Called Panther Plumbing out to my commercial property to fix a leak in my crawl space. Cody was very prompt, professional and knowledgeable. I was informed that it was my main line that needed replacing. Cody not only fixed my leak, but also explained all my options and costs to replace my main water line. He informed me that adding a water softening system would eliminate pipe deterioration in the future. The total cost, ended up being a lot more than what I intended to spend. I have entrusted Panther Plumbing to deliver an exceptional product, with superb workmanship, in a timely manner. I will update this review after the project is complete.

We found water coming up in the pantry in our kitchen and suspected we had a leaky pipe somewhere under our home. We reached out to Panther Plumbing and they were able to have someone onsite in under an hour. Michael was able to quickly identify the issue and replace the leaky pipe without issue. We will definitely reach out to Panther Plumbing again if we have any plumbing issues in the future, and recommend you consider them for all of your plumbing needs.

Although my toilet was plunged in the long run i was taken for a charge roller coaster. I was told 2 other things was wrong with my toilet when i knew all ot needed was plunged. They had to come out twice because they were so busy trying to figure out how to gouge me out of money that they forgot to plunge the toilet to unclog it smh. Then upon talkin to the very unprofessional technician he's going to stay I was just trying to get free services upon us hanging up like I did not hear him so I called him back to let him know I don't try to get over on anyone and they shouldn't do it either I just wanted what was fair and I hung up on him. The only reason why I'm giving two stars is because the customer service representative was nice and gave no hassle.

Chris was the technician who came to my house to fix the water pressure at my home. He is was pleasant and professional and did a good job efficiently and cleaned up when he was done. I spoke with Amber over the phone after the job was complete and she was very helpful.

Thank you Panther Plumbing! I had a leak in my water heater in the evening and was having trouble finding someone to come fix it. Luckily I got ahold of Panther who was able to send someone right over after hours to fix it for a fair price. Josh provided great customer service and I had my water back within an hour.

He was here exactly when they said he would be. Update 3/4/2023I received a phone call from the owner of Panther Plumbing earlier this week to discuss the plumbing issues I have and the lack of responsiveness when reaching out. He took the time to review the camera video that was taken on 12/27/2022; he confirmed the issue was not separated pipes as the technician initially told me and a follow up service call was scheduled. Justin C, the technician, arrived early and spent a great amount of time thoroughly investigating; he was able to identify the problem and complete the necessary repairs.As of today, the repairs have been completed and appreciate the customer service received after speaking with the owner.******************************************************************Homeowners / Renters BEWARE!Panther Plumbing completed plumbing work in my home in 12/2021 for water/sewer lines backing out; the same issue reappeared in 12/2022. I contacted the company and they dispatched a plumber; he was able to again 'fix' the problem however within 2 weeks the problem reappeared. I have requested to have another technician look at and repair the issues, Panther Plumbing has not returned my numerous phone calls.I've disputed the charge on my credit card as the services were not satisfactorily completed; American Express receive a signed invoices and closed the dispute.This is bad business.

I finally have an outdoor faucet that directs the spray for actual use after years of suffering. Had I known it would be a simple call and service, I should and would have done it years ago. Panther Plumbing were very responsive when I called and had great availability. The Plumber, Chris, arrived on time, provided me with information as to the cause of my faucet issue and new trends used today, and provided me with options to complete the job the same day. Even in the rain, he was able to complete the outdoor task and did a great clean-up at the end. Thank you, Panther Plumber.

Ran in to one of their master plumbers on public and he was one of the rudest people I'd ever had the displeasure of meeting in my life. I wouldn't just assume he's a master plumber of course, he just had to boast at everyone about it.

I had the pleasure of working with Panther Plumbing again. Sam came out & researched what was causing water leakage. Once he determined what was causing the problem, he did a great job replacing the washer box and pipes. This company has excellent customer service, does quality work, and I will definitely use them again should I have any other Plumbing issues.

I had a worker heart explode and water was gushing everywhere. I called Panther at 1pm and they had someone here within 2 hours. Matt did a great job getting the water heater installed and fixing a toilet that needed adjusting. Will definitely use them again.

