This was the most horrible electrician I've ever called. Mr. Sparky has been bought out and new owner. The electrician they sent out was fiddling with my electrical outlets and now been burdened with an enormous repair with another company. He did NOT know what he was doing. He was all over the map on his quote and kept back peddling when asked with a question. The quotes came back all over the map and was $$$ exhorbitant for what was needed. Not only have I now been saddled with enormous damage from the electrician at my home but I called the owner back, asked for the owner. He never called me back, sent his wife to call me. She laughed at me on the phone, refused to return my $89 service call and said they pride themselves on making money 100-200/week calls of $89. They are looking at volume and not integrity. The old Mr. Sparky reputation is gone. Mr. Sparky is no longer the owner. I would never recommend this company. Horrible! Customer beware!

Had a chandelier I could not install myself, but Brian from West Houston electric came in and got it all set up. He was very professional and kind. The work was outstanding and he always asked for our input with regards to the look and length. Cleaned up the area and kept it very clean, even while he was working (but I would have understood if it got messier - very surprised honestly on how clean it was). I highly recommend Brian and the WHE team.
