair done despite the weather. I don't normally leave reviews, but I felt compelled to leave a review for Texas Quality Plumbing because I had such a positive experience with them. I will recommend this company to anyone that I know who needs a plumber and I will definitely not hesitate to contact them should I need their services in the future.

This was my first time using this company and I will definitely use them again in the future if a plumbing issue arises. They were reasonable on prices and timely. They came out the next day after my call and made the repairs needed.

The day before New Year's Eve, I was checking the bathroom and noticed water on the floor and a bolt that was leaking. It was about Noon. I called RotoRooter right away and they told me they could have someone there by 4:00 p.m. I have used them before and it was right before the holiday so I said it was OK. An hour later, Garrett was at the door and was I happy to see him. He found the problem right away and not only did he fix it properly but he also check the guest toilet to make sure that was running OK. He was very professional and I was ecstatic that everything got fixed earlier than planned. I took his card so that if anything happens again that needs plumbing, I could ask for him. My friend stopped in while this was happening and seeing what a good job he did, asked for his card also. From now on, he is MY PLUMBER!!

Dear owner since your also a liar post the video of me asking for money. I am calling you out on your lies. I want the video to take to the police. You can also talk to the petsmart employee who was helping a customer to their car who saw it all. Very disappointing an owner would lie.This man decided he was not going to pay attention to pedestrians, almost hitting the lady in the picture then opened his door to start shouting at the pedestrians to use a different area to cross as well as calling people obscene names and telling them to go back to their country very unprofessional. I hope anyone reading this sees what kind of employees they have at this company. Many other places with professional employees to choose from.

Unfortunately, this is the worst experience using a contractor in my life, I received a quote via email and verbal confirmation from the Mr. Rooter rep. Attached a quoted from email.As discussed on the phone earlier, we quoted you the preliminary price for a 40 gallon water heater, in the attic of $1,360.43.The arrangements were made with my family member, the next following day a Mr. Rooter service technician arrived to replace the water heater and I was surprised the total amount came up to $2,980.00. I immediately spoke with the service technician and was verbally abused about someone paying for the final bill. He refused to leave and several calls were made to the dispatcher center for Mr. Rooter whom told us they couldn't do anything. The service technician was uncooperative, very argumentative, and unprofessional, constantly questioning my character to my previous family for refusing to pay the unquoted amount.It turns out the service technician arrive with no knowledge of the quote, so he was misinformed from the beginning. Mr. Rooter provided no service call out instructions or information on the task, and basically send a unqualified service technician to preform the exchange of a simple water heater. This event lead for fours day until we received a credit back for the difference from the service manager whom was no where to be reached during this situation over the weekend.Please avoid this business and hopefully someone else doesn't deal with the similar issue.
