I got quoted 850 to unclog the main line due to toilet and bathtub overflow from Zippy Plummer and A-plus priority plumbing quoted me 350. I went with A plus and they cleaned out the main line and identified a bigger problem of a city sewer clog. In light of this, they only charged me 160 and I used this diagnosis to get an expedited work order started with the city. I asked about installing a new shower value and they were honest about the assessment and the large magnitude of work. They said that they would have to work behind a wall and that it would be expensive. They also came back out to securely install my toilets with new wax rings for free. I insisted to give them 40. I love the down to earth and practical approach of A plus priority plumbing. I highly recommend them since they don’t try to up sell everything with bloated prices.

Not that you want to have to call a plumber as it can be costly, but if you have to, I wouldn't hesitate to contact A-Plus. In fact this is the second time I've used their service (last time 2015), and when I had a small leak in the sink this time, I searched my contacts and paperwork to find their number again. Service was good, dependable and very cost friendly, just as it was 4 years ago. And being able to support a local business makes it all the better.

Did not repair the problem, after taking my money. Wouldn't offer a garuntee on the work and a week after repair I discovered the plumbing had not been repaired.

Ray and his partner were fast, efficient, and friendly. They removed our old toilet, cleaned the bathroom area, purchased a new toilet for us, and installed it in less than three hours from our initial phone call. They charged us exactly what they estimated. Our new toilet is working great. I would definitely call them again for future plumbing needs.
AVOID! We had a leak in our main water line into the house. I dug out the hole to find the leak but decided I'd prefer a professional to come fix it. Big mistake to choose to use A Plus. They arrived (late), agreed a price and started working on my pipe by cutting out the leaking bracket. After half an hour, they then decided they didn't want to fix it and simply drove away leaving me worse than before they started as I had a leaking water supply before they started and they left me with NO water supply and a 6 inch gap in my main waterline! Extremely unprofessional from start to finish - go elsewhere for a professional service

Had a clogged toilet emergency. Very messy in the worst way.
Ray replied almost immediately to my service request. He gave me a minimum quote up front and was at my house within an hour.

Explain tree roots were not my problem. It was a clogged pipe with grease. I need to flush the system out to remove the grease. I will be calling him back for his services. Thank you Mr. White.
Responded faster than any of the major emergency plumbing companies. Came out on a Sunday morning and fixed a broken external main water pipe. They saved us from having to stay at a hotel. Quick and professional. I can’t recommend this plumber enough!! Thank you!

Ray was very responsive to my request for a new garbage disposal. He was easy to communicate with over the phone. I had a new, working garbage disposal installed in under an hour by the next day. The technician, Chandler, was also extremely helpful and respectful. They had the cheapest price for the job based on multiple quotes. I wouldn't use this business if my life depended upon it! Spent many days back and forth with slow response from Ray, knowing exactly what was needed. I finally received a response that he doesn't do that type of work. He should have told me that in the first place when I first spoke to him, instead of spending days and hours going back and forth with him!!! He was also quite rude. I don't deal with rude people, and would never recommend nor use their services ever! I would give this business a -10 if I could, or most definitely a 0!

Unreliable. I made an appointment using their online booking system and received email confirmation.
I called them and their technician could find no record of the appointment. He wasn’t able to make my original timeslot, but we agreed a different time that worked for both of us. Technician never showed and never called.
I have no time for unreliable companies.
I had a leak at my rental home and I first called a national company that advertises a lot on TV and radio. The guy that came out was a crook. He never did anything and tried to get my tenant to tell me that there were issues with the other bathroom. This experience made me VERY nervous about hiring another plumber.
I came on yelp and messaged the top reviewed plumbers to get quotes. Very few would give me quotes and they all seemed a bit sketchy. That was until I spoke with Ricky.
Ricky called me instead of just sending messages to discuss my issues. I told him my horror story with RR and he apologized that I was treated that way.
Once Ricky had been out to the house his original quote was $500 because the toilet was cracked and once they moved it, they would not be able to put it back. He sent me pictures constantly so I could see what going on.
The total when Ricky had solved the issue was higher but fair. They ended up having to come out two days in a row to solve the issue. He documented every step and explained everything to me.
My tenant said she felt as though he was trustworthy and she confirmed that everything he said he did, he had done.
I now have a good plumber to call and that makes me feel much better. Thank you, Ricky and your team for helping solve the issues at the house and for identifying we are on septic!

On October 12 one of your guys came out to my house because of water leaking through my ceiling the guy was very rude and unprofessional and didn't help at all with providing with what the issue was at all. I had to call out another plumbing company who accessed all angles and figured out the issue and repaired it with great customer service. If I ever need a plumber again I will call that company and definitely not yours

These guys are great,called about a busted water heater around 9a.m. on a Sat.they showed up replaced it and hauled the old one away by 2p.m. can't say enough about these guys.

We had a washing machine delivered (from Best Buy), only to find out that the hook up valve was broken. This left us with 2 unusable washing machines in the living room of our small flat.
I called A-Plus Priority Plumbing and they were at our place within the hour, fixed the issue for less than the quote, and even helped me move the new washer into place (now we only have 1 washer in the living room!) Great service, friendly, helpful, clean; cannot recommend highly enough.

Ray answered the phone on my first call to him. He was out here, on time, the very next day. His prices are reasonable considering the very labor intensive job he had to do. Ray was communicative while he was at my home doing the job and while I was at work. He kept the property clean and didn’t require me to be present at all. He had to dig down in my front lawn to repair the broken water pipe bringing water into my house. Zero drama. He just made it happen. It’s as simple as that. Thankful. Thank you, Ray.
I dialed Ray and Chandler at 11am and they were onsite and working to replace our broker disposal by 2pm. They provided an immediate estimate to make the repair and graciously agreed to pickup a new unit from my local hardware store. When they were complete, they thoroughly leak-tested the work and provided a 1-year warranty. Do business with A-Plus, you'll be glad you did!

Mr. White and his partner responded quickly to my request for work to be done in my rental unit. He worked with my schedule in order to resolve my issues based on my immediate need. They were professional and thorough in their analysis and resolution of my plumbing problems. They work quickly to resolve all of my issues. Mr. White responded and was en route to my house within an hour of my phone call, a Friday afternoon, whereas others I had called before him were trying to schedule my EMERGENCY call for after the weekend. I was at work so my wife met him at my home. I arrived approximately 45 minutes after him and he had already assessed the leak and fixed it and was packing up as I pulled up. His estimate was right on target with the fee he charged which was very reasonable. I would recommend him to others.

Ray was took care of my issue for a very reasonable price, was courteous and efficient.
Disrespectful, aggressive and over price
I hired the wrong people to renovate my house and they left all my pipes leaking, including the gas line. Ray and his crew came in and literally saved the day. Fixed all the pipe leaks, installed a new stove gas line, and checked to make sure all appliances work properly. Did it all at a very competitive price. I couldn't be a more satisfied customer. Will definitely use them again.