Cody was professional and knowledgeable.I called Panther Plumbing b/c there was a sewer smell coming from a shower drain. Cody advised that there would be a $600 cost to inspect my main line for a blockage which would be cleared and possibly get rid of the smell. A $100 was deducted for giving a review :/ Definitely a bit too costly for my liking. However, the work needed to be done so I obliged. Welp…$500 later and it was discovered that there was no blockage but rather a bellied sewer line causing water to settle. In order to fix the real issue it would be upward of $1500 *sigh*. So ultimately $500 bought me a new toilet ring :/ I truly regret not calling around for a more reasonable quote for a main line inspection.UPDATE: Received a call from customer service. Explained my service I received. The rep agreed that the price was a bit much and advised that she will follow-up with the tech and owner and call me back. 3-4 days later..NO RESPONSE!

I put in a request through Home Advisor and Cash called me almost immediately. Hillary was super helpful and was able to work around my busy schedule. Dylan came out the next day and fixed my Pressure regulating valve quickly! Will definitely use them again.

Called Panther Plumbing to repair a gas line leak. Jacob Payne and Andrew Jordan came out the same day and repair the gas line leak. Due to the age of system addition leaks were detected and their recommendations were to replace the old gas piping and bring the system up to code. Jacob and Andrew did a great job of replacing the entire gas lines in my basement all the way back to the meter. They kept me informed of their progress and any issue that did arise. Thanks guys for a job well done, my family and I can sleep safely now and not worry about a gas leak. This places buys its Google reviews if the techs names are in the review. The owner screws every employee that has left out of money they have earned. The owner treats the employee like trash and has a extremely high turn over rate.

Chris Camere was very informative and convenient. He acknowledged my problem and recommend to install a new toilet that was continuing running. I can not recommend this crew enough! My partner and I closed on our home on a Friday morning. The following Wednesday evening our ceiling in the kitchen began leaking from below our bathroom. I put in a request to Angie's List and a representative from Cash Plumbing called me within 5 minutes. I explained the situation and he walked me through holding off the leak so that it did damage the ceiling further. He then said he could come out tonight for $200 assessment, or if we could wait until the morning to have a free inspection. Since he had already helped me stop the leak we opted for the morning.The crew arrived on time, was extremely polite, and very communicative. Each step of the way Dylan (Dillan?) helped to explain what was going on, gave me options to save money, and showed me exactly why the leak was happening. The previous homeowner had done a subpart job replacing the drain in the bathtub which caused an overflow and a leak into the kitchen below. He repaired that, then quoted me an exceptionally reasonable price to repair the tub faucet, as he saw it would also create issues in the future. He gave us a warrantee on the work, and asked to call if there were further issues.Two days later there was a small amount of water on the kitchen floor. We called and they came out right away, even though it was the evening hours. After inspecting it again, they realized that it had nothing to do with their work, or the plumbing, but that the grout behind the tub and under the faucet was not sealed properly. He gave us instructions on how to do the work ourselves for under $5, then actually grabbed a grout gun from their truck and patched it so that it would not leak.They truly stand by their work and really helped us out where we were already stressed out from being first-time home owners. Thank you Cash!

A pipe under the foundation of the blab of our home burst and a leak went all through the home. We called multiple companies trying to get some one out and all companies had a 7 day wait or longer. These guys are great. Reached out to them about 7AM on 12/23 and they were here by 11AM. Micheal Poss was my tech and he was fabulous. Diagnosed the problem and we quickly came up with a solution and fixed it immediately. Would highly recommend and will definitely use them again

Panther Plumbing was able to respond within a couple hours to our phone call about a leaking commode in one of our bathrooms. It appeared to me that the wax seal was leaking as there was water coming out along the tile grout lines whenever the toilet was flushed. Jacob and Tucker arrived as promised and, based upon my observations and the fact that the commode could be shook and was loose on the floor, they said it was most likely the wax seal, and quoted the price to fix it before they even removed the commode. More importantly, Jacob noted that the loose commode could be being caused by a broken mounting flange, but that they would not be able to tell if that was true until they pulled the commode. During the work, they took some pictures of the area under the commode which looked pretty dirty, but which thankfully showed the flange was not broken. They quickly installed a new wax seal, reset and caulked the bottom of the commode where it meets the tile, and told us it was okay to use at any time, just not to clean around the base for 24 hours so the caulking could set and dry. Great guys. Fast work. Courteous service.

After another plumber said they couldn't repair my loose shower handles and quoted me an exorbitant amount to replace the entire shower system, I contacted Panther Plumbing for a second opinion. They were able to troubleshoot and repair the issue in the same day for less than half the price I was quoted by the other guy. Highly recommend!

