I have used True Plumbing for several different issues. Each time they were quick to respond, provided quality work, and were extremely professional. I will not use any other plumber.

Water heater was going out and had them replace it with a tankless. Very easy to deal with, professional and knocked it out faster than expected. I would use them again.

Yesterday marked the 4th time we've had True Plumbing out to our house. Yesterday also marked the 4th time we've been completely impressed by the professionalism, friendliness, cost, and timeliness of their service.

Mike Prescher was our plumber this go around and he was able to diagnose a leak in our toilet flange, fix a slow faucet in our guest bathroom, and helped our water pressure increase in our master bathroom. Honestly, I didn't expect to fix all of the stuff that we did, but with the price they quoted me, it was a no-brainer; I learned some stuff along the way as well.

That said, we've also had Matt Craven out to our house multiple times for different issues and just like the experience with Mike, it was amazing. He was friendly, fixed our problems, and didn't push things on us we didn't need.

Luckily, due to their help I think we're out of the woods with plumbing needs (*knock on wood*). That said, because of all of these experiences between Mike and Matt, we're not going to be using any other plumbing company for the foreseeable future if/when issues to pop up.

TL;DR: Go with True Plumbing and if you can get Mike Prescher or Matt Craven out to your house, it'll be a great experience.

I had a great experience with Joe from True Plumbing. I had a leak in my outdoor water line which was fixed promptly. I was given multiple options at different price points and after the job was finished I asked Joe to take a look at a few others areas of my basement that I was concerned about and he gladly took the time to explain everything to me and what it would cost to fix. He wasn’t in a rush to get out and I really appreciated his positive attitude and customer service. I would absolutely recommend True Plumbing!

True Plumbing was able to fit me in due to a cancellation. I needed a shut off valve for a new refrigerator. Adam Christman the Plumber, not only installed the new valve but also new connectors for the water supply to the refrigerator. It took several trips for him from the crawlspace to the refrigerator. Adam did an excellent job and I would highly recommend him to anyone needing a plumber. I know I will request him if I ever need his service!

Paul and the Tru team were very helpful. On short notice they were able to get us added to the schedule and provided a very thorough breakdown of the issues we had and several options for repairing. True Plumbing is everything you would want to have as a professional plumbing company for your home. Kyle Trotman was able to help us identify a problem with the water pressure that we didn’t know we had and also moved our cut off valve to a perfect location. Ask for Mike Prescher! Mike has become my go to for any plumbing needs. He takes pride in his work and it shows. He has exceeded expectations on every aspect of service; his work is clean professional and well thought out, he goes above and beyond to make sure you understand the work relating to both the functional and code related elements. His inspections are thorough, providing great advice on prioritization. He follows up to check on the work and make sure there are no remaining concerns.

Everything broke on a Sunday evening. The toilet wouldn't stop running, the cut off valve didn't work, then the house started rattling off the foundation when the water ran anywhere in the house. We had to cut off the water to the whole house. I was so stressed. We contacted 4 different plumbers on Monday morning, and True Plumbing was the first to respond. EVERYONE we spoke to: Brittany who answered the phone and took our info, Paul who texted us back quickly, Kim who called us to schedule the appointment and, when she heard our situation, got us an earlier visit, and Gary, the wonderful young man who came to the house...all of them were so kind and helpful and patient and responsive. When Gary arrived, right on time, he listened patiently, told us exactly what the problem was, gave an estimate, fixed it super fast, and also pointed out some other areas of concern, gave an estimate for those, and also completed those very quickly. He made sure to put covers over his shoes so he wouldn't track anything in the house, he pointed out some features of our plumbing set up that would have helped us out if we had realized it sooner (we are armed with it now!) And, their work is guaranteed.
We had never used True Plumbing before, but saw the recommendations from neighbors on NextDoor. We were thrilled with their great service, and will definitely use them again!

