We had a clogged kitchen sink, was able to get a sane day appointment. Technicians Leo and his assistant arrived on time and every detail was good in the service. They quickly fixed the clog and I know who to call next time for plumbing issues.

The receptionist, Ashley, explained the tech's travel expenses and noted that they may be deducted from the service fee if it turned out that something else needed to be fixed. When the tech was in route, I received a text message letting me know. The technician, GUY, addressed any worries I had as a new homeowner and gave me sound advice on my water heater. I am submitting this positive evaluation of GEI since they provided same-day assistance within the allotted time and applied credit to any services needed to resolve the issue.

Patrick arrived perfectly on schedule and made the repairs in a timely and professional manner. Cant recommend these guys enough!!

The service from this business has been dismal. My insurance assigned Aberle Pluming to us on March 15th to repair a blocked pipe in my kitchen. After not hearing from Aberle, I called them and was told they didn't have any appointments at all, but they would call when they did. It has been 21 days, and they never contacted me. Who can live that long with a broken kitchen sink? I called Aberle today and was told they still have no appointments and have no idea if they will have any anytime soon. I have now paid another plumber out of pocket. The lack of professionalism from this company is disappointing.

We had a difficult piping problem, but Alfredo was both reassuring and very professional. He was very careful not to make a mess, which seemed inevitable considering the difficult problem the previous plumber left us. We will definitely use them again.

Edwardo was extremely thorough. Ran the 75 foot snake and then the 100 foot one. Drains are working now. Thank you!

Frustrated with busted pipes and no water from the freeze, on multiple plumber wait lists for two weeks I called Texas Plumbing Friday the 26th of February at 12:30 and they were here at 1:00pm and worked tirelessly until 8:30 fixing all 8 pipe leaks. Came back this morning to pressure test for leaks and wrap things up. James with Texas Plumbing - THANKS! They were: courteous, thorough, professional with customer in mind, great clean up and good follow up.