GREAT EMERGENCY SERVICEMy water heater busted today and I called Cash Plumbing. They sent Jaime out and he give a great price and actually had a water heater on his truck. 2 hours later I had hot water and he was even nice enough to help me get the water up on his own time. I recently moved into a new home and noticed that there was water damage in the bathroom close to the shower. My base boards were starting to warp as well as spots on the wall. We sprung an odd leak at the front of the drive way. Michael (Poss) came out and explained the leak situation and repair cost. Grand total came out to $5400.00 to replace main water line and waterheater. Poss had to cut out a few sections of the drywall to find and run the new water lines. We have to repair the wall ourselves. So far no leaks at the driveway and the water bill seems lower.

We used Panther Plumbing for a few different services - New shower faucet set and repairing a broken pipe in one of the showers. They also helped us install 2 toilets and replace our broken garbage disposal. James was very helpful and respectful through out the entire process. He explained everything in detail (which I need) and completed his work quickly. The price was also very attractive for the value we saw in the work being done. We've had experience with previous plumbers and this outweighs the other by quite a bit. We will definitely use them again if we need them.

My water heater started to leak at night. In the morning I visited homeadvisor.com and was immediately connected Panther Plumbing. In half an hour the plumber Tyler called me and saying that he is on the way to my house. After arriving, Tyler gave me a quotation to replace my old water heating and gave me a discount. When I asked him when the heater would be replaced I was surprised to hear right away'. In two hours the heater was installed. Tyler did a fantastic work. It took 6 hours from my first call to get a working heater

I was so impressed with this company, from the ease of calling to make an appointment to the 2 plumbers who came to work at our house.We live in Houston and had some busted pipes from the freezing weather we had, that Texans are not used to, and neither are our pipes! We had been without water for 9 days, and when we finally decided we couldn't fix it ourselves and needed to call a plumber, they came out promptly and had it fixed quickly!I would 100% recommend them!

Called Panther Plumbing because I thought I might have a clogged drain line, the tech (Matt McCoy) that came out listened to everything I said and found the problem was actually with my septic tank. Unfortunately they don’t drain tanks but he took the time to get information together for me with a referral and explained why I was having the problems that were going on. I really appreciated all the information and help he provided and know who to call if I ever have any other plumbing issues not related to the septic tank lol.Btw love that the website says “schedule meow” that’s awesome.

Colby Campbell tried to repair, but ended up having to replace the entire faucet in my tub/shower. He was very professional, thorough and cleaned up before leaving.

Thought I had a faucet lead inside wall. Tyler kept me informed of his estimated arrival and came when promised. He did a thorough search and determined that it was not a faucet leak. He eventually identified the source of the water leaking and determined it was a caulking issue and showed me the location and that there was not damage behind the wall. I offered to pay for the diagnostic service but he said no charge as I was able to address the caulking issue myself. He was polite, professional, courteous, going the extra distance to identify the source of the leak. I'll be using Panther Plumbing in the future for any plumbing issues.

Karrissa answered the phone and was able to have someone come out to my house that day. Cody J was the man who came out to help repair a toilet clog from my toddler. My toddler stuffed a shower handle in the toilet and he was able to pull it out! Very professional and quick working. Would use this company again and recommended them to everybody.

I needed someone to repair a poor job made by a so called handy man , Matt came in fixed the problem not only that he found a faulty piece in the pipe leading to the hot water pipe leading to my dishwasher, if he did not noticed that piece my pipe would have exploded and ruin my new remodeled kitchen .If you need a professional call Matt he knows his stuff.

Too expensive!! My tenants called Panther Plumbing and I just got a quote for $495.00 to snake the tub plumbing. I tried to get a quote for snaking over the phone before the visit and was told they could not provide that information. I see why. They'll get paid for the visit but I do not recommend them based on there pricing practices. This is double the going rate for that service. I can't imagine how expensive it would be for serious plumbing work.*edit to respond to company replyFirst of all, I'm not a novice which is exactly why I refused service and found a replacement plumber within 5 minutes of your highly inflated price for service. Secondly, I can by a decent Vevor electric drain auger for the price you quoted.Your company refused to give me a general price for cost of snaking a line. Ok. I understand that but the work around, and what other companies will say is the cost snake a line starts at..... If your company had said the price to snake a line starts at $495, I could have also saved on the $65 on the visit.This is the first company I have ever had require a credit card number in order to book the service call to work on my house.