Mike did a fantastic job and really seemed to care about doing a great job. Very professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain things to me. Also helped problem solve a few issues with suggestions and True Plumbing will be returning next week to do more work and probably install an electric water heater. I just purchased the house and found out the gas water heater was not up to code - too tall to have it vented to code. Great experience always.

Your search for a reliable plumber is done! Wow... I've never experienced such nice people, and such honest work, until now. If I could find a mechanic with the same integrity my service connections life would be complete.

I had a very complicated job...an 80-year-old house with a tiny crawl space. Three other plumbing contractors came out and turned down the job. These guys came out and worked the entire day until they solved the problem...and even stayed late on a Friday night making sure my list of to-do's was completed. One of them spent 4-5 hours in the crawl space with not a single moan or groan. I tell you, I will NEVER use anyone else for my plumbing. They were fabulous!

Hired True Plumbing to install a new toilet drain and move some water lines in my half bathroom due to an old toilet leaking and rotting through the floor. My experience working with True Plumbing has been great every step of the way. They've been great to work with and very responsive. They were able to get the drain fixed quickly so that I can get other trades in to fix my floor. Max Ososkalo performed all of the repairs and did a great job. He was very professional and efficient in his work. I definitely recommend True Plumbing and will call them first the next time I need a plumber.

My garbage disposal went out and my kitchen sink drain clogged on Thanksgiving Day while I was preparing dinner. My plumber of thirty+ years has retired, so the next day I was searching frantically for a plumber because all the pots and pans and dishes from the night before were still sitting, unwashed, on my kitchen counter.

I was referred to True Plumbing by another company who (along with all the others I’d called) wasn’t able to send anyone out until the following week. True Plumbing sent a technician (Max) out within an hour or so after I called.

Max installed the new garbage disposal, but wasn’t able to completely clear the drain. My house was built in the 1960s and the clog was in the cast iron pipe in the wall. He did tell me how they could rectify the problem by installing a separate drain pipe. He said he’d have Kim, their dispatcher, call me. She did, and I scheduled an appointment for the following Wednesday, giving me time to try using an enzyme drain cleaner to clear the clog. It didn’t work.

The following Wednesday, Max came back and did the work, bypassing the clog in the cast iron pipe in the wall, which saved me a lot of money because he didn’t have to tear out the wall or risk destroying the old cast iron pipe. On both occasions, he was right on time, professional, knowledgeable, answered all my questions, and left everything spotless when he was finished. He even thought to turn out the lights in the basement when he left…something no other workman has ever done in the thirty-some-odd years I’ve lived in this house. Kudos, Max! 😊

Kim, the dispatcher, is also professional, friendly and knowledgeable. She wasn’t able to answer a question I had, but she had their field supervisor, Billy, call me back (which he did right away), and he was able to explain to me exactly what was going to be done.

I also appreciated not only their very reasonable prices for both visits, but the fact that Max was able to tell me what the total was going to be for both visits when he came the first time. It was nice to know up front how much it would cost without having to wait until the job was completed so the worker could see how many hours it had taken him/her.

We had three different issues that came up all at the same time and we called True Plumbing based a a great experience we had last year. Sean Nelson arrived on time and was great to work with. The needs we had, including a small gas leak, a leaky pipe and work with an old shower cartridge required quite a bit of creativity. Sean kept us informed all the way through his work, including updating his estimate(sometimes it was even a reduction in cost!), finished in a very reasonable amount of time and all work was completed with high quality. The icing on the cake was the the cost was VERY reasonable! If you’re looking for responsive, quality plumbers, look no further than True Plumbing!

Called True plumbing at 7:30am with leaking water heater. Got a call back from Paul within approximately 10-15mins.
And he said a crew would be out between 10am -2pm and call me on their way.
By 10-10:15am Joe called me and said they were finishing another job and were on their way. They showed up by 10:30am and were very thorough. They went to their shop and picked up the parts and wet back within the hour. They replaced 2 water heaters and all associated shut off valves They worked hard and stayed late to make sure that everything was perfect. They were very courteous, professional, super clean and careful.
I would highly recommend them for plumbing services and they will be my first call for future plumbing service!

