Victor came to give a quote on installation for a chandelier. I asked him if he could also look at a ceiling fan that stopped working and a closet light. He agreed and gave me options and prices without being pushy. His workers came and not only did great work but they did it quickly even cleaning up after themselves. I can't say enough good things about Mr. Sparky's service. We have had them come out 3 times this month for different electrical issues. Each time, their office called about 45 minutes before my window of service was to take place letting me know the technician was enroute. All three times, they arrived on time, performed a walk through checking out the entire house for any issues we may not have not known about. The technicians explained what they found and let us decide on the scope of work we were comfortable with doing. The technicians were very friendly and really took the time to explain what they were doing so I could learn while they worked. A++ experience every time.

I called because the WiFi and my ring weren’t working although when I tested the Ring it showed power and responded to WiFi but wouldn’t ring except on my phone. The Ring connector was previously wired to the old doorbell and had started ringing continuously which was why I called Wired.The worker rewired the ring connection to the attic after reading the Manuel and talking to someone more familiar with ring than he was.After he did this the Ring didn’t work at all. He tried several options but although he showed there was power going to the Ring, it no longer even would ring on the phone. After several hours of trying he said I had to contact Ring.I called Ring and they sent a replacement that I will try to install this weekend.Spend several hours and a lot of money on a very nice repair man but the problem isn’t resolved.

On the spot same day fix was possible and that helped me out majorly!

They do a poor job and don't stand by the integrity of their work. I bought my home brand new, they did the wiring, and it had numerous electrical issues. I have a ceiling fixture in my kitchen that I never wired. I decided to install a pendant light and upon inspection, I realized there was no power coming from the wires. I have never touched any of this since moving into my brand new house. Texas Electrical Residential Contractors would charge $140 just to inspect what they originally improperly installed. If you want a cheap, unreliable, and unsupported home electrical system, go to Texas Electrical Residential Contractors.