My husband discovered a slight leak in our finished basement. He wasn't sure if it was the piping, a blocked water line to the outside, or even possiblyour A/C unit. He called and Cash Plumbing was SO prompt in their call. They scheduled a time frame of 3 hours, but the day of they called to say they were running ahead of schedule and the two technicians showed uppromptly..Both Matt and Dylan were so polite and extremely courteous; theywent to the problem area, determined it was probably something with our A/C unit and prepared to leave. Cody Kersey was the technician who fixed my plumbing problems which were significant since the outdoor line was blocked and backed up. This caused the toilets to back up and not function. Cody came out to my house to give me free estimates for scoping & 2 options for cleaning any roots that are clogging. He was very professional and showed up on time.He too, agreed with my and another plumber's assessment that the sewer line was not stopped up with roots, as our house is currently under contract and buyers had the sewer line scoped by a plumber who claimed he couldn't get past the front corner of the house.I explained to Cody that we've had no slow drains, backups, or any other tell-tale signs of a clog. He agreed that he doesn't think sewer line is really clogged and that the other plumber was either trying to sell new owners on a new sewer line that they don't really need, give them a large ticket item to negotiate with, or simply hit a turn in the pipe that he didn't try that hard to get past. His response was if a 1 inch scope cant get through your sewer line, how in the heck is all of the sewage, toilet paper, etc. getting past? He also didn't understand why they would make such a claim and not present us with video evidence of the roots he claimed were blocking the line.Regardless, he took several measurements and gave us an estimate for scoping the line, another for using an electric snake with various blade attatchments to cut through & remove any roots, and a third estimate for using high pressure power jets, if necessary.

We had a garbage disposal that needed repaired and Michael came out to diagnose the problem and then immediately repaired it the following day! Very pleased with their communication, customer service and the job done! Will use again!

Cody was awesome! He went above and beyond in explaining to me what he believed was causing the moisture, next to my utility closet, buckling my flooring. He took his time in doing his review/research. First he found the damage to my HVAC roof vent, which was partly responsible for the moisture. He referred me to a roofer and I contacted one and got that repaired. I had him come back and review their work, to make sure the work was done appropriately. He says it had been. But the moisture continued. So he did further research; and I told him how the company who installed the furnace and hot water tank said the problem was probably behind the wall behind both units. Cody said they’d match any rate this company made and they could get started asap. I’ve worked with Panther Plumbing before, I trust them. So, I went with them for the repair. Cody came a few days later, he uninstalled the hot water tank and open up the back paneling. Where he found a section of copper pipe, connected to the condensation hose, with a hole in it. He fixed/replaced that section and closed off the back panel. Oh, he let me clean the flooring in the utility closet, prior to reinstalling the hot water tank as well. But, before closing off that back panel, he let me put a box fan back there to dry up some of the moisture; and he used a dry vac for the rest. He then put back the panels and doors to the closet. Next, he showed me where the water was now flowing properly, outside due to condensation from the furnace. He even used a spade and showed me how to dig out in front of my house to insure the water flowed in a manner that did not affect my house’s foundation. And guess what, no more moisture buckling my flooring. I can sleep well now, as I had not for weeks prior. Thank you Cody. You’re one in a million.

I ordered a dishwasher from BrandsMart and they told me I needed to replace the water line as well, if they are to install it. Seems simple enough but when they came, they said I needed a plumber to change out my water connection and what not.Long story short, Josh, from cash plumbing came out and took a look. He immediately told me that what they are asking me to do is not necessary. I went ahead and asked how much would it cost to do it any way, and he let me know. I asked how much it would cost to intall the dishwasher and he let me know. I asked him A LOT of questions and again, he let me. He let me know, so much, to the point where I installed the dishwasher myself after he left!The point is, honesty, integrity, that’s important when you have a customer and business relationship. He could have made a nice amount for a quick job but wanted me to be knowledgeable about what is needed and what is not needed. So I appreciate that.Right now, we live in VERY trying times. The moral in the world is so down, right now. So it’s nice to deal with a company that wants what’s best and not out to get over on you. Panther Plumbing was the only service that could come and diagnose my leak issue in a timely manner. JP and Sean showed up in the window as promised and were extremely professional. Outside water spicker hit by lawn mower this afternoon, water spraying all over the place, the lawn care guy couldn't locate the cut off. Called the Panther Plumbing Company in Marietta, I explained the situation and they were out pretty quick to replace the spicker.

Cash plumbing contacted me right after I called angie's list. It was a Friday and they said they were going to be at my house next Monday between 9 to 13 hrs. I went there, it is an empty house, and waited and waited. And nothing, they didn't show up. I called and they said they had had a glitch in their system. I will never call Cash Plumbing again.

