Javier came out to my elderly mother’s house and was able to get the job done in a timely manner. He gave us options and was a good at communicating the process. We’d request him again if we need something fixed.

I had 3outdoor spigot that were rusted Effarin and his co worker did a great job replacing them I used this company because of Jeremiah the owner seemed very ownest and genuine and when the crew game out they were the same and that gave me confirmation to hire them if you want onesty and quality plumbing use Cooper plumbing.

I needed a new hot water heater ASAP. Luis and Armando came and installed it quickly. They were professional and did a great job. I will definitely call Nick’s again next time I need a plumber.

Toilets were draining outside on the ground due to a horrible clog in the old PVC pipes. I made one phone call yesterday evening 10/31/22 and they had a plumber at my door at 8:30 am 11/1/22. I unfortunately did not have a good experience with Roto-Rooter. The technician they sent to me did not seem to really care about his job and was back and forth about the price to replace a Moen hot/cold water cartridge. He walked in the room and just took my word for what was wrong with the hot water, which I had googled the problem, said oh those Moen cartridges are about $120, they are expensive. He didn't even turn the water on or pretend to do diagnostics. Then went to his truck and wrote up a quote that said the cartridge was only $15 dollars. I signed and agreed to the work. Then he went back to his truck and called my cell phone from the truck and said he needed to go to home depot cause he didn't have the cartridge on is truck as previously stated and returned with a receipt that says it was $50 dollars. Already I have lost faith but I didn't listen to instinct and let him proceed with the work. During the work of aggressively pulling the old cartridge which had been there for 11 years, he ruined the position of the piping which led to a gap between the tile and the tub down spout. He claims it must have been like that already but I watched the process as it happened. I pointed out this new problem and he says all he can do is caulk it. Mind you this new gap is about 1/4 inch and looks bad. He didn't even caulk in the area he worked in where the shower handle was. I'm super disappointed and wish I had have stuck with John Moore or tried someone new.Update: After making a phone call to management, Roto-Rooter sent a more competent technician out and fixed the problem and now I am satisfied with the work.

Francisco came out this morning to install 2 toilets, repair my leaking sink drain and replace a leaking cartridge that he discovered during his plumbing inspection. Francisco shared his knowledge of plumbing fixtures and plumbing repair while working. His professionalism and great attitude are the reason that I will call this company again for future repairs and maintenance.

Please make sure you hire a quality person as they are the face of ur business.Am an individual not a company or ur competitor or a spammer first be ready to accept what is going on with your company. Why will I call u repeatedly dont u think I have any better work.

Excellent service! I highly recommend Acacias Plumbing. Called them and they offered to be there the following morning (my issue was not an emergency). My schedule did not work for that so they came out the next day. The plumber who arrived was very knowledgeable and was happy to explain everything to me. He did not push any unnecessary fixes or upcharge me. He took his time to make sure my leak was fixed before packing up and leaving. I am so happy I have found a plumber that I trust!
