Tyler, Jeremy, and David arrived on time to install a new Carrier HVAC system and ecobee thermostat. I'm very satisfied with the result and the job was completed much quicker than expected. They were very helpful explaining how the system worked and collaborative on the real-time details of the job (e.g. where to place the new return, where/how to place the outdoor unit). I honestly can't envision an installation done with more care and quality. They cleaned up everything and left no trace of their visit (other than the new unit). I received estimates from 4 different major players in the Atlanta area and while they weren't the cheapest, their statement of work was the most detailed giving me the confidence that I would end up with what I asked for.

Disrespectful, aggressive and over price

Mike Installed a new Water Heater at a fair price and the same day. Did a good clean up on the water that leaked out of the old heater for free.

Main guy has a very bad attitude, shister rip off. Will never use them again or recommend them. And I am in the remodeling business so I know the tricks they play. Tried to say it was a $600 job and in reality if they stayed working it literally took them a little over a half hour. I agreed on $350 plus materials and I said okay. When he turned the water on it leaked on the other side also. We're talking about a 2' long area and he said that wasn't part of our agreement and charged me a little more. Rip off

Jack did a wonderful job replacing my leaking expansion tank and pressure valve. He came the very next morning and got right to work.