Gary was the technician for our service. He arrived early and was extremely helpful. He diagnosed the problem and due to the cost of the part, I decided to go with a new toilet. I asked him if he could provide today and he said yes. He told me he would come back in an hour and it would two hours to install. I give him an A++ overall on everything. Additionally, he was very pleasant to deal with.

Finding a reliable plumber is like finding a purple unicorn but after getting ghosted by at least a half dozen plumbers in my quest to get a somewhat non-standard plumbing issue resolved, I'm happy to say I've found a purple unicorn in True Plumbing! Matt and his assistant Kyle were utmost professionals in every respect. Is True Plumbing more expensive than the shady plumbers that will give you an estimate and then ghost you? Oh yes, they are, by orders of magnitude but they will also get the job done as promised, arrive on time and and complete the work impeccably, in fact, above expectations. (Matt solved an issue with water pressure in my 100 year old historical home that I thought I just had to live with.) I wouldn't hesitate to use them again.

We needed to have our gas line moved and after meeting with several different companies, we were already so impressed with True Plumbing! They not only gave us a very reasonable quote, but they gave us the best solution to truly fix our problem so that we wouldn't have to worry about it again in the future. We had a leak in the main water line at our commercial property. I called several companies and decided to go with True Plumbing because simply they are the best and they care. I had called the office and Kim had a plumber out the same day. An estimate was prepared the following day and the owner, Ryan, contacted me to go over the estimate and questions. He even met with me at the property to go over his plan for our project. As it is a commercial property, there were factors to take into consideration so as to not affect the on site businesses. Ryan and his team showed up at 5am to do the work and although there was a minor obstacle, he let me know and handled the situation professionally and competently.

Stephanie the customer service representative had excellent phone etiquette. She was polite, engaged and did what she could to fit us in for a scheduled appointment the next day. Gary was our service provider. He called due to being ahead of schedule and literally showed up 1 and a half hours earlier than planned.

The plumber did an outstanding job installing a temporary sink while we were having repairs done. He ensured everything was working properly, and wen out of his way to make sure the area was safe for our dog.

Owner returned call shortly after speaking with an answering service late over the weekend. Had a next day appointment and the technicians that arrived (right on time) called to let me know they were on their way with an accurate ETA. They told me exactly what to expect before the work started, took care of my issue and gave me a lot of information on why clog happened and how to minimize the chances of it happening again (without ripping open ceilings to address a sagging PVC caused by initial build/pipe install). Very knowledgeable and professional technicians explained my overall plumbing setup (shut off valves, where my pipes run, etc.). They went above and beyond the primary reason I called and would call them back for any future plumbing needs.

We have used true plumbing multiple times and have always been happy with their work. When we have compared prices, TP was the least expensive. The work has always been completed quickly and everything they have fixed has stayed fixed and we haven’t had a worry since. We have experience with 2 of their plumbers and both were very professional. We rarely need to use a plumber but it is great that we have found one we trust. When you need a plumber, you really need a plumber. Highly recommend.

Installation of a Watts Hot Water Recirculating System. I tried to do it myself but did not have the right tools. I started the project and they really did most of the work. I called them as an emergency need for assistance (no hot water for showers). They worked me in the same day I called. Very much appreciated!

Due to the recent extremely cold weather (Christmas holiday weekend) we had a water pipe burst in the ceiling of our garage. Contacted Paul at True Plumbing and he had a team out on Monday to repair the issue. They were very knowledgable, skilled and expedient. They also went through our home and show us all the necessary valves to close during the winter months. FYI, our daughter also use True Plumbing for an outdoor sewer problem and she was just as pleased as we are. Thanks again to Paul and his crew.