I had a quote for a pool leak, panther plumbing up-charged me and wouldn’t provide the leak detection company to me. Panther plumbing wasted my time and money.

I scheduled an appointment to get an estimate on replacing my sewer line at my home. The next day, I called back to inquire about the years experience of the plumber that was assigned to do the job since it is considered to be a major job. The receptionist could not answer the question, so she put the manager/owner on the phone. He told me that I was asking a very odd question, and that he would not have sent a plumber out on the job if he was not experienced. He felt insulted that I would ask such a question. I told him that he was being very unprofessional, and I thought it was a very valid question. If other plumbing companies had no problems when potential customers inquire about references or experience of potential contractors , why should he? I told him to have a good day and ended the call. If you don't have anything to hide, then you should be happy to share the credentials of your staff. I hope this helps potential customers seeking plumbing services.

I mistakenly called a plumber who charged me 65.00 to come out and tell me that my water heater needed to replaced (totally true, as the plumber was actually one year older than the water heater. They quoted a price of 2750.00 for a 40 gallon tank. Once I got back up off of the floor after hearing this, I contacted Home Advisor, who put me in touch with Cash Plumbing right away. First, the person who answered the phone solidified my belief that I shouldn't have had to pay 65.00 for someone to come out. Their price? 1000.00. When the plumber arrived, he said I could have the 50 gallon for the same price. I will now share this info with everyone in my area who needs a good plumber, and they will be my 'go to' company.

This review is long overdue and well deserved. 6 days after buying my house, our downstairs bathroom flooded. Come to find out, we had corroded pipes in our garage and a LOT of things built up.William and Randall came out the next day, made a game plan with their supervisor, and immediately got to work. They were very open and honest and whatever silly questions I had, they made it seem as though it was NO problem to answer and even walked me through their process. Gutted my garage floor, replaced old pipes, then came back bright and early the next morning to lay the concrete- they were there for well over 7 hours!THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU!!Did I mention I had to call him back a few days later because I panicked. He did a quick fix, caulked my toilet and left me secure again! These guys are the best!

Everything about Cash plumbing was great. The initial call to schedule the service was great, unfortunately I do not recall the ladies name that scheduled everything. The service by the technician (William), was excellent. He was very thorough and professional in all aspects of the job. All in all, a great experience working with this company.

Cody responded to my phone call in a timely manner.When he came to the house, he noticed that the water main shut off valve and at the water heater were leaking. He immediately went to the water valve outside and shut it off. He put on a new shut off valve for the main as well as the one for the water heater. After that, he removed the old water heater and replaced the new one. After that, he checked to make sure there were no leaks. He did a complete cleanup of the area before leaving. He was very professional.I would highly recommend Cody to anyone.

The initial call was with there answering service however got a call back within 5mins. Got scheduled the same day which was God send being I'm in and out of town. I've had several experiences with Panther Plumbing. This time, as always, they were responsive, professional, efficient, and friendly. I called and had an appointment the next morning. They are awesome! Called for an assessment on my water pressure and how long it takes to get hot. They immediately realized that the pressure issue was due to not having it turned up all the way ( i guess when I adjusted it this winter to make sure my pipes didn’t freeze that somehow I turned down the wrong valve) anyway they fixed that and didn’t even charge and they gave me an amazing quote on getting the hot water circulating faster. I use Cash Plumbing for all of my rental properties in the metro Atlanta area. Every time I call, Hillary makes it so easy to get it on the schedule AND she sends me the paperwork promptly on completion. The Techs ALWAYS call me to explain the situation (since I live out of state) so that I know what I'm paying for!

Called Panther Plumbing on Friday - they fit me on Monday. Shawn came out and did a great job working to diagnose and help fix our sewer line issue. The main issue ended up being on the county side of the line and he was nice enough to take time communicate the issue to the county repair crew when they arrived so they didn’t have to hear it second hand.All in all, even though the work was costly, it was done exceeded well and I was extremely pleased with the service I received. I’ve used a number of plumbers over the years and Panther Plumbing has definitely made the top of the call list.

This business's was called by my landlord a Life @ Greenbriar ,after the previous plumbers failed to make necessary repairs in building 35 after a month. Justin Mohan was exceptionally helpful and explained the process as he worked.

Had a pipe leak under our kitchen, called Panther Plumbing on Sunday and they sent Michael out first thing Monday morning. He was very quick to diagnose the issue and got it fixed with no issue's. The price and quality of service exceeded my expectations and I would definitely call Panther Plumbing again if I ever need help again.

