I really appreciate the prompt service they provided after our pipes burst during winter storm Uri. Other plumbers were said the wait was up to 2 weeks to have them come out. Halo plumbing came out the same day, fixed my pipes and did a thorough search to look for an other leaks.

We were in immediate need of service with our toilets backing up and showers not draining. We were very happy to find out Roto-Rooter could come out within 2 hours of our call. It was a Monday morning when we called, but we were also pleased to see that if we had checked the day before, we could have had service on Sunday-without weekend charges. We will definitely keep this in mind the next time we need a plumber. There are many companies to choose from in Houston, but when we called Roto-Rooter that day, it was not a question of who we would ask to come out and help us. We have used Lucky’s Plumbing on two separate occasions and could not be more pleased with the quality, efficiency and value of their work. Attached are photos of our most recent plumbing repair which required patio area excavation and localized sewer line replacement due to a severe blockage and near collapse of a 50+ year old line. Great service !great communication !we had a broken pipe underground, at 8 pm we called several plumbing companies and no one was willing to come that late .We called Texas Premier Plumbing and they guide us how to shut off the main water line. 25 minutes later they showed up with emergency crew . They dug the yard and got us the water back - same .night! I will definitely hire them again

Prompt after hours service (7pm). Plumber was professional. No service call quote/fee, or after hours fee. Started job in the dark (leak was on exterior of home) but the job was completed the next morning due to not having a part. Plumber returned as scheduled to complete job.