I can not recommend this company enough. I would give them 10 stars if I could. What we thought was a bad clog turned out to be bad pipes requiring replacement of our main sewer line. Ryan and Paul spent our initial diagnostic visit elbows deep in the ground to give us temporary relief until we decided how to move forward. They were honest, communicative, and timely. During the actual service of replacing the pipes, they were confronted with every possible plot twist, including bad weather and pipes that twisted, turned, and somehow went under our driveway. Not once was there a complaint or threat of an up charge. They were diligent in their work , and their team stayed late to make sure that everything was working efficiently, even our broken toilet that was not broken my their team. Yet another super positive experience with True Plumbing today! They were able to make it out a bit early which was nice, and very quickly assessed the issue, and as always did a great job explaining what was wrong and the details of what they needed to do to fix it. Joe was friendly, professional, and did fantastic work.

While I don't love having a plumbing issue that requires me calling a plumber, I at least know that I will always be satisfied with the quality of work and the customer service I get from True.

My AC broke in the middle of 92 degree day. I had another company come out and give me an estimate. We called Tru Plumbers afterwards because they also did some plumbing for us when we first bought the house. When Jared came out he was much more professional, inviting and friendlier than the last company. His estimate was 200 dollars cheaper, so I agreed. They came out the next day ( because the part needed to be ordered ) on time, might i add, and got to work. It started pouring down rain. but that didnt stop them. They finished everything and even took the time to double check amidst the rain. My AC is full running, better than it did before. And here in Florida, NO AC = DEATH lol. Seriously, Jared and Frankie were some of the best trades men I have ever had my home. Great Price. Great Service. Outstanding People.

My recently-purchased townhome came with A LOT of plumbing concerns that were not quite fully realized during the inspection, and as a first time homebuyer I was feeling pretty uneasy. I had received a quote from someone else that was super expensive and didn't quite seem right, so I called True Plumbing and can now say I'm extremely grateful I did. Not only did they find things both the inspector and other plumber did not (which were clearly issues), but they were fantastic to work with from the get-go, reasonably priced, and were able to find a less invasive, more cost-effective and frankly better all around way to get my plumbing in shape and up to code. Shout out to Cody and Emiliano for the plumbing masterpiece they created in my basement and also for being so great to work with. Hopefully my future plumbing needs are few and far between, but for now I am thankful to have a plumber I can trust. Highly recommend!

I've used True Plumbing a few times in the past and will continue to do so as every service they've performed has been done speedily, the quality of the work is always excellent, and we've never had any issues that required follow up work. In the past they've replaced a water heater, hose bibs, and pressure relief valve, and today Gary worked on several issues in one of our bathrooms including a clogged drain, overflow drain issue, and fixing a toilet with a few issues. As always, they were prompt, explained the work needed and why, helpfully provided insights on what we should look out for in terms of potential future issues, and the price was absolutely reasonable.

Everyone that I've interacted with at True Plumbing has shown professionalism while still being personable and friendly, and I will continue to recommend them to anyone I know that needs plumbing work done.

My experience with Max Ososkalo of True Plumbing was excellent and deserves a higher rating than 5!!!

He came on time, looked at the piping layout with me, convinced me that I did not need to make the piping modifications I was contemplating, showed me that the easiest approach was to just pull up the toilet and auger out the plug that he found with his camera. He did the work quickly without any need for supervision from me, put the toilet back on line looking better than he found it and left me with the feeling that all was well. Everything was clean when he finished, no debris or dirt anywhere. He wore booties over his shoes while in the house to prevent tracking in any dirt.

He charged me the exact amount that he quoted me (no add ons at all), and provided me with a clear receipt and a copy of the video he made of the pipeline.

I had this company come out for a quote to replace a shower valve. Their quote was $1200, an absurd amount for a project that takes about an hour. I got this done for $300 using an independent plumber.