I called Home Adviser through Angie’s List on Tuesday, January 26, and got the name of 3 Plumbers. Two of them were not available until the next day. Panther Plumber’s technician was not only available the same day, but was able to install a new toilet the same day. My toilet was very old, and I had already had repair on it last summer, and it was determined it would be in my best interest financially to purchase another toilet, since repairing this issue would cost as much as a new one. The technician, Tyler Frick, called and let me know he was in the way. He was very accommodating, and patient, when the initial diagnosis of the problem was futile. He was patient while I left to purchase a new toilet. He returned and worked diligently and efficiently to meet my satisfaction! Tyler was also very polite and personable. He went about his work in a very professional manner and only paused to allow me to come and view his work to make sure it was done to my satisfaction. James gave me a detailed explanation of the issue with the dripping faucets and discovered that there was no regulator to regulate the pressure from the street to the house. I had a clogged drain outside and my bathtub was filling up with water. I called 4 places but none were available the same day except Panther. They came within an hour and half and quickly assessed the problem and cleared it.

I had a pipe burst so I called to schedule an appointment which was set for Christmas Day. Riley was working on an unit a few doors down and when we asked if he could come in and take a look, he did not hesitate to say yes although the visit was not scheduled on his agenda. The staff here was incredibly helpful and fixed our problem as soon as they could. Leah helped tremendously with scheduling our services and also helping us reach our technician whenever we needed. We recently had the pleasure of having some work done by Michael Poss. Not only was he professional, honest and on time but also determined to get the issue resolved. He was great to work with. We would highly recommended him.

I called two other plumbers to remove a broken garbage disposal & install a new one. Both stood me up, leaving me unable to use my kitchen sink for about 4 days. Everyone at Panther was so kind, and they were able to get me on the schedule right away. Although they weren't able to give me a quote for the work over the phone, there was no charge to have someone come out to diagnose the issue & give me an estimate for the work.Our plumber Randy was great! Punctual, efficient, and he showed me some adorable pictures of his pet pig. He left everything super clean. He also wore a mask throughout the whole service, which I really appreciated. We'll definitely be contacting Panther again should we have any plumbing needs in the future.

We called Panther Plumbing on March 29th. Keleb, whose name we found out later, came and assessed the situation. He tried using the snake drain at first but it did not fix the problem. He told us he needed to use a different equipment to clear the drain from the outside which would cost us an additional $700 to an already high cost. We agreed, reluctantly, since we needed it fix promptly. He set the time for 12 pm the next day to have it fixed. However, he was not here at that time or for the next two hours. He didnt even gave us a call which was very unprofessional. We had to call Panther Plumbing again and had them sent us a new guy. Justin Mohon came and was he a different person than the first guy. Professional, kind, and answered all our questions. He is the person you need to ask for when you need something fixed. He checked for the problem from the outside and was able to get the drain running smoothly WITHOUT using the needed equipment. He was prompt and detailed. We still ended up paying the same price without using the other equipment but we were willing to because the job was done.Not even two weeks later our drain was clogged again. Note that we took extra precautions as to not let any substance or object pass down the drain. We called Panther Plumbling, explained the situation and we were told we would not be charged since it wasn't even two weeks when the clogging occured. They were able to send someone out quickly. However, it was Keleb again. He check the drains and told us we would have to pay him again since the cleaning the drain wasn't under warranty. I would understand if the drain clogged after six months but this was only less than two weeks. How can we be charged another grand and a half? I was shocked as to how nonsense this was and how he thinks it was okay to charge us.I told him there was no way we are paying again. He stepped outside and made a 30 minute phone call. When he came back in he told us the lady on the phone made a mistake in telling us we didn't have to pay. We're not sure if Kelab is the owner's son or someone that recieve all the profits because he was adamant that we had to pay for this. It was until I asked for his name, when he finally said you can deal with the office and went to fix the clogged drain. After it was fixed, he left without a word.Pros: Great customer service. They were kind and eager to help with our problem.Cons: Do yourself a favor and ask for their names before they service you. If you get Keleb I recommend you change to a different plumber or a different plumbing company because dealing with him is not worth the hassle.All in all, my experience with Panther Plumbing was satisfactory with the exception of that one plumber. I would of gave it a 1 star if it wasn't for customer service.

Justin and John came and replaced my 1980's shower and tub faucets and handles. Due to several factors it wasn't just a simple job. They explained every part of what needed to be done and talked about some options. I was in the middle of a project gone bad and they were kind and friendly amidst my chaos! Very nice guys and did an excellent job.
