Called this company to come unclog a drain line in the laundry room. They were quick to respond and were very friendly. Sadly the reason I don’t call professional plumbers any more is because they nickel and dime you from the moment they show up. They tell you there is no service fee to show up. Ok! Well when they get there it is $150 to run an auger (they only come prepared with 20ft). In my case I was told they have to have a camera run through it and they don’t have one so they will have to return another day. Oh and that will be another $219. Also, quoted me $13,000 to replace my line because he said my line had collapsed. I went ahead and scheduled the appointment and letting the nice guy know that I will continue to work on the problem. I went to Home Depot and bought a 50ft auger for $300. Voila first time through. Pulled out the problem and I have drainage. This is not good business. Not coming prepared. Only trying one method and then telling me I have collapsed line. Sorry not this family. This is a bad taste for all professions like this who are money hungry and not customer satisfaction. A little more effort than a 20ft auger with no fix for $150 might have saved you this review!