We really enjoyed working with everyone at True Plumbing. We found everyone to be knowledgeable, genuine, kind, courteous, and reliable. They gave us our estimate in four different chunks and allowed us to pick what would fit in budget, and offered a discount for getting everyone done at once. They never once pressured us and answered all of my (numerous) questions. They took the time to really diagnose the issue and not just give us a blanket solution. They were also super clean and hauled away all old materials. I can’t recommend them enough!

it is unfortunate that I can not give True Plumbing a 5 star review. I have used the company several times and have generally been pleased with their communication and result. However, recently I had an occasion to enlist their services again. I was shocked at the exorbitant price for the initial phase of the work and it was my verbal understanding that the small 2nd phase of the work was included in the initial price. When the person showed to complete the job, I was informed that there would be an additional charge. I was so taken aback by this and reported that it was not my understanding. I was told that this was quoted to me in an email. I was quite disappointed in how they handled the conflict and therefore will not use the company again nor can I recommend them to neighbors and friends. I cannot recall ever having written a negative review until now. I have found a different company.

After trying three different plumbers over the years and based on posted recommendations, True Plumbing is now my go-to plumber. I first used them in 2021 when our water heater burst while my wife and I were in Utah (fortunately my daughter was home and shut off the supply).

I called all the other companies and could not get any to reply. I found True Plumbing and called based on the good reviews and was relieved to get the owner who promised to come right away. I used them again in October 2022 to fix a burst supply line and replace our 15-year-old pressure regulator valve.

Their team is extremely experienced and all I’ve met are very professional. They take the time to explain the repair and review the cost, and all paperwork is digital which I like because I now keep all home paperwork on my computer and in the cloud.

Highly recommend these guys for your plumbing. I needed my water heater replaced, as it was 20+ years old and started to leak. We got quotes from 3 different vendors. From the start, they clearly wanted to earn my business. I spoke with one of the co-owners, Paul, who originally couldn’t get me in that day, but called me later and said the other co-owner, Ryan could swing through and take a look. Ryan was on time and professional. He did an inspection, came back a few min later with an iPad and a quote. The price came out cheaper than the other two and they provide a 6 year warranty on the labor, which matches the 6 year warranty on the heater from the manufacturer. I could tell that they really wanted to earn my business. Ryan looked at a couple other plumbing jobs I would potentially need, gave me some advice, and went on his way. After evaluating the three quotes, I called Paul and they got me an appointment for 3 days later.

The plumbers came out and did an excellent job. They were friendly and knowledgeable. They were very respectful of my home. They completed the whole job in about 3 hours and cleaned up after themselves. I was very happy with the service and the quality of the work. And I feel secure knowing that the owners of the company are still so involved with the way the business runs and operates. Great company to work with! Easy to schedule and their technicians arrive quickly. My technician, Inacio, was super courteous and knew exactly how to fix the problem created by a previous “plumber.” Not only did he fix the problem, but thoroughly cleaned up the area before leaving. After numerous visits from plumbers that i couldn't trust, these guys just got it done! The price was good and more importantly they diagnosed and fixed the problem.

We had a natural gas line that was installed improperly in the attic. When a new roof was installed, a nail punctured part of this line. Fortunately, the smell of gas became apparent quickly so we were able to turn off the gas before anything bad happened. True Plumbing was able to diagnose where the leak was coming from, replaced the damaged section, and updated the natural gas line to code (not installed along the underside of the roof) the same day we called. I'd recommend True Plumbing if you are looking for a quality plumber where you aren't just a number on a schedule of many appointments for the day. Thank you!

I am a loyal True Plumbing customer. This weekend we noticed a water stain on the ceiling just under an upstairs bathroom and I called Monday morning to get a diagnosis appointment. Had one of the team, Gary, here in just under an hour this morning.

He concluded it was likely a simple shower head issue causing water to penetrate through the fixtures and not an actual broken drain. Since I am handy he advised how I can try fixing it myself first, then if it doesn’t work and still leaks I can call and have them return to determine if it’s a behind-the-wall problem. If it requires a return within 30 days I will get a credit for today’s reasonable $65 service fee. That’s a nice deal.

