I stopped using the washer after several failed attempts to unclog the drain. I called several plumbing companies to get get estimates on reworking the entire drain. Duane Collins with Blue Frog West was the first appointment. He asked for a chance to clear it for a reasonable price. He worked diligently and retrieved the object blocking the drain. I am beyond happy and Blue Frog is my new go-to plumbing company.

I refer him out to any of my customers with larger projects such as repiping a home or replacing sewer lines. Mark isn't happy unless his customers are happy. What a terrific plumbing service. I had a broken toilet which would not flush properly. They arrived and were able to fix the problem quickly and didn't even charge me! However, the problem was that the mechanism was simply degraded and it was just a matter of time before the toilet had to be replaced entirely. And of course - when the time came I had them come do it. They were fast, responsive, collaborative, and did a perfect job. The price was very reasonable. They even helped me pick a reliable but low cost new toilet. I would hire anytime and recommend to a friend or family member.

Dana did an outstanding job. He unclogged my backup pipes with his rotor rooter lines, when other plumbing companies told me that they were unsuccessful in unclogging my pipes doing the same thing.

Called them to fix a leak behind a wall in my bathroom. They came and fixed it and billed me the same day. Two months later the same pipe they worked on leaked again. I called and asked if they had any warranty on their work and they said if it was the material or labor on their end it would be covered by their warranty. They came and fixed it again didn't say anything about a charge, no one called after about a bill, thought the matter was done. Then two weeks later they sent me a bill by mail.So I have to pay twice to get the job done right I guess (not to mention having to have my dry wall repaired twice now as well).
