Best A/C System Repair in Houston TX

Update:5/11/21: Update:I am not sure how anyone rates this company a 5 stars, especially if you have their service plan! Technically the honor it because they will eventually get to you, but not when scheduled, even if you schedule more than a month ago. I have hadvthe sane repeated problem with Village. They take over a month to schedule, then cancel the day before. This is the third time this has happened! How is it ever time I have an appointment, there is a company wide shortage of personnel that just came up the day before and everyone is urgently calling !!!!! The lies are too much. I was basically told that there are people whose calls are more important than mine and they needed to be serviced first. I have waited for over 1month! If that is the case, give me a refund!!! They didn't like that suggestion, nor did they want to transfer me to someone else who could assist me. I know the calls are outsourced to a answering service that are told what is say and do. They were more than happy to quickly take the service fee upfront. I am going to corporate to see what I can do later this week.I will never, ever use them again! Plus, they are too expensive for any repairs!!!11/2000 I had an appointment for a heater tune up scheduled. I was called the day of the appointment to say that my appointment needed to be rescheduled next month, in December. I made this appointment in October and allocated that time frame from my schedule. I called them back to let them know this is unacceptable because I wanted the tune up before it gets cold & that time had been set aside to accommodate the tune up. Someone from dispatch was suppose to call me back. I called three more times and sent an email. I am still waiting on a call back. This service was pre paid. Is this how Village works? Take your appointment and money, then push you off and not return your calls. Don't use them for their tune ups!!

Despite the horrific surprise when our sewer line revealed multiple breaks in the line after our new bathroom was overflowing from all drains, Cooper plumbing was able to diagnose, replace, and provide a high level of quality service with a quick turnaround. I appreciated the patience they gave me during such a stressful time, kind sharing of knowledge on what happened, and clear understanding of costs. The peace of mind knowing it was done right is absolutely priceless. Thank you!!

Nick's came on time, they tried to shorten the waiting time since my first call and they were totally professional in their dealings, with upfront pricing and attention to detail to make the work clean, no damage to the house, and Eric the technician was very knowledgeable and made it a great experience.

After the first technician failed to come to my house at the scheduled time I contacted RotoRooter again. They were happy to work with me and schedule my appointment at the exact time and day I requested instead of giving me a time window as normal. Mike showed up promptly and took a look at the problem in my attic. He quickly diagnosed the cause of the leak in my water heater and installed the new parts and had everything working and cleaned up in about 30 minutes so I could return to work. He was a nice guy and I appreciated his customer service and expertise. The actual service was 5 stars. Unfortunately, the first technician not showing up cause a bit of a headache, thus the 4 star review.