I very much appreciated Gary’s honest assessment and counsel. I should know in a few days if I fixed the issue.

Once again these guys proved to be prompt, professional, and honest, confirming my decision a few years ago to use True Plumbing for all my plumbing needs. This is a great company.

Mike and Nick did an excellent job they kept the work area clean since they knew that was important to me they were so patient with all of my questions. They repaired the toilet flange & another pvc pipe that was leaking in my crawl space. They were on time and took their time. I highly recommend these guys and that is coming from someone that is highly disappointed every time I hire someone because it seems these days contractors cut corners, make huge messes and never clean up after themselves! True Plumbing has consistently been great to work with. We had an issue over the holiday weekend, they called first thing after since it wasn't an emergency and even scheduled me same day. Great communication with phone and text. Mike arrived early, very professional. Absolutely someone you feel comfortable with in your house. Addressed the initial issue but we found a couple of other things related to water pressure in the house that he was able to diagnose and repair in the same visit. This is a first class outfit and happy with their work.

conscientious work, quality parts and installation

I am facilities director at a school, facilities chair on my HOA, and a homeowner and I use True Plumbing to take care of all three. It is quick and easy to set appointments, and they have really friendly and knowledgeable plumbers. My school is 75 years old. The old style pipes present some unique problems and risks. Ryan and the guys at True have always laid out my options, explained the risks, and quoted fair prices. They have literally kept our school open with repairs that others were reluctant to tackle. My job is less stressful knowing I can call True Plumbing.

True plumbing sent Gary to find/repair a leak in our ceiling. He was prompt, polite, and very professional. He carefully explained how he was going to find the leak which involved cutting the ceiling Sheetrock. He found and repaired the issue & stayed to ensure all was good before turning main water line back on. We will definitely call True Plumbing for our next issue, it was a great experience

The issue we were having with the upstairs toilet inner workings could have been handled through our home warranty service; however, I didn't trust them to take care of it properly and without a lot of drama.

I called on True Plumbing and Max was scheduled to come by from 10a - 2p on Tuesday. He was on time; assessed the issue; determined that our PR valve was reading high; and looked at the downstairs slow draining water. The PR valve reading is now high - he presented a snapshot picture of the reading and also found a leaking shut off valve to the upstair's bathroom. He provided pricing for all the work. I chose to have him repair the upstairs toilet internal plumbing, upstairs cut off valve leak, and the downstairs bathroom sink's slow draining problem.

Max worked efficiently and quickly to resolve the problems I had him address. All is working well now as it should. I'm going to make my home warranty company replace the PR valve. They will do so including any and new zoning requirements. Of course I won't be using the prior plumbing service they sent. I'm so thankful True Plumbing is now handling items that my home warranty will not cover. Their workmanship is top notch and they employee competent, ethical Plumbers. In today's market plumbers like Max are tough to come by. If you've got plumbing issues in your home then I highly recommend True Plumbing.

Matthew Craven from True Plumbing did a fantastic job on an emergency basis to replace two water heaters that had failed. He arrived when he said he would and was able to complete the job in less time than he had forecast with very high quality and was very helpful in pointing out ways that we could save additional money. We would highly recommend True Plumbing and Matthew in particular for anyone to use!

Gary was extremely professional, polite and explanatory. TP could not ask for a better representative of the company.

Mike and his team were excellent. We used True during our home inspection process and was happy to continue business with them to replace our failing cast iron plumbing system. The work looked great and they walked through the entire process at the start and end. Left the place clean and tidy when they finished. Will continue to use True in the future.

He got my system back to code, checked water at each faucet which also eliminated me getting the burst of water which first comes out after the water is shut off. We have used True Plumbing on multiple occasions. We had an exterior broken water line that was leaking for months and we didn't find out until we got a very high water bill. True Plumbing came out and fixed it very quickly and walked us through all of the steps to file for a water refund from the city.
